I've had beers that I loved, and have had a few that didn't thrill me, but overall, I like beer. I also like a good brewery. Blairsville Brewing Company is a good brewery. From the counter to the kettles, the brewery is bright, clean and shiny. I had a pils and an IPA, with the IPA being the winner. Service at the counter was fast and friendly, and samples were offered. They also have an unflavored seltzer that you can a bunch of flavors to. No food available, but they allow food to be brought in from the neighboring restaurants. Overall a great stop for a beer when in Blairsville.

Many different local choices and although beer wasn't their forte, there were some pretty interesting selections from all over Georgia. The employee (I wish I had gotten her name) discussed the selections and knew a lot about each beer. I decided on two 6-packs with her help and the prices were similar to any other location in the area.
