We were craving chicken wings, so we visited Buffalo Wild Wings for our Sunday night dinner. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated at our booth, and after reviewing the menu, we ordered Chicken Wings, Ultimate Nachos with chicken, kids' mac and cheese, and a House Margarita. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and when we mentioned the wing size, she explained that this location often has that issue and that several customers have complained about it before. She did take $3 off the bill, which we appreciated. The bacon burger was good and cooked well. Overall, the service was friendly, but the wing size didn't meet expectations. As always this used to be one of my favorite places but Mann as a chain they have gone down hill. 3rd time here and probably will wait yet again to go back. I'm only giving this locations 3 stars because the staff here is always very nice and for the most part attentive. The location itself is very clean and well maintained looks like a traditional BW3 location. As for the food... not that is bad but just very inconsistent. The wing sizes vary I got some fat one and some super tiny ones. Half of my wing are barely coated and the other half are greasy. The onion ring this time around was pretty much burnt. More or less they over fried them or dirty oil. Management did come to our table and we explained all the issues we had but if they don't change things soon I don't know if I will ever come back. We decided to try BWWs for a late night bite on St Patrick's Day. We haven't been to one in years. We stood at the hostess station for a few minutes before acknowledged although two servers made eye contact before the hostess made it over. Once we were seated we were greeted swiftly by our server and the rest of the meal was pleasant service. As a pescetarian I was eager to try their cauliflower wings. So naturally they were out. Not much else to try other than a garden salad, carbs or a bean burger. I'm so over dry crumbly southwestern style black bean burgers being the only vegetarian burger option. There are so many other ways it can go now! But I was kinda outta options. Daughter ordered a cheeseburger and husband went with some wings. His wings came out a beat behind the appetizer and then we waited. And waited. He actually stopped eating to wait for our food to get here. Cue the black bean burger hastily dropped off solo by kitchen staff. We waited. Our server came back to check on us and this time I had to ask where the cheeseburger was as Husband was still paused and I wasn't starting without her food. She went to check and came back a few moments later with the burger. Apparently it had been dropped and they had to remake it. All in all I can understand that I just wish something had been said sooner or his wings hadn't gotten cooked so far ahead of the sandwiches. The food looked AWFUL, it obviously sat under their heat lamp. she brought out fries and said they don't look great so they're making new ones in the back which came out slightly after which was appreciated. we debated asking for the wings to be remade but she didnt come back to check on us past dropping off the fries until we were done eating. she continued talking to the assumed boyfriend till she finally remembered us and asked if we wanted a box and the check. i said no to the box and asked for the check which came back in a timely manner. i am a server myself and never leave a bad tip EVER but this was just the most horrible experience. i wrote a note because i do feel bad but it just sucked all around. if i could give 0 stars i would. read more

Bathrooms are pretty clean and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a table. I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews - but after reading a couple of the lower rated reviews, I realize it's because of impatient people in a hurry.
