This is one of those places that are absolutely adorable and a store that you can find so many cute little things that you want to buy that you end up going broke from! The staff was very friendly upon entering but make sure you don't have any drinks or food because there are giant signs out front that tell you you can't bring it anything in and they will make sure of it. The store was very clean and well lit and I love how everything was easy to walk around and navigate. There are plenty of signs showing you the different things around as well as signs showing you what is meant for the kitchen or bathroom or other various places in your house. The staff was there when I needed it and even pointed out some of their new arrivals as well as bestsellers. I love that they have so many different options that range from trash cans that are designed like little panda bears or Mickey Mouse to kitchen supplies that includes some adorably themed spatulas with a bear handle! The prices here are decent however there are a handful of things that you can tell are very marked up because of the location as well as style of store this is. I like that there are a ton of mystery box type gifts and most of them are pretty cheap because they are little figures. Overall a very cute store that I will stop in every so often to see what is new but not a place that I will drop everything for and go out of my way to see it read more

When I first saw this store, I knew I wanted to go in. The cute storefront items. This is totally my jam. Of course, the first thing I noticed when we walked in was the Sanrio items. I grew up with this stuff so it's very nostalgic. Miniso has a variety of CUTE STUFF!!! You've got plush, mini trash bins, beauty products, stickers, pillows, stationary, eye masks, makeup, drinks, snacks, candy and so much more. The prices are fair and reasonable. A pretty cute new addition to the Pembroke lakes mall. It's located more near bath and body works and the food court so that's your closest area to find parking if you don't want to walk much. The staff was nice but took a little bit to greet us. They had a sign outside saying no outside food or drinks allowed and it seemed like they were enforcing it because I heard a couple times a woman asking nicely not to bring something in. This could be a problem and cause people to turn away from entering because the food court is nearby. The place is very nicely lit and almost everything in this place was ten dollars or under. They have a ton of Disney items as well as shows like we bare bears from cartoon network. They had some cool lego style block toys of different Pokémon as well as mystery boxes. The mystery boxes were a little pricey going upwards of 20 dollars for a little figure. They have stuff for you kitchen, bathroom and some pretty cute and cool items for everyday use like some cool insulated lunch bags. A cute little store but I feel like after you go in one time there really isn't a reason to come back afterwards because many of these items you could find on Amazon or other store. read more

It's been a while since I've been through the whole mall so I'm not sure how long this store has been open. It's a cute store and almost reminded me of Daiso. Most everything they sell is under $10. They sell a variety of things including chilled drinks, some chips, a WHOLE wall of really soft stuffed animals, exercise mats, massagers, bowls, mugs, cups, incense, sandals, hair accessories, charging cords, games, puzzles, utensils, makeup items and so much more. This is the cutest anime store in the mall they have so many wonderful cute things from toys to candy. Loved walking through the store and seeing all the cute things they have not crazy pieces and a happy vibe. Service was great and you can find some items with good prices. read more

Me and my family member were treated very disrespectfully by a manager abusing of her powers.

Came here shopping with my girlfriend for some late Christmas shopping - was racially profiled and followed around the whole store with a hard glare by a woman of blonde hair (an employee, maybe manager) of the name "Roxanne" and was told by other employees that she's harassed other customers before as well. Hard pass, we left and I'm never coming here again. Was here previously months ago and thought she was just being cautious; but this was the last straw. read more

Visited this place over the weekend, thought it was cute, and spent a decent amount of money on several items for one of our children. Tonight, we returned with all of our children and we were asked to leave within 5 mins. of being in the store. The woman running the store told us we couldn't have food or drink inside. Mind you, the food was packaged in a bag, and the drink was not opened. She claimed that they had an "ant problem" and repeatedly told us we needed to leave. Did I also mention that they sell food and drinks in this store? With a mall and store so empty, you'd think they'd be happy to make a single sale tonight. Because of this behavior, I will never return or give them another penny. If you have an ant problem, get an exterminator! If you have a store in a mall, next to the food court, expect people to bring their leftovers or pickups into your store. If you don't want food or drink in your store, put up a sign! dont even bother wasting your time or money here unless you like to be harassed, profiled, and treated with the upmost disrespect from an older woman named roxanne!!! i used to love this store and spend hundreds here due to my immense love for sanrio and their large selection, however after much thought and contemplation, i have decided to no longer give this location my business. i am a local to the area and always have lived over here, and supported this miniso since they opened and went as far as to refer my family, friends, and even customers at my job here whenever they would notice my new merch, however, the blatant disrespect, and borderline discrimination/profiling here is crazy. like i said before, i come here alot and spend alot of money here so i have seen a bunch of staff come and go, however , this one employee ROXY / ROXANNE really takes the plate on how disrespectful, unprofessional, and nasty you can be with a customer. My boyfriend and i stopped by yesterday as i was already volunteering in the mall and wanted to stop by for a last minute gift for my sister. immediately upon arrival i was super excited and giddy to go in the store and see all the new stuff they had since i haven't been in a few weeks. now, i under when the store is busy and its close to christmas how the tensions may be high, however , that is absolutely NO reason for roxy to behave like this. When my boyfriend and i walked into an isle, as i was looking at stuff, we took up not even half the isle. roxy came in with another employee and said excuse me so we stepped back to let her through (not knowing shes an employee), this however, was not enough for her. she said that she was restocking and ignored me to tell my boyfriend (a 6'2" hispanic male with hand tattoos) that he needed to completely move out of the isle for her to be able to restock it, to which he obliged and i was trying to comfort him about because the way in which she handled the situation and spoke was extremely hostile, rude, and unprofessional. when she did move in to restock the area she needed my boyfriend to leave so badly for, she barely took up half the isle (there was no actual reason for him to move besides the fact she didnt want him there). i didnt find anything i liked in that isle so i told my boyfriend i would go walk around the rest of the store, to which he told me he wanted to look at the snacks and drinks, and i said ok. i went and continued about my buisness and met up with him when i found what i wanted to buy. when i met up with him, he let me know that the same employee ,ROXANNE, had accused him of stealing while he was simply looking at the drinks (which is right next to the register and all the other employees who had absolutely NO issue with us) and at this point i was pissed because me and my boyfriend are being treated differently than everyone else in the store (we ironically from what i remember as well, were some of the darker people in the store at the moment as well). when i went up to pay and i asked the employees if i could get roxys name and described the situation it was comical how they all immediately knew who i was talking about and understood the situation and even went as far as to tell me that multiple other customers have had the same complaint with the same employee!!! (check google reviews guys) idk wtf is wrong with the management at this location but keeping her employed is just going to lose you business judging off how the employees reacted to and responded to the situation, and a handful of the recent reviews highlighting her and her unprofessional behavior and disrespectful attitude. read more
