We were craving chicken wings, so we visited Buffalo Wild Wings for our Sunday night dinner. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated at our booth, and after reviewing the menu, we ordered Chicken Wings, Ultimate Nachos with chicken, kids' mac and cheese, and a House Margarita. The atmosphere was great with televisions all around the restaurant and games being telecast on them. Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to enjoy a game night. We got our food pretty quickly. The nachos were good, but the real highlight was the chicken wings. We ordered 16 wings with Spicy Garlic, Thai Curry, and Parmesan Garlic. So slow, didn't check up on us, didn't refill our drinks, just took a really extra long time to do everything and that's extra frustrating when they don't bring you your carrots and celery that you asked for. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and when we mentioned the wing size, she explained that this location often has that issue and that several customers have complained about it before. She did take $3 off the bill, which we appreciated. The bacon burger was good and cooked well. Overall, the service was friendly, but the wing size didn't meet expectations. Pros: -boneless wings were good and the habanero sauce was good -kids meals looked great and the kids liked them Cons: -bacon on the nachos (when asked they, said they brought it back and fixed it), what I am wondering is if they cook the chicken on the same grill as bacon? Bc it still did not seem right! We discussed this issue with the manager (who was nice) I showed her the menu and nowhere on it says bacon on the nachos... she said she thought it was a mistake, she went to the back and we did not see her again? (Just bizarre) -they brought one of our daughter's meals out 10 minutes before anyone elses (just odd and unprofessional, the person who brought it was awkward and did not seem to know what she was doing) -waitress was mia a lot in the end... Overall, we just were not impressed this time around. We felt the staff, were for the most part, friendly and most of the issues probably came from the cooking staff. As always this used to be one of my favorite places but Mann as a chain they have gone down hill. 3rd time here and probably will wait yet again to go back. I'm only giving this locations 3 stars because the staff here is always very nice and for the most part attentive. The location itself is very clean and well maintained looks like a traditional BW3 location. As for the food... not that is bad but just very inconsistent. The wing sizes vary I got some fat one and some super tiny ones. Half of my wing are barely coated and the other half are greasy. The onion ring this time around was pretty much burnt. More or less they over fried them or dirty oil. Management did come to our table and we explained all the issues we had but if they don't change things soon I don't know if I will ever come back. We decided to try BWWs for a late night bite on St Patrick's Day. We haven't been to one in years. We stood at the hostess station for a few minutes before acknowledged although two servers made eye contact before the hostess made it over. Once we were seated we were greeted swiftly by our server and the rest of the meal was pleasant service. As a pescetarian I was eager to try their cauliflower wings. So naturally they were out. Not much else to try other than a garden salad, carbs or a bean burger. I'm so over dry crumbly southwestern style black bean burgers being the only vegetarian burger option. There are so many other ways it can go now! But I was kinda outta options. Daughter ordered a cheeseburger and husband went with some wings. His wings came out a beat behind the appetizer and then we waited. And waited. He actually stopped eating to wait for our food to get here. Cue the black bean burger hastily dropped off solo by kitchen staff. We waited. Our server came back to check on us and this time I had to ask where the cheeseburger was as Husband was still paused and I wasn't starting without her food. She went to check and came back a few moments later with the burger. Apparently it had been dropped and they had to remake it. All in all I can understand that I just wish something had been said sooner or his wings hadn't gotten cooked so far ahead of the sandwiches. Maybe that's common knowledge it'd come out so much sooner but we had no idea. Food was meh. Drinks kept topped off. TVs in good working order, only 1 I could see in the whole joint had picture issues. Sound system is good so you can actually hear the game over the chatter. My family probably won't be back in the hunt for the elusive cauliflower wings but I think it's fine if you want a beer and are into sports. Even with just a few tables during late night, the server is only available when you flag them down otherwise they don't ever check back. The food looked AWFUL, it obviously sat under their heat lamp. she brought out fries and said they don't look great so they're making new ones in the back which came out slightly after which was appreciated. we debated asking for the wings to be remade but she didnt come back to check on us past dropping off the fries until we were done eating. she continued talking to the assumed boyfriend till she finally remembered us and asked if we wanted a box and the check. i said no to the box and asked for the check which came back in a timely manner. i am a server myself and never leave a bad tip EVER but this was just the most horrible experience. i wrote a note because i do feel bad but it just sucked all around. if i could give 0 stars i would. read more

Absolute worst service I have ever received. My server did not look up at us once and didn't say anything to us other then when taking our orders, we waited 30 minutes before having to wave her down to simply ask for a water refill, she had no problem laughing and chatting with coworkers ten feet away from our table. She walked past us without acknowledging us too many times to count. She charged my boyfriend twice and provided no apology, told us just to call if we do not receive a refund in a few days. I actually really like this B Dubs location because of the option to sit outside. Staff has always been really friendly, but you're going to need to be patient on gamedays. If they forget something in your order, just politely remind them. They get very busy. Food quality is on par with other BWW locations and parking is easy with their big lot. Bathrooms are pretty clean and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a table. I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews - but after reading a couple of the lower rated reviews, I realize it's because of impatient people in a hurry. I personally like to visit B Dubs to relax and enjoy my time there. If you're in a rush, you might want to just get takeout and go home. read more

She said "oh actually you got extra because there is only supposed to be 4" she lacked knowledge in the menu and went and got us our wings. We asked for it togo because the service was all around a mess. I tried looking for a manager but she was MIA. My significant other had noticed her scrolling on her phone for the first half of our visit. I worked in a restaurant for 10 years several different places never have i had tables in 3 different sections. Our waitress had tables in 3 different sections this is not efficient at all.
