He arrived shortly thereafter and left a written statement, with an explanation for how he arrived at the estimate. After Garrett Roofing was hired, the company worked each business day until the job was completed. After completion, the surrounding property was left free of debris. Several neighbors complimented the finished roof and the improvement in the property. The employees of Garrett Roofing were polite, professional and respectful. I highly recommend this company for any roofing work you may need. C. L. Johnson

So I was left with an encapsulated crawl space with dehumidifier and pump, just they weren't working. This would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have budgeted for it. It turned out to be a costly add on I had to find and hire an electrician for. You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed". Barring that, the guys were punctual, professional and very detail oriented and I have no complaints.

Our house is a modular home from Amerilog which used to be just down the highway. Bill and Todd Ledford followed the home from conception to final CO. Todd made sure we had pictures during the whole build and we came up in October 2008 for the actual setting of the house. Once the house was set, Todd kept us appraised of all the little details involved in the finishing. When the house was turned over everything was as designed and within the original budget. During construction we spoke multiple times to Bill and Todd about items they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with. Even though we have lived in the house since 2009 we still count the Ledfords as our friends and can rely on them for good advice. They are very honest people and are able to get the job done with minimal fuss. Even after we lived in the house for a few years, Creative Cedar Homes fixed a few minor warranty issues we had with the house at no charge.
