This is a requirement to get electricity turned on to a couple of mobile home rental lots that I own. I must have have looked at ten places with premade buildings that were constructed elsewhere; and not on site. This particular business had a show lot in GaffneyS.C. and they also had a site to do their construction for their buildings here! It's simple here! Go to the display center and provide your desired dimensions and they will be glad to have them made rather quickly to you specifications! You can preselect your door sizes, the number of windows desired, and even choose the color that you desire! These people do qualify work and they do it rather fast! They also do delivery and set up! I recommend this place of business and I wouldn't consider going anyplace else !

So I was left with an encapsulated crawl space with dehumidifier and pump, just they weren't working. This would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have budgeted for it. It turned out to be a costly add on I had to find and hire an electrician for. You would think a company doing this type of work would expect no outlets in the crawl space and warn their customers, or have their team have the ability to connect the machinery they "installed". Barring that, the guys were punctual, professional and very detail oriented and I have no complaints.

Our house is a modular home from Amerilog which used to be just down the highway. Bill and Todd Ledford followed the home from conception to final CO. Todd made sure we had pictures during the whole build and we came up in October 2008 for the actual setting of the house. Once the house was set, Todd kept us appraised of all the little details involved in the finishing. When the house was turned over everything was as designed and within the original budget. During construction we spoke multiple times to Bill and Todd about items they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with. Even though we have lived in the house since 2009 we still count the Ledfords as our friends and can rely on them for good advice. They are very honest people and are able to get the job done with minimal fuss. Even after we lived in the house for a few years, Creative Cedar Homes fixed a few minor warranty issues we had with the house at no charge.

I would not recommend Timmy Gunn Construction based on my experience…read more I hired Timmy after a fire at my home. Unfortunately, my experience with him ultimately became serious enough that I took legal action. On July 15, 2026, after a hearing that Timmy and I both attended, the Blacksburg Magistrate Court entered judgment in my favor against Timmy Gunn, DBA Timmy Gunn Construction. I was awarded $2,995.31 plus $115 in court costs, for a total judgment of $3,110.31. This isn't simply a disagreement reflected in an online review. I pursued the matter through the court system and received a judgment in my favor. The judgment is a matter of public record through the South Carolina Judicial Branch. I originally found Timmy through a recommendation in a Charlotte-area Facebook group, which is why I feel it's important to share my experience for other homeowners doing their research. Based on my experience, I would not hire Timmy Gunn Construction again.

My advice: Find a roofing company that knows what they're doing!
