Great water, mediocre flexibility, few (no?) refund options…read more I have had an order of (10) five gallons a month for a few months now, and this is my second time with Eldorado service. Up until now we've been a house of four, but due to unforeseen circumstances two of my roommates have to move out. I made two mistakes that are going to cost me, because there are no refund/return options. One, I forgot to lower my order count from 10 to 5. Second - and why this matters - I had my pickup day wrong. I thought it was next Friday and it was this Friday. So now I have 10 empty 5gal jugs, 10 full ones, and have to pay a delivery fee ($6.50 at time of review) to have them picked up. On the pickup day there is NO option for a refund on the 5 full jugs I will be unable to drink. Sadly, I am not a camel. Lastly, I would drive these jugs to a dropoff in the back of my car if it meant no jug fee ($80, refundable) and no charge for the 5 ($50 unrefundable!) extra jugs I have. Customer service was useful, but curt. I don't feel like they were truly trying to solve my problems in a way that helped both of us. I recommend their water, but hope they figure out better options for when stuff goes wrong. Also, make sure you put as many dates in your calendar as you can when you start service. Don't lose $50 to unopened water.

The water dispenser they leased to me no longer works. I scheduled time for them to pickup. They cancelled three times. The 4th time, I actually got a confirmation. Unfortunately, it was a no show. Nothing. Very unprofessional. I called them only to be put on hold for 60+ minutes. Their solution? Schedule another date for a pickup which is two more weeks out. Needless to say, I cancelled my service. UPDATE (07/10/2025): The rescheduled date for the company to pickup my water dispenser was today. Another no show. No calls or anything. At this point, I am going to have to figure out where their Denver office is so I can drive down there to drop the unit off myself.

Deep Rock has recently merged with ReadyRefresh and become Primo Brand. Since doing so they've…read morebeen unable to replace our water dispenser . . . have added a "delivery fee" of $13.99 for each delivery . . . and have left me on hold a minimum of 20 minutes every time I call to get these things corrected. Suffice to say they SUCK worse than they did when they were just Deep Rock Water. I don't know if this is due to the transition or not . . . but that is NOT anything their customers (for over 5 years) should have to endure. We will be looking for another provider of water immediately.

It's no surprise that I have received no response from Culligan once again, and it's been over a week. We have decided to move to a different company.
