I went to the bathroom so I could scroll and maybe make sense of the situation. I looked in the mirror and met my eyes, "who am I, is this who I really am, can I go on like this." I walked out of the bathroom a new man, I sat back down and an old man sat next to me, "long day" he said, "you could say that" I replied, the old man spoke "you know, you remind me of a young version of me, I see great promise in your future. Had the opportunity to try a new restaurant from Uber Eats tonight. It was called Wild Burger. Man was I surprised when the driver got here and it was actually Buffalo Wild Wings. I was so incredibly disappointed. If I wanted BWW, I would have ordered from them. I stopped ordering BWW for delivery because the food was always cold. Yet again, my food was very cold. Luckily there was a Microwave in my hotel room. The burger was extremely greasy, soaking the entire cardboard box the sandwich came in. The burger itself had good flavor. The fries were also cold. I work at a local restaurant myself, he proceeded to be disrespectful and rude toward the restaurant that I work at bashing them During the interview. Now why would a manager be rude, disrespectful, and bash the restaurant that you work at during your interview? So I thought I would place a call to the general manager and talk to him. I told him one of the things that the kitchen manager told me about the restaurant that I. The highlight of the night was $5 beers and $4 apps along with our server recognizing that the first attempt at wings were old, chewy and over cooked. We went in to this store with my brother and his wife, they're from out of town and they wanted to come here. It was okay to start out with but then went downhill quickly. Safe to say I wont be dining in anymore, i will still door dash because the food is good but our server was rude overall they didn't give us service and they kept taking part of the order and running off before we got to finish ordering everything, she would also drop our food off and immediately leave not coming to check on us, how our food was, or if we needed anything except one time. They weren't even busy when we got there and we still had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. When it finally came out it was cold and somehow the burger took longer than the wings and the fries didn't even come out until after we had already almost fully finished eating our food. Me and my girlfriend went into the bathroom and went into the same stall because it makes her feel more comfortable in public bathrooms, I know a lot of people wont agree with this but she is transgender, and the workers made her feel bad for going into the women's bathroom. This was only our second time in this store and we didn't know that they had a rule against having two people in a stall. A worker came in and she was very rude to us about it. I think her name was Rally or Reily, i didn't see well but she was a shorter lady and her name definitely started with an R. She discriminated against trans people and I quote her exact words were "We cant have more than one person in the stall at once so you need to get out of the bathroom NOW, and we can't have men in the women's bathroom." The lady did come to apologize at the end and I have to give her props for that but it didn't sound like a genuine apology, I personally think that she overheard us talking about what happened and came to apologize just because she didn't want a bad review. Was at Buffalo Wild Wings Saturday night March 8, 2025. 2 of us ordered nachos as a main entry, after our table of 7 waited an hour for our meals we were told they were out of tortilla chips to make nachos! All the other entrees arrived at the same time were were told they could not make the nachos. I quickly ordered a burger and it was fine, but by the time we got it the rest of our party had finished eating. One person in our party found the manager to discuss the situation, He was basically indifferent and full of a lot of excuses, didn't seem to think it was odd that they would only find out that the nachos were out when it came time to deliver our meal! When we cashed out we had individual checks, I know that is a pain for the server, one of our party paid with cash, the change was messed up in our favor so we left. I will say that they did give us all a 10% discount on each meal to solve the problem. But at that point our evening was over. No matter how many employees are "working", I rarely get greeted and frequently have to wait 5-10 minutes past the time the order is supposed to be ready. I am glad I am just travelling and that I live in Los Angeles, CA. Anyway, I wont say much about the food because wings were just OK. Some flavors were overpowering and way too salty but with some beer, it was doable. I just want to leave some comments about the server. My server was seriously one of the worst servers ever. She had attitude and looked like she didnt give a damn. She surely did NOT want to work. I know I say this all the time but if you have problems or dont want to work then DONT. Your stupid attitude is ruining other peoples' day. Arent you smart enough to figure that out? Youre working at a restaurant where at least minimal customer service is required AND you get monetary rewards for