The worst moving help! they didn't listen to anything I told them and they threw my stuff around and broke a handle off my dresser and broke a box that says FRAGILE in big black letters and they ended up breaking my dishes and they broke my tv. I'll never ever use them again read more

Loly's Cleaning

We hired this company for a $400 deep clean, and the results were extremely disappointing. A "deep…read moreclean" should cover the basics, but several obvious things were not done at all. The cleaners did not wipe down the kitchen countertops, did not wipe the kitchen table, and didn't vacuum all of the carpets, crumbs and debris still prevalent after cleaning. These are things you would expect even from a standard cleaning, let alone a deep clean. The most frustrating part was how the situation was handled afterward. When we contacted the supervisor the next day to ask them to make it right or offer a partial refund, she refused to do either. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made sassy and unprofessional comments to my wife and showed no interest in fixing the problem. For a $400 service, this felt very unprofessional and honestly pretty scammy. A company that stands behind its work would at least try to correct obvious mistakes. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

He said that would not be a problem. 1 hour and 40 min into the move the truck wasnt even filled. That is how slow they were going. There is a 40 fee that I was told would be included in the hourly fee, at the end of the move he changed it and said that it Wasnt included. Of course I had already signed the paperwork by then. My bill came to $447 when it was all over. Twice as much as what I discussed with the owner. The worst part of it all. I was helping with the move this whole time and even offered them water while we were moving. I found them on Craigslist, they also go by Epic Moverd DFW. Be Warned People.
