They used Zep drain unclogging gel and a thin drain snake, which cleared the clog quickly. The total cost was about $60. This was a frustrating experience, but I am glad I sought a second opinion. I would encourage others to get multiple estimates before approving significant plumbing work. "DON", our tech was very presentable, thorough and professional. I asked a few pointed questions and he was very thorough in his review and recommendations. Their price and "service plans" are very comprehensive and comparable to the "Big Box" services that will most likely not return your calls or show up. Sunbelt has ACTUAL PEOPLE that work in their office. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend their services.
