We only wanted to do our kitchen island at this time, with plans in the future to replace the rest of our tile kitchen counters. There were other granite companies in town that definitely turned up their noses at our search for a simple remnant piece of granite. This was not the case with 2180. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Heather was extremely welcoming and excited about our project. She even met us at the slab yard in the snow and rain one day and helped us find a beautiful piece of granite to really give a WOW factor to our island. The fabrication team was great as well. Their work was amazing, and they treated our home with respect. (I think they left my floors cleaner than when they walked in!) Heather went way above and beyond to make sure we loved the final product, and we're so happy we chose to work with her and 2180. I would highly recommend them above any other granite company in town, and we'll definitely use their services again when we do the rest of our kitchen. Their lighting department is awesome as well! Tara helped us pick out some awesome pendant lights, and the prices were very affordable.

Ann Lendved at Western View was great to work with and provided prompt quotes as we worked through available options. We wanted insulated glass so had to change models but were still able to get what we wanted. Once the doors arrived they promptly scheduled installation and arrived as scheduled. They reviewed our remodel plans, toured the property, and gave a very convincing presentation. Based on their assurances, we hired them and sent a bank wire transfer to start the project. Unfortunately, by February 2025, nothing had been done. Several contract deadlines passed with no progress, and despite repeated attempts, I could not get Ron or Melissa Stinemetze to return my calls. Later that month, we received a notice that Silver Creek Designs had closed. No work had ever begun, and the money we paid was not returned. This was a devastating and extremely disappointing experience. In my opinion, Ron and Melissa Stinemetze did not act professionally or honorably. They may reappear under a different business name, so I strongly urge others to use extreme caution. Based on what happened to us, I cannot recommend Silver Creek Designs, Aim Construction Services LLC, or anyone associated with Ron or Melissa Stinemetze.
