Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!…read more My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!

Rick (my technician) is friendly, informative, helpful and thorough, exactly what you want from your tech. I keep my house clean, but hey, it's Florida. Their treatment is enough, especially since they bait outlets and switches, spray my baseboards, do the garage, and outside areas that touch soil. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

We called many places trying to get help with our squirrel problem. We didn't get calls back and when we did we were quoted outrageous dishonest prices. I love Daves Pest Control their technicians are top notch. Ever since I hired them I really don't…read morehave a bug problem anymore. For years I was using Drakes and they never fixed my problem. They never put traps in or nothing. Daves puts Traps in. One thing I am not happy about with daves is their scheduling policy. They don't set up a date for your next visit until they get back into the office and a few days before they are due to come they give you a suprise text. If you don't request morning time or afternoon time you are put on an all day wait and when you call to find out what time they are coming the person who answers the phone ( who speaks English with a accent ) doesn't know and says they will call you back and sometimes they don't. If it wasn't for the Techs I'd be somewhere else now. The techs however do a great job. I hope they fix this gargage with the scheduling.
