I took my daughter to get s bear in her birthday, they have this promotion in which you pay the child's age during their birthday month, my daughter turns 6, so it cost us $6 for their birthday bear. it was very cute, the whole choosing, making the bear, my daughter felt special and I'm sure she will remember. The staff was attentive, and made my daughter feel special, it was an experience for her. Now the price your age promo only includes the bear itself, clothes and accessories are not included. My daughter chose a swimsuit for hers, and the total was around $25 for everything. Plus, next day my daughter got some grandparents money and made me took her again to get another outfit for and shoes. We really enjoyed the day, she got her birthday bear, and got an experience out if it. I definitely recommended.

This Build A Bear is pretty amazing. The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful! I love that build a bear has a pay your age Bear. This is a great deal if you have a young child. The prices of the other plush are a bit pricy. I would say the clothes are the bigger sticker shocker. It just seemed like it would be cheaper to go buy some baby clothes to shove the bear in. I love that this store is more a traditional build a bear style store. I wish they still had the bear bath section from years ago. Overall we had a very positive experience, just wish the prices were a bit lower.

Our family has had our ups and downs with an older cat, and now we know our time with him is limited. The staff working the day we went were so patient and helpful in picking out a memorial plush for his favorite human. Besides the sad context, it was really fun releasing my inner-child and picking out cute accessories, pointing out models based on my favorite franchises, and putting everything together at the end. The staff even helped us have a ceremony for our bear, and it was honestly the cutest poem ever! Regardless of how old you are or how many times you've done this, definitely don't opt out - it's part of the magic! This location is a relatively new addition to the Waterford Lakes Plaza, and it's a great option for gifts, date night, or just to make cute memories in general. I remember them being more expensive as a kid, but they had a few for $20 in-store and $15 online, along with some 2 for $45 deals on the more expensive plushes. Currently, the store has a promotion for a 50% off gift card when you spend a certain amount, which I will be using to make the most of holiday deals! All-in-all, we purchased the "timeless bear," a recorder, the original box, and a gift card for about $35. When you walk inside, you're immediately greeted by their mascot and the large swirling tube of fluff. I appreciated how clean and organized everything was, even the screens on the customer tablets. They had a large wall in the back to take photos with your new friends too. It's honestly just a neat thing to do and a great location overall!

Nice, new location! Unfortunately, I would not go back to this location. It was my first time at a build a bear and my son is 3 so I vaguely understood the process. The lady working stayed on the computer for a good five minutes until I asked her for help. I guess I just figured more customer interactions. We had picked out the bear and sound and she still kind of stood there. She was nice when it came to the whole stuffing part but then we were just kind of hanging around. They weren't giving off a very people-person vibe, which I think is odd at a place like this. Nonetheless we made a cute bear and left semi irritated.

Wow! I could not be any happier about my purchase from these guys. Im back into reefkeeping now,…read moreand there is no way I could have chosen a better initial place to order from. I have been out of the "Reef Tank game" for almost five years. I've had my tank the entire time, I just quit buying anything that wasn't necessary to keep it running. I didn't even change the water for the last 3.5 years. I had a catastrophic loss five years ago that crushed my will to rebuild. My heater controller malfunctioned and stuck on. My dumbass had two 500w titanium tubes in it during the summer, and heated the tank water to 93 degrees before someone saw the cloud of death in the tank. After three consecutive, daily,100 gallon water changes I tried to save what I could but I lost upward of $15k worth of animals. One of my friends owned the LFS so I had some doozies. I always got first look and the tank had irreplaceable corals in it. Only six corals and five fish made it. Sad day man. I didn't even look at it for a long time.... My kids would clean the glass for me every now and then. I couldn't bring myself to break it down or rebuild it. Present day: Only one fish left in the tank so bio load was minimal. I finally did a water change and to everyone's amazement the tank parameters were still dead on. I guess I've gotten good at eyeballing. The six corals that made it are the size of basketballs now. I did a big chop and made a bunch of frags and sold them off locally. Time to buy some new corals and fish!! I have never gotten a shipment of corals that were this well packaged. The water was 77.7 degrees on arrival and the salinity was 1.026. Spot on exactly as my tank. The way they packed it was brilliant. Double bagged individually and in the bags were plastic cups supporting the frag plugs to prevent damage. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I got six corals, and a medium clean up crew of snails and crabs. All alive and zero coral damage to even the most delicate ones. The corals are nothing short of amazing! The colors are better than the pics online. Polyps were extended in minutes after I added them. These guys brought my passion back with this shipment. WYSIWYG is the way to go with these folks man, you will not be disappointed. Buy a lot, you will have no regrets. My next purchase will be a couple "frag packs" to help get restocked. I'll try and get some pics of the new corals in the tank. Blue light makes it hard to get decent pics.

I stopped in Top Shelf Aquatics for the first time to see what they have to offer. I was looking…read morefor a specific solution to my aquarium, and I wasn't sure if they would have anything due to them specializing in saltwater aquariums. Nevertheless, my curiosity prompted me to stop in. I was definitely impressed with the quantity and variety of aquarium tools and aquatic life that they carry. The displays were beautiful. After I had a chance to look around, one of the staff asked me if they could assist me or answer questions. They were able to answer all of my questions, but they didn't have a solution for me and this was no surprise for me. If I were a saltwater enthusiast, I think that I would consider shopping here based upon the location, the variety of supply and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. For now it is a 4 star because I don't have the experience of purchasing and/or assessing quality of animals or service.