that; tips. The better you treat your customers, more tips youll get. Isnt that common sense? If youre going to give me that dirty attitude, put beers on my table while rolling your eyes, what does that tell you? I placed an order for takeout. They had given my order to a different customer and had to make mine again. Fine. 20 minutes went by and I walked back in and picked up my order. Drove home and found no french fries, ranch sauce, bleu cheese, celery or carrots. Drove back to pick up the missing items and checked the order at the counter--- still no carrots. Three times my order was messed up. No credit for next time, no extra wings to smooth things over. They did apologize. An apology would have been acceptable after the first screw-up. Not the third. And conspicuously, I did not receive a "how did we do" email afterward. On top of that there was a 99 cent "takeout fee". Cierra was our server at the Wausau, WI location - my party and myself will never be returning to this location due to this server. We ordered our drinks (there were 6 of us) and she brought them back incorrectly - which was fine, but she seemed annoyed when we asked her for the correct drinks. It seemed like she was on another planet when you talked to her. We ordered two orders of pretzel bites - one order came in about 20 minutes, we asked about the second order and she said "yeah I know it's the kitchens fault it'll be out shortly it's not my fault". We said ok and waited - another 20 minutes go by and she returns and said the kitchen is stating we didn't order two orders. We advised we did in the beginning and she placed another order for the pretzel bites, again blaming the kitchen. She then came around to my side of the table and said something, which I couldn't hear so I asked her to repeat it. She then replied very condescendingly and said "ID LIKE TO REFILL YOUR DRINK NOW SO SHE (she pointed to one of my friends) DOESNT YELL AT ME AGAIN." My friend never yelled at her to begin with, but for her to say this was completely unprofessional. She then brought out an order of onion rings that we didn't order. The food order was correct when she brought the meal out thankfully. At the end of our meal she handed me the receipts for our group and asked me to hand them out to everybody and to figure out whose was whose. We all handed her our cards to pay. She went over to process the payments and returned stating someone spilled soda all over the receipts and cards so she would have to reprint all the receipts. She reprinted them and again handed them to me to give out to our group members. I have never left someone a low tip before, but yesterday was my first time doing so as I firmly believe she earned a low tip. There was this worker, his name was Jack and he was an amazing worker he greeted me with a smile and brought me to an amazing table and he really seemed to know what he was doing. I hate writing poor reviews. I really do. I was a server to several different restaurants, I think I'm pretty understanding about most things. I also used to work at this bdubs for a short period of time. I placed an order to go, of a pulled pork sandwich and a crispy buffalo chicken sandwich. My husband quickly looked over the food before picking it up, and brought it home. When I opened my box for the chicken sandwich, and picked up the sandwich to eat, I found a fly on the sandwich. I also had a bad experience on the phone with the server taking my order on the phone. I left a review with the survey provided on the receipt and quickly got a call from one of the working managers, who I am familiar with. I told her about finding the fly, and was treated very poorly. She told me she found my "story hard to believe", that the food had been passed between three different people and my husband even looked over the food before taking it(although his glance over was to insure we had all of our food, not a careful inspection) but she would "take my word for it". She said she would send me coupons worth the amount of the sandwich, and then finally apologized. I would rather not go into details about how upset I was, but I decided I would get over it. I still have not received coupons a week later (that I really don't even care to use anymore) but I was surprised and disappointed at the poor customer service, especially from a manager. If you like a place who forgets a lot of your food, Serves old fries and over charges for wings then this is your place!!!! We placed an online order, picked it up in a sealed bag and when we went to eat the fries they were cold and stale. You get charged more for bone in wings which have less meat than you do for their "boneless" wings that are just big chunks of chicken. When we got home we noticed the celery we paid for was missing when we pulled out a small brown paper bag that just had a container of ranch in it. Absolutely zero napkins (previous orders had them) and again cannot get over the awful fries. Everything was thrown in a box so you have sauce all over your fries most of the time. We do not live in the Wausau area. When we do come to Wausau we like to stop at BW for wings. Twice within the last two months we have found that the restaurant that specializes in wings was out of wings. This is hard to understand, very disappointing.
