I am extremely disappointed in the level of care I've received from SBCHC. It has taken nearly a…read moremonth for them to submit a valid pre-authorization to my insurance, and as of now, it still has not been completed correctly. Meanwhile, I am in ongoing pain and unable to move forward with necessary care. I've had to repeatedly follow up on an issue that should have been handled promptly and professionally. Communication has been poor, follow-through has been lacking, and there seems to be no urgency or accountability--despite the fact that delays like this directly affect patients' health and quality of life. I understand that SBCHC is a community health center, but that does not excuse substandard care. Patients still deserve timely coordination, basic administrative competence, and compassion--especially when they are dealing with pain. This experience has left me feeling ignored and unsupported. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who needs reliable, responsive care.

Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half and had to pay 200 bucks for the "appointment". I came to get a vaccine not to sit in your lobby. Wouldn't be an issue on the wait if there WAS ANYONE OTHER PATIENTS THERE!!! In the two and a half hours I was there I saw one other patient. Don't come here, find the next nearest medical clinic. Don't waste your time or your money. Manager was rude the whole time as well, speaking to me as if I'm a child in a sarcastic tone. Could go on and on about how terrible the visit was. Left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and robbed. Beyond terrible visit.

My son was scheduled to get ear tubes put in a few days later, and Jennifer recommended for me to mention to the ENT Doctor to check for a tongue tie while he was under anesthesia. I reviewed my credit card statements and found out that I have paid $1,800.00 from Jan to May. There is no way we owe Speech Emporium for $500.00 On the letter, the Speech Emporium threaten to report the unpaid bill to the collection if I don't pay by Nov 11th. This is a medical scam!

I know doctors offices are behind because of patents or insurance issues so that was my only minor complaint. I was about 20 min behind schedule. Not bad for a doctors office at all. The doctor was VERY nice and attentive to what my needs were and my overall health. She was informative and kind. Turns out, she went to school with my old family pract before he moved away. A nice small world surprise. They have a nice practice, clean building, and great staff. Give her a shot if you like in Cypress. She is now my families doctor. Thanks Dr. Patel!

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Still very short of breath. After 20 minutes I saw a nurse and told her I wanted to go back to the hallway because I was so short of breath. Asked her who my nurse was and she stated we all are. They dont have phleboomist so they have aids draw your blood! She kept poking me, reached for something and let go of my needle insertion so blood splattered all over the floor. Making phone calls to ask questions or to schedule an appointment are so easy and fast. We especially love Ms. Donna who is so warm, caring and helpful! Dr. Rizvi is EXTREMELY patient, as she took her time to go over our old and current reports. She showed genuine compassion, concern and was helpful in providing a detailed treatment plan for us. She is quick to reply to emails and very helpful. Prior to finding Dr. Rizvi, our experience with another rheumatologist here in Katy was horrific. The doctor did not spend an adequate amount of time listening to our history before jumping to a conclusion for a treatment plan. She did not explain anything to us, as she was rushed and spent 1/4 of the time that Dr. Rizvi spent with us.
