The guys that installed my floor did not arrive in a company vehicle and did not have any identification (business cards). They identified themselves by saying they were there for the floor project. In today's world customers will be extra careful as to who they let into their home.

My front-entry tiles look brand new (but they're not); he replaced the existing grout with a new product that has it looking bright and clean. See for yourself what a sterling job he did on my new bathroom floor tiles (see photo). What you can't see is the fact that he replaced the silicone along the walls and did baseboard repairs. The bathroom wasn't this good-looking when I first moved into my home 19 years ago!

Probably far bigger than many other places we went. Kiri (I believe her name was) assisted us on the proper choices to make, and had offered many samples of grout to even take home to compare to the project. Mad props to her, give her a raise.
