When our 18-year-old system finally stopped working, Airrich responded promptly and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and all of our options. As the lady of the house, I especially appreciated that they spoke directly with me, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. After we decided to replace the system, Richard was kind enough to come back to our home and walk through everything with my husband, carefully explaining the installation process for the new full-size HVAC system. We also chose to add a mini-split unit in our basement, and once again, every option was discussed in detail so we could make the best decision for our home. The installation crew was outstanding--courteous, respectful of our property, hardworking, and professional. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up every speck of debris before leaving. I finally get a call back about 915 this morning. They were trying to schedule my appointment for Monday. They explained that they were booked up, and how Monday was the earliest they had. When I explained that I had paid a lot of money for this unit and how I have had three problems with the unit in the last year and a half, they said "we moved some things around, so somebody will be able to come out there today and quick. So the guy came, and apparently the plan was to only "look" and see what the problem was. The guy said somebody would be out Monday or Tuesday to fix the problem. At no point did they tell me todays appointment was going to be a "diagnostic call". I was misled into believing they would fix the problem today. Because I bought my thermostat with mY HVAC there was a warranty on my thermostat. This was the only reason I did not replace it myself. Yes Comfort First Heating & Air had really good customer service during the sale portion, but once the sale was finalized their customer service has lacked. UPDATE: after speaking with Joe L. The service manager he was able to correct part of the problem. Joe was friendly and quick to take action. Thank you, Joe.

"DON", our tech was very presentable, thorough and professional. I asked a few pointed questions and he was very thorough in his review and recommendations. Their price and "service plans" are very comprehensive and comparable to the "Big Box" services that will most likely not return your calls or show up. Sunbelt has ACTUAL PEOPLE that work in their office. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend their services.
