My two year old ran off so many times so beware of small children. There's one way in and out and I didn't see anyone monitoring.

You still have to pay for parking. I recommend the parking lot next door. The Pirate Park Playground was built by Superior Playgrounds who was tasked with designing a one-of-a-kind pirate theme play space to spark creative play and provide a safe place for budding buccaneers to play. The playground is made of recycled material like milk jugs and was created to be corrosion resistant so that it would always look good in this salt water coastal ecosystem. Located only 100 feet from the beach, the playground is fenced in for safety. There is a large pirate ship for older children to climb on and slide down and a smaller area for younger privateers. The crows nest with rigging looked especially fun to climb. Other playground play structures include clownfish and blue tang fish spring riders, a custom octopus playhouse, and palm tree shade. There are four triangle sail shades and poured-in-place safety surfacing to protect little knees and bottoms. Bathrooms are nearby. During my visit the playground was filled with kids and their families enjoying the nautical theme. This unique play space fosters imagination and physical movement for the youngest North Beach residents and visitors.

All I know is I felt like I was at my cousin's house and they happened to have animals. There were no directions or explanations...until it came time to pay. Now that part was explained perfectly. Honestly, I probably could have seen the same thing at my local shelter and saved $30. I'm hoping the money goes toward helping the animals, but it's really hard to tell. They have goats, plenty of birds, llamas, pigs, and horses. I wouldn't call it a true petting zoo because most of the petting is done through a gate. If you want a horse ride, you have to ask. No one offers or tells you about it. Everything looked like it could use some updating or repairs, and the overall vibe from most of the staff was, "Please hurry up so we can get back to what we were doing." A couple of employees were pleasant and helpful, but they weren't going above and beyond. They simply gave us what we asked for. Overall, I probably won't be back. At least my $30 went toward helping the animals...I hope.

Since they opened, I've mostly seen male staff, and unfortunately some of them seem to lack patience and communication skills when interacting with both kids and parents. Working in a kids environment definitely requires a lot of patience and friendliness. Another thing I didn't like is that they charge for an extra adult. So if both parents come with one child, one parent has to pay extra. I've been to many indoor playgrounds and have never had to pay for a second adult, so that's honestly one of the main reasons I stopped going. The location is convenient, but I do think it's a little pricey for what it offers. Memberships or punch cards would make it feel less of a rip off.

Wish they send racers age wise so the enter kids have full entertainment while driving . The cafeteria was ok . Slightly pricey / they didn't have much IPa options . According to this sign, the fountain uses reclaimed water and there is an advisory that the water should not be swallowed! This sign is not prominently displayed. I have a toddler who like many other toddlers, loves to run, splash and occasionally swallow water (especially when it's shooting out from the ground and out of the gorillas). Sounds cool, but in reality it's a bit disgusting. My husband and I were utterly disgusted that we did not see this sign until we were leaving and happen to look over out of curiosity! On the AM webpage description of the Gorillas in the most fountain it clearly states: "It's a fountain and a playground, built specifically with children in mind."..... if it is made with children in mind, why is it that we're potentially exposing the child to reclaimed water that should not be swallowed? Now to the defense of AM, they do not advertise this as a splashpad, so shame on us parents for treating it as such. It's a "Fountain". It's definitely nice to look at it! Play at your own risk.

All my kids loved it, especially my little one age 4. Would def come by again when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking and it's next to a plaza with many food choices. Prices are reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child. Must bring or wear grip socks for kids Playing. Adults can wear regular socks! They sell them at ~$4 a piece if you forget. Of course the highlight was the seesaw. Haha. Maria Munoz is the owner and she is very sweet. Answered any questions for the adults or kids and allowed our group to take over the farm for a few hours. Tons of animals here...bunnies, goats, pigs, emus, horses, chickens and more. Admission is free but donations are always welcome! Please consider donating to help offset the cost of maintaining this farm. Come check out this place with your friends or family. Really just a cute farm. I honestly didn't even know this was here. It's located in a neighborhood. There is also a horse stable next to the farm, Showclass Stables. We had a great time and this visit to My Little Farm Davie helped the kids earn a loop for Cub Scouts. Woohoo!
