We have yet to be disappointed, from the food to the service each meal we have here between us and the kids we walk out happy and full.

after eating at this establishment on and off since originally opened, I have stopped completely now because the help is disrespectful and impolite and apparently putting the food out in the first 30 minutes of open is not something they're willing to do abnormally enjoy shrimp the boil shrimp is rarely fresh because I eat early. seems to be left over from last night. I used to tip quite well 20% or so but if I was lucky enough to have a waitress, I could ask for a refill. It seemed to be too much to expect. One of my friends and I would come in at opening time I would ask is the food gonna come out? bringing it out now. I have left at 11:30 which still no sushi out .last the same old waitress with a bad attitude wouldn't bring me water now in her defense a week prior I only tipped a quarter and I was being very generous. I hate to see this place go, but since the food quality is slipping, the help terrible and I'm not sure if a manager is ever on duty who needs it read more

Food very limited choices. Shrimp hard. Food just barely warm. The service crew were limited to one lady on the floor and one at register. They were polite and friendly. That's the 2 stars. The rest was a bust. read more

I like this hidden gem. I found it by accident one day and decided to give it a try. Glad I did! I'm so happy that most buffets are back in business by giving you gloves to handle the serving spoons so you can serve yourself and everyone is wearing a mask. I have been during lunch (busy) and around 3:00 (not as busy). The food was fresh, up to temperature and yummy. The host and hostess are both welcoming and professional. The previous negative comments about what the food looks like is that person's opinion and not very recent. Go see for yourself and make your own decisions. read more

I love Buffet city because they have amazing food they also have all kinds of Chinese food and seafood I love it so much I recommend it!

For what it's worth, it does the job to feed and give you some low-tank taste for food and atmosphere. But, if your looking to have your taste buds collide for flavor and WOW! This is definitely not the place to dine. The food did its job to fill but not fulfill. Soups were supply and watery compared to its suppose thickness taste and Spivey counterparts. Food were warm not made then and there or at least at command or request like other Chinese Buffets. That being said, with little to less buffet spots, for advice get better tasting food or at least quantity and variety of food choices then filling your place with empty seats. Staff were decent but at least spoke better English then most. I won't criticize this establishment too much bc there is potential. read more

I generally eat here for most most of my buffet meals since it's the closest to my home. They have decent free Wi-Fi. The wifi password is thier phone number. The only problem is they have very limited places to hook up to power. If you like ice cream on a hot day they're got plenty. The current hours on Yelp maybe out of date since they've started closing on Mondays. They do offer a 10% percent discount to seniors but you have to request it. The discount is only on meals from the buffet it's, not offered if you order from the menu. read more

Was going business to business as is my process for work and came across this place. A bit hidden of Hwy 280 in PC, AL. It was a Monday near 1pm and was moderately busy. Despite the bell that announced my entry, no one greeted me for nearly 5 minutes. Hostess/server was kind enough once she saw/sat me. Food was average, nothing to write home about. I like sushi from these kind of places and the options were limited and not really cold or fresh. Price is great, M-F lunch just $6.99. Can't say that I will be back but wouldn't go as far as to criticize harshly. read more

I do not understand how anyone would think anything in this place is good. I couldnt even finish off my fried rice without feeling sick. The oysters looked like they have been sitting there for a while along with the 'sushi', they have fried imitation crab and they even use canned pineapple in their food. I could taste the worst brand of oil in everything. My friend spit out his entire meat on a skewer. There is absolutely nothing good on the buffet. Favorite Chinese buffet in Phenix city! Great atmosphere and great food. My 5 year old is picky but he loves it more than I do!

Crab Legs, Shrimp, Crawfish, Beers, Cute Waitress, Ice cream. Everything I've come to expect from a Chinese buffet, and I don't even have to cross the river into Columbus. Open 364 days a year - only closed on Thanksgiving. Crazy location with an old building, but this place is worth checking out. read more

I have eaten here since I was a little girl with my dad. Will always remind me of home when I come here. They have so many options as a buffet should. The staff isn't friendly but they aren't rude either. Standoffish I suppose. Doesn't bother me. The food is flavorful. I love this place. read more

This place is super interesting and kinda hard to find if you're just passing through. It's probably the best Chinese buffet around in terms of quality of food. The selection is not gigantic like some of the places in Columbus, but the food definitely tastes better. Interior is definitely dated and could use some work, but overall clean. Recommend if you're starving and want to induce a tasty food coma. read more

One of the better Chinesse buffets I've had in a long time. The price is good, decent selection of foods. They dont have alot to choose from on certain days, but what they do have they keep hot and fresh. Its similar to most other buffets, but pretty dang good for this area read more
