Good morning I just came to the store the Crown Center close to 1pm 4/26/2026 with a squishy toy…read moremy daughter had bough the day before. The toy had popped as she opens it after purchase then night before at around 5 before closing. I came back this morning with her to buy more of the similar toys and also, I address the issues to your store Manager. He pointed to the policy I indicated I understand but that's sucks for a child that just paid for it out her own money and we did not even play with it. He got defensive and told me he can't do anything in a rude manor and giving details of about why the policy is there insinuating we broke it and things of that nature. We had st this pointI tried to explain but he got louder in front of my daughter, we told him we where done and I tire quickly de escalate indicated he was out of control and should not be in that manner and he really got mad and told me he does not need our business that's of course as cashier who clearly was embarrassed was checking our 10 year old out with the additional toys she wanted to purchase. We have never been treaded in that manner and if it wasn't for our daughter I will have gone straight to customer service and report it.

First and foremost, the staff here was VERY kind. Made sure we got our parking validated, etc…read more There's a lot of cool stuff in here if you're coming to browse, and they definitely have a very good game selection. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find some things I was looking for like Hot Wheels even after a couple runs back and forth through the store. Maybe this is because it was so busy and I missed things - or because they were out. And the store runs on the pretty expensive side. I love supporting local and spending more is worth it to me. Maybe I'm just not familiar enough with toy prices, but it seemed well on the higher end to me - spent more money here than I have probably anywhere else locally this holiday season simply because of the high price points.

This store had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I work in sales…read moreand would never in a million years speak to any customer the way I was spoken to, by whom I can only assume was an owner of the store. I cannot for the life of me see why anyone would employ this type of person to work in this type of environment. My daughter, touched a remote control on a table which had a low sign on it that read, do not touch, ask for assistance. Not seeing the sign, she did what any child would do upon seeing remote toys left openly available out on a table. She picked up the remote and pressed a button which beeped. Immediately I directed her to put down the remote control but before she could put it down the disrespectful "woman" shouted from across the store, "DON'T TOUCH THAT, CAN'T YOU READ!" she approached us angrily and aggressively. I informed her my daughter had already put the controller down and then questioned the saleswoman if she had really asked me, if I knew how to read, she then told me I should "learn how to control my child."I began to leave with my daughter and called her by her name, the woman then felt it was necessary to mimic me, addressing my daughter by name, telling her she shouldn't touch things. The entire experience in this store was terrible, we were never greeted, and were mocked as we left with one of those sarcastic, "Have a nice day!" that we've all experienced. What type of management decides to leave a table of RC toys unattended in a corner out of sight from the register and expect children not to touch it? I have never been to a terrible toy store until today. Do not support this store.

Customer service was fine; However, I will never sell/conduct business with Wild Child again due to the simple fact that I was unable to see or receive an itemized copy of the items I sold and the prices they were sold for/accepted for. I was told that they do not keep it in their system and they have no one way of going back. I have never worked with a consignment that did not keep records of their items/inventory sold to them regardless of the timeframe in which accepted or not accepted, which is quite baffling to me truly and to add the cherry on top, I received a total of $37 ($47 store credit) for the 22 items I sold and two of those items accepted were both from GAP, brand new, and never worn priced at $24.95 and $16.95 was quite baffling as well. The items I decided to sell today were brands like Nike and GAP that were unable to be accepted through the consignment shop which I typically do business with unfortunately, but I honestly wish I never conducted business with Wild Child nor accepted the offer as it was not a fair deal and should have just asked for the items to be returned and could have donated the items in the first place as I was going to, but you live and you learn and I definitely learned today lol. I personally wouldn't recommend this place of business when it comes to selling your items but all in all, I hope there is a family out there that will enjoy the items.
