From the outside it doesn't seem too big but you quickly realize how much space they're working with when you step inside. They're filled out wall to wall with comics, collectibles, figures & even have a RPG space set up. I've been to stores that heavily favor one category like super heroes, for example, while leaving all the other genres hanging. PPF however, has one of the best selection of varieties in my opinion. They're loaded with DC, Marvel, TMNT, horror, manga & also carry some niche ones. I also appreciate how they stay up to date on weekly & monthly releases with a section dedicated to them. Prices are solid & they often have a couple limited/exclusive variants. These are a bit overpriced but sometimes it's better to get them in person & support local rather than online & deal with shipping. Years ago, customer service was a bit iffy but recently it's been nothing but great. They greet you right away, have no issues answering questions & act like they appreciate your business. This is a great place to check out if you're a fan of pop culture, comics, figures or books in general. It's really hard to stop by & not leave with something in hand.

A note on the low reviews: I came here before and had the chance to talk to the current owner, the shop has come under new management, so don't let the low reviews scare you! This has genuinely been one of my favorite comic shops in South Florida so I definitely recommend checking it out. I've been to a handful of Spirit's but this one located on the outskirts of Sawgrass Mall has to be one of the best. Unfortunately they didn't have a banner up so it was hard to find from the road though. **THIS LOCATION IS JUST SOUTHEAST OF BAHAMA BREEZE, SHARING THE SAME PLAZA AS TIRE KINGDOM & ABC SPIRITS** They were stocked with all of the awesome decorations/animatronics/shirts that usually sell out as soon as they're put on the shelves. Also, this store was very big compared to others I've been to & it was kept surprisingly organized. Additionally, they had plenty of staff who was helpful when I had some questions about their store policies. The only issue was they were unaware of the 10% discount that you could receive if you donated to the "Spirit of Children Foundation" which isn't necessarily their fault so much as it is their management teams. This was handled accordingly; they honored it once all was said & done. I could walk around the store for hours interacting with the animatronics. Over the years they've really fine-tuned the display set ups. It's awesome seeing so many people having fun & even getting scared by some of the animatronics! The prices aren't really that high & they have a ton of exclusive merchandise. Be sure to check your items work before leaving the store though because I've found their quality control isn't the greatest. I will continue shopping at Spirit for years to come.

They open up usually around mid August and close shop a couple of days after Halloween. This location was a bit hard to see from the road. It was also smaller then others that I've been to.  I LOVE Halloween! Have I mentioned that before? Anywho, because I Love it so much, I really enjoy going shopping for costumes. I can spend hours in a costume shop! Unfortunately,  this location didn't do it for me. They had some cool Halloween decorations, costumes and accessories but the selections were a little limited for me. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and I'm sure that was a challenge for them because it was hotter than monkey balls in there!!! Apparently, the AC was not working. They had the door open but it's hot as he** in south Florida soooo....yeah. I ended up buying a costume but ended up wearing something else that I already had. I'll try it again next year!

The promotions were clearly displayed with beautiful signage. They welcome you to test the products from the samples next to the for sale merchandise. They even have a small sink to clean your hands between each item. They had a very nice seasonal display which is great as a small token to take give as a gift when getting together with friends and family. Every one still needs their great little hand sanitizers that have even cuter hand sanitizer carry cases.

I took some time sampling certain scents because I am particular with how I like to smell - nothing too strong, but lightly sweet & floral, and the scent must last long. The store was having a Buy 3, Get 3 and a Buy 2, Get 1 sale on the skin and body products. I recently signed up for their rewards and received a $10 off $30 purchase welcome offer so that will come in handy. I tried not to pick up too many items as a person can loose their mind and end up with more than intended. Once I was satisfied with my choices, I headed up to the checkout counter where I received friendly customer service. I must also state that the employees there today was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. Each of them made my first shopping at Bath & Body Works enjoyable.
