Since I had never been here before, I had a lot of questions on process and pricing etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful and tolerant of my ignorance. I was looking for something specific to indulge my "firefighter" fan grandson and they had exactly what I was looking for. The price seemed fair so I will probably go back, once I have checked with his parents. The children in the store with their parents seemed to be having a good time. It was a weekday morning so they were just toddlers. I have been past the place on a Saturday and it was mobbed with elementary aged kids (and some parents.)

A very special thank you to the girls at Build-a-Bear, Flatirons Crossing. Your help on the phone, you willingness to do whatever it takes to have a happy customer, and your happy faces when we came to see you about making some bears...I love it when a crew knows their customers and simply does their job well! You made my daughter's birthday super special.

Your average build a bear in a mall. Not good not bad. Did find a couple of cute dresses and T-shirts for the grandfrogs.

Excellent staff! I…read morerecently went here because I wanted some unique, special gifts for some friend's children. I saw the banner on the outside of the store and decided to stop in. Walked in the door and was greeted almost immediately by a friendly staff member who asked what my children would be interested in and offered up some of her own suggestions, even leading me to those departments inside the store. Wide variety of decently made toys - not the plastic crap that Target and Toys R Us sells. Staff was very friendly and offered FREE gift wrapping. There's even a "birthday club" for kids. An excellent addition to Broomfield and one we should all support! The staff and selection are what makes this a true 5 * selection. Plenty of parking and close to the RTD stop at Flatiron. PS - The hours are kind of limited but this is a new store so that may change. Current hours: Mon-Sun 10A-5P.

Super cute mom-and-pop toy store!…read more They're located in the Flatiron Crossing, just across from Nordstrom Rack. Don't let the mall's big-box ambiance deter you, though -- these are exactly the kind of stores that we really want to support! I went in to find a gift for my ultra-picky 6-yr old niece. Generally, I'm hopeless at such shopping sprees, but Kathy -- the amazing woman behind the counter -- totally helped me out. I left with a gift that my niece liked (that's the first), and even some fun card/board games for me and my friends. When one store can satisfy my picky 6-yr old niece AND me and my friends, that's what I call a huge success. Thanks, Kathy!!!!

My granddaughter had a great time here recently when we were at Flatiron Crossing as her parents…read morewanted some time to shop and her grandparents were happy to be the retired supervisors at this facility. Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. I was able to grab one though as my husband walked around the visitor areas to watch their charges. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities. She would still be willing to go again in the next few visits until she is truly a tween.

My daughter had so much fun & the price is reasonable. There are about 5 tables in the center. "Little Land" is a toddler area for ages 4 and under. There's also a candy shop and snack bar. The restrooms are spacious, clean, and family friendly. In the largest stall, there's a baby changing station, diaper pail, and even a kid sized toilet! We loved our experience here and will definitely return. Tips: bring grip socks (if you have them); they're required for the little ones. Sign the waiver online before you arrive to save time. You can purchase your ticket online; the website shows how many tickets are sold at designated time frames. This helps you get a better idea of how crowded it may be!
