This was my first visit, it was a Thursday evening, and what a hot mess. All I wanted was a couple orders of wings to go. Not complicated. When I arrived I saw two people on the phones and a third person, who we will call Captain Obvious, told me they were both on the phone. While all three tried to fake being chipper as best they could, they suffered from an acute case of disorganization. The order took twice as long as I was told, no one could remember if I had paid, at one point three people were helping one customer (ratio misalignment is clearly part of the chaos), and orders were coming out in bits and pieces. Finally one person took some initiative to provide some service recovery, which, at least in my case, needed to be amped up to customer recovery, because I won't be back. Mark my opinion of this establishment as "unrecoverable." read more

Literally only getting 1 star for the food. The customer service sucks! I had to ask to have my drink refilled. And this isn't the first time I've had to do that. We've been waiting almost 2 hours for our food. Plus, her attitude sucked. read more

Wouldn't even give them one star. This was our third and final attempt to enjoy our meal here. $22 for wings that came out bone dry with hardly any sauce when asked for sauce the waitress coped an attitude and brought me out a half full side of sauce I had to flag here down three times even though she was sitting right behind us eating the whole time. Every time she came over she was liking wing sauce off her fingers and then would proceed to grab our cups with her freshly licked hands fried pickles were beyond greasy, could hardly stomach it, cheese sticks were hard cheese in the center and dripping grease and my daughters Mac and cheese had hard noodles! The bathrooms and dining area were filthy and The cherry on top was when the messed up the total on my bill and I asked to correct it and they absolutely refused! Will not be coming back! I'm giving a 3star because I love the food. However the service & attitudes of the employees is disappointing. Management are the only ones with any customer service skills. Abby needs an attitude adjustment or maybe another job. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is almost always busy during business hours. The staff top notch.

I have lived in Williston for several years. Buffalo Wild Wings used to our go to place in Williston. We are both teachers, and we are gone all summer. So we had not been there for about six months. I stumbled on the recent reviews while checking out a couple of new eating establishments here in Williston. I was shocked at all the negative reviews about the BWW I saw. I told me wife " yes sometimes the service is slow", but tolerable. So we went on Saturday night to have a couple of beers and something to eat. We got seated right away. No one came and asked us for drinks or appetisers or anything, we waited for nearly 1/2 hour and got up and left. Other people around were also waiting. Someone told us they had been waiting for their food for over an hour. We thought we would try going to the outside dining area. The outside was full of smokers. We got up and left, not going back anytime soon. read more

i had to make a yelp just to make sure everyone knows how garbage this establishment is. my order is has never come out correct and when i finally get it it's cold. most servers and hosts are rude too. please. save your money. go anywhere else. read more

The food tastes pretty good. Got what I expected . The down side is the service. Most servers don't have any idea what customer service is.

1 star just because the waitress we had was great even though she was busy. This is my 3rd time in a row coming to this establishment and getting cold food. The last two times I came it took forever to get food. I got my food and beer in a timely manor but food was yet again cold. Makes me wonder what the hell they are even doing in the kitchen. Wasn't really impressed with customer service or food. Once we were seated it took about 30 minutes before our waitress actually got to our table. Starved, we were looking forward to digging into our wings but the wing sauce was clumpy ...didn't even know that was possible. read more

Horrible. Will not go back. First the gal in the bar area basically told us we couldn't sit there because all the tables were dirty and she wasn't going to clean them anytime soon. So we went to be seated, we stood there for probably 15 minutes while several workers walked by us and wouldn't even make eye contact. Finally we got seated. I ordered a beer and a water and didn't receive my water until after our food came. Every time we needed something we had to flag someone down because our waitress would just disappear. My brother did not get his coleslaw that came with his meal, his combo sauces were wrong, and my mom didn't get her blue cheese. Our wings looked like they just dumped the sauce on instead of spinning them. We never got refills, even when our glasses were clearly empty. Workers were just standing around talking to each other instead of working. Just terrible service in general. read more

My friends and I went in last night and it was terrible. We had a great server, but the manager Mary was very rude, the kitchen didn't cook the food as well as it should of, it also too 30-45 minutes for appetizers and at least an hour for our food if not longer .. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and I currently have food poisoning.. I will not be back any time soon. read more

I gave it one star because I couldn't give it no star. This restaurant must be the black sheep of the chain. I've been in this chain all over the country and this is the filthiest in the chain and possibly the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. The service is horrible at best. The waitstaff acts as though you are an inconvenience to them. Most likely a reflection of the leadership at this location. Based on what the dining room looks like I'd be concerned about whats going on in the kitchen. STAY AWAY and find an alternative source of food. read more

i'm really never one to complain, but i think someone needs to know about this. i ordered take out two days in. row. the first day we were missing an entire app plus several sauces and all the food was cold. the next day, i ordered all the same things and asked to not charge me for the onion rings i never received the day before. they were nice about it and helped me out, but then when they handed out my bag of food the next day, several things were missing again!!! good thing i didn't leave before checking this time! i also called in my order at 9:00, they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. i got there at 9:30, and didn't leave with all my food until 10:00. take out is supposed to be convenient and it took longer than just dining in. also my food was cold again. i think i'm done trying with this location. but every other bdubs i've ever been to has been incredible! i guess i have to lower my expectations in williston /: read more

i am a great fan of buffalo wild wings. i always get the grilled chicken salad tossed in caribbean jerk sauce and it never fails. as with all the bww's ive been to, this salad was great here. my review today is solely based on the customer service. we came here after a 12 hr work shift tired and hungry, some of us a lil grumpy. we sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a wonderful smile. she quickly took our drink order and was back to take our food order. while waiting for our food, she kept making sure that our drinks were always full. our food came out in a decent amount of time and she made sure that everything tasted good. some servers can be annoying at times but this girl had such a great personality, she brought joy to the whole crew. what made things even better, her name on the receipt was thugn n snugln. lol. cheers to you bree! thank you for the great service. i hope your manager knows and acknowledges how much of a great person you are. read more
