The go to sauce is undoubtedly the "Sweet Heat," which is a medium spiced hot garlic sauce with huge chunks of fresh garlic mixed in. Diverse in sauces, Full Street can do just about anything you want in terms of catering orders, but may only have limited sauces on the truck since they're all house made. Furthermore, if doing a large catering order, you can also request particular spice levels if you've got a fixin' for a hurting (I enjoy getting my Sweet Heat extremely hot). I just recently got the Jerk wings as well, which were definitely on point, blending robust Caribbean flavors with the right amount of spice. IF wings aren't your thing, Full Street offers different stuff as well. I've had their Lobster cakes with house made remoulade and macaroni (seemed like it was made with about 8 different cheeses).
