They come out quarterly to treat the property for insects and help prevent infestations, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently, I discovered that my roofing company had done a terrible job on a previous repair, leaving a massive opening that allowed rats to enter my home. Multiple companies came out to investigate, and not a single one could figure out exactly where the rodents were getting in. Then Nick and his associate showed up. Within TEN MINUTES of getting on my roof, they found the problem that everyone else had missed. But here's what really sets this company apart. As you can see in the attached picture, the roofing company eventually returned to correct its mistake. Nick actually went out of his way to come back and show the roofers exactly what they were doing wrong. Even their proposed repair would have left openings large enough for rodents to continue entering my home! Think about that for a second. Nick wasn't there to repair my roof. That wasn't his responsibility, and he certainly didn't have to get involved. But he cared enough to make sure the problem was actually fixed instead of allowing another company to do another half-baked job. THAT is what exceptional customer service looks like. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers rather than simply collecting a payment and moving on. Nick and his team have earned my trust and loyalty, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars aren't enough for the level of service these guys provide!

I sent a request for quote / availability through Yelp at 3:00am during a sleepless night of what…read moresounded like a large rodent scratching through my attic door. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and have reached out regarding a treatment for the attic to neutralize the rat feces.

ABC Home made a in-person consultation with us immediately. Jimmy the representative was so kind and took Covid seriously. He easily identified all our open access points on our home and came up with a decisive plan to help us get rid of our squirrel problem without harming them. Their prices were honest. He even told me a little about their company and made me like them even more. We decided to go with this company and it was a great decision. He immediately got us scheduled as soon as he would with their guy Alex. He came out a few days later and he set up the one way exit and sealed all the holes. We had no squirrel problem within days. They never put traps in or nothing. Daves puts Traps in. One thing I am not happy about with daves is their scheduling policy. They don't set up a date for your next visit until they get back into the office and a few days before they are due to come they give you a suprise text. If you don't request morning time or afternoon time you are put on an all day wait and when you call to find out what time they are coming the person who answers the phone ( who speaks English with a accent ) doesn't know and says they will call you back and sometimes they don't. If it wasn't for the Techs I'd be somewhere else now. The techs however do a great job. I hope they fix this gargage with the scheduling.
