It appears that my food was tampered with by employees upon having an order replaced that was missing items. This evening my wife and I ordered dinner for our family through Door Dash. The order arrived 2 hours later with spilled ranch everywhere in the bag, fries cold and soggy, and of course, also missing the main item; wings. Upon contacting the store to inquire about a replacement meal, the employee promptly explained to my wife that the ranch was packed by her and she knew it wasn't spilled and that the missing wings was actually the kitchens fault. She then placed us on hold to speak with the manager. When the manager picked up the phone, my wife explained the error and he was helpful in quickly sending our order back to be replaced, which required us to go pick it up ourselves. When I arrived to the store to pick up the replacement order, I checked the bag to find a half eaten piece of chicken and open Ranch container in a fry box. The manager panicked and quickly explained to me that "a new girl was eating in the back and this was her box that accidently got bagged up." Opening our fries box to find an opened container of ranch and half eaten chicken wing on top given our complaint of ranch being spilled everywhere and missing chicken seemed purposeful by their staff. read more

This was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever seen. There was food and used napkins all over the floor and on the tables and we literally arrived 10min after they opened (11am). I have no idea why they couldn't have run a vacuum for a few minutes before they opened the door. Went there today and just about everything I ordered they were out of. From there vacation drinks. No Red Bull available. No cheeses for the appetizers. No mozzarella sticks. This is not the first time this has happened with them deign out of menu items. Staff is a hit or miss. More times than not a miss. If you are a woman with big chest and rear end you get better service. Or a skinny guy with Dreds you are in. All other keep on walking. Never a hostess at the front. While placing my order - the cashier had to walk away and attend to some other BWW business. No biggie . But then this gave the lady next to me time to let me know that this location FREQUENTLY has issues. NOW I'm nervous. 1. My order was taken wrong . I must say that it is sad to have to write this review, but after calling the location to discuss with a manager and no one answering the phone, here it is. First, upon arriving at the location I was not greeted by any employees. No employee said anything as I stood there waiting to place a carry-out order. Finally, after about ten minutes a male employee walked up and directed me to where I could place a carry-out order. Upon stepping over to the counter, no one was there for another ten minutes. Multiple employees walked by not saying anything. Eventually, I was able to place an order and I sat and waited. No problem. During the next twenty minutes, I witnessed customer after customer embrace the Sam experience as I had earlier. Customers complained about incomplete orders, long waits and requested refunds. My order came and the food was cold and not cooked all the way through. This location has a serious management and customer service problem. I hope they make good use of my $12 because it's the last they will ever get. In my option as a customer each of the bad reviews about this place have been validated. Scam alert ! I visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Richie Station Ct on December 13,2022 approximately 6pm.I was seated in booth 82 by server Zykai . I placed my order . I finished up my meal. I paid with my debit card. Zykai took my debit card (without a check card holder) and went to a register to charge me for the meal . She was taken a little longer than usual so I got up to see where she was and she had her Iphone in her hand taking a picture of my debit card in front of the register. One to two hours later I get various transactions from merchants I have never utilized. There were no transactions on that specific card all week until after I left the Buffalo Wild Wings. This is not a mistake. I personally investigated this with the merchants/bank and my lawyer it was 100% not me and it leads back to Buffalo wild wings employee. Buyer beware the employee at Buffalo wild wings are taking photographs of my debit card information to defraud me in the future and potentially use my information for there personal gain. Yesterday I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my sister, we had to decide between this place and Olive Garden. Against my sisters better judgement we decided to go to BWW. I have had good experiences with BWW in Laurel and Virginia. First off they sat us at a little table and claimed they didn't have a bigger table but we found one and sat there instead. The place wasn't packed but we sat near the bar and there were about five tables that had people seated (1 with 2 customers, 1 with one customer, someone seated at the bar, one couple waiting for food and another table with four people seated). We ordered the 20 wings because it was Tuesday and you buy one and get one free. I ordered 10 hot wings and asked for double cooked and my waitress informed me that because it was Tuesday the kitchen will not double cook them . Absurd? But whatever. My sister asked for the honey BBQ and the waitress asked if we wanted carrots and celery and we said yes. Then I ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and my sister ordered a burger (she didn't ask how she wanted her burger to be cooked) and I was assuming the wings would come out after the Mozzarella sticks or with the burger but it came after the burger. I also ordered an alcoholic drink that taste pretty good until I noticed a fly was inside (the waiter I flagged down to report the bug in my drink pretty much informed me that it was Just a fruit fly, as if I was being dramatic). So I knew then I would have to Yelp about this Experience. So they gave me a new drink with a plastic lid, but the shade of it all is, there were no flies flying around so the lid didn't help any because the "fruit fly" apparently came from the bar ‍. So anyway that happened, the mozzarella sticks were good and the wings didn't come out with carrots or celery and they neglected to bring out our ranch dressing. The waitress/bartender did an amazing job with the many men she was serving and flirting with and I noticed they all were being waited on in a timely manner as we were after thoughts and she made sure to include dressing and vegetables with everyone else's wings and I am sure she didn't ask them whether they wanted it or not and I am sure she wouldn't dare tell them the kitchen will not double cook their chicken. I was very upset but I won't be eating at that location anymore and if I am ever in the neighborhood I will go to my first pick. read more

We stopped in to this location a little after 5p on a Wednesday and were met with 5 employees standing at the desk. State we wanted the bar area and they pointed in the general direction. The bar top itself had about 7-8 guests and the high tops had one couple seated at the time of our arrival. Since there was no spot at the bar that would accommodate us, we picked one of the empty high tops and were told by a server(we think) that they were sat by the hostess, ok rules are rules, we walk up to the hostess and interrupt their conversation to ask for a high top in the bar, ok at the table and we are ready to order some wings and beer! 10 minutes passed and our server came over, after passing us to wait on the table right behind us 3 times, introduced herself and asked if we were ready. We inquired about Happy Hour, we were told they don't do that any longer, ok, order a Coors Light and call it a day. Server came back and told us they were out of Coors Light..ok..Picked something else and sent up a silent prayer. The server brings our drinks and we place an order for an appetizer the dip was good..hot and just spicy enough. We then ordered the traditional/boneless wing combo. The server or kitchen got the sauce combo we asked wrong and my traditional wings were tossed in the sauce we asked the boneless to be tossed in.The wings were good and the fries were hot..we didn't complain to the server about the mistake because it wasn't that big of a deal, plus it was brought to our attention that she was fresh out of training and get this, training someone else. Recipe for disaster! The reason for the 3 stars is purely for the server, she was great and was really trying. NEGATIVE 2 STARS IF I COULD !! Very disappointed in this location! From entry upon the restaurant I noticed there where no employees around or even a hostess to seat us. After waiting for about 5 minutes some random employee leans over from where he's standing and ask if we are trying to be seated. After letting him know I wanted a booth, he insisted that I said "I wanted a table" and continued to make a big deal over sitting me and my guest at a booth. After arguing with this unprofessional employee for a couple seconds, a lady from behind the bar confronted the situation and finally offered to seat us. Once me and my guest were seated, we decided we wanted to eat in the patio area. Our waitress then said it was fine to be seated outside and that we could sit at any table we can find that's clean. Once outside we where greeted by a horrible smell ! Like ALWFUL ! We set down at one of the only clean tables we can find. Me and my guest noticed that all of the tables around us where filled with trash , we gave them the benefit of the doubt about being busy (which it wasn't busy at all) but after 30 mins passed no one came to clean up this mess ! Stopped in today for lunch. Although the reviews are horrible... we took a chance. So here goes... the customer service was okay. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food... so the wings and fries were pretty good. Actually really good! We got onion rings, mozzarella sticks, nachos and a Caesar salad. Those sides were real basic. Not good quality food. It was like the sides were movie theater quality. If you decide to eat here I would just stick with the wings and fries. This spot could definitely use some new side options and maybe a little more friendly wait staff. Not certain that we would return. read more

OMG, I went to this location to watch a fight I really wanted to watch so bad, I sign in and the guy said 30 minutes, turn out a hour an half I walk back in, a couple just walk right pass me and the waitress sit them. Get sit down after hours of waiting, at first he tells me the kitchen close at 10, and restaurant close at 12, but mind you I waited almost two hours before I was seated. Definitely lived up to the 1.5 star overall rating. Similar to some of the other reviews, take our word for it and just don't go here. While our server was nice, the service overall was really bad. First, we tried ordering cocktails from the list but they were missing several ingredients and weren't able to make them. She also didn't bring us waters like we asked for as well. Second, our server took our drink order wrong and didn't come back with the correct drink until we were almost done with our meal. Third, when our food finally did arrive we were missing wings and some side items. Lastly, our server disappeared and was no where to be seen for an extended period of time. It took a manager noticing us glancing around the room to come help us and get our checks. The food was fine - nothing great. Overall, not a great experience. I visited this location on 3/22/21. Terrible customer service. I came in to order takeout, waited for 10 minutes and no one was around. No staff at the bar or in the dining area. I had to go into the kitchen to get their attention. Then a young lady came out wearing her mask on her chin. I should have walked out at that point, but really wanted wings. I placed my order, went to the restroom to wash my hands and no soap was in the dispenser. When I came back later to get my food, again there was no employee was in the dining area. Another couple was already waiting to pay their bill. The man got frustrated, went to the kitchen and yelled. No one came out, so they left. 2 minutes later, young lady came out. Man I see a lot of horrible reviews on here and I was a bit skeptical to give this place a try because of that. But it was after church, hubby and I were hungry and we wanted something quick and didn't really want to search out other restaurants. We order our food, fried shrimp and mozzarella sticks for appetizers, philly steak wrap and boneless wings for the meal. Everything came out hot and fresh and my wings were nice and sauced. The first set of wings that was wrong came with ranch and carrots/celery, the second time they came out they weren't there and hubby didn't get any at all. (I'm big on consistency if carrots and celery come with it I'm going to expect it) oh yea it's a pet peeve when I have to ask for silverware and napkins. Shouldn't that be common sense? Why do I have to remind the waiter to bring that? The service is slow, and if you take a look around, there's seems to be no one in the kitchen, one person working the bar, one person delivering the food and all other 4-5 employees are just hanging around, drinking soda, chilling at the side tables. This location is UNBELIEVABLE. We have been in 3 times to try and give this place a chance since it's closer to us than many others. I noticed one key thing. The servers do not wear name tags... this lets me know that they know they are terrible and don't want to be recognized. I have tried to look on our ticket every time and they always have weird names ie pookie, grizzly and such. The servers walk around with Fanny packs on and pull their phone out of them and stand in the middle of the restaurant texting....? Tonight alone we were our waiters only table. Is 7 pm on a Saturday and it's a UFC fight night. This is how bad this place is. He literally never brought us silverware until we asked and then he brought 1 fork for a table of 4... our drinks were always empty. My husband ordered extra crispy wings and the waiter looked him straight in the face and said "you know that's going to take longer and hold up the entire tables order." The food is good but the staff at the pick-up desk are not professional. Two ladies who are supposed to be working but are spending more time talking on their personal cell and cursing. This is not appropriate behavior for a work place. Before being assisted I was ignored even when standing directly in front of the pick-up desk and an employee in front of me.
