we had the worst service here of any BWWs ever, and that is saying something. after taking our order in a busy restaurant, our server seemed to disappear, and we waited one hour and 45 minutes before having to inquire with the hostess about our meals. they were then brought out, half cold from sitting, half not fully cooked - and that is what we actually got of our order. we asked for it to go and were told we would have to pay for our food. we said we could pay only for the drinks we had consumed as our wait, service and food was all unacceptable. somehow, our server showed back up as we were leaving and my husband left him a small tip, as if none of it were his fault, and maybe it wasn't. i was mostly fuming at the manager who tried to insist we pay for food that should have been comped. both our boys attend TU, and love BWW. we will never drop another dime in that establishment. read more

I can only attest to the bartenders at this location, and they were extremely attentive. The business gets knocks because of the service, and I could see why. It's an overall non-professional type atmosphere. The waiters were coming to the bar and chatting with patrons they knew from, what appeared to be, coworkers that weren't on the clock. The food is the same here as it is at every location. The chicken comes prebreaded in a frozen bag, so don't expect quality. The portions are small for the price, and that is my biggest gripe about bdubs. Why is it so damn expensive? Is it because of the TVs? The cheesy decor? Bdubs is extremely overpriced for what you get. Let's not mix words here; it's fried chicken for christ sake! Does it really need to be $11 for a tiny portion? DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. Everything in this place is beyond horrendous. There are multiple hostesses who have zero concept of what they're doing. You walk in and they either keep playing on their phones or they just stare st you until you start asking questions. They then just tell you to find a seat. The service might be the worst I have ever come across. And that's saying something. It will take a good 10-15minutes to be noticed and greeted even if there is nobody else there (not as bad at the bar but still far too long). From there, it will take you another 10-15minutes to get your drink. Then another 10-15minutes to get your order taken. Then another 30-45minutes to get your wings. Once you finally have your food, it will be of extremely poor quality (even worse than normal BWW's). Half of it will be cold, 85% if your wings won't have more than a drop of sauce if any, and 65% of them will be pure breading and maybe a sliver of chicken. The servers are all alcoholics (not shocking from a city where the only thing people do is drink constantly) and entitled college chicks who honestly don't give a shit about you nor your experience. The managers are also clueless as they have less than zero restaurant/customer service experience and simply got handed the job because their parents know somebody. All in all, it's a waste of hours of your life and your hard earned money. Avoid it all costs. read more

We went to this location for lunch. Our server did not listen to anything we asked for, forgot our refills, was rude she walked away as we were speaking to her a minimum of 3 times! However was very attentive to her phone (which she text on continuously) and coworkers. We asked for a box which she literally threw onto the table. Zero tip for her and no plans to return! Note hope she's a better preschool teacher than server because on a scale of one to ten she doesn't get any points in her ability to provide customer service. read more

I want to like BW's. I like the idea of big screens and sports and bar food. But I can't like how expensive the very average food is. Nor can I overlook how sub-standard the service is. From not being greeted at the hostess stand, to waiting for a server to notice us, to waiting far too long for the very average, overpriced food to arrive, the experience at BW's is far below average. Helpful tip to those at the hostess stand: your first words should be ,"Hi" or "Welcome to BW's" not "How many?" Helpful tip for the waitstaff: When you come to greet a table that has watched tables who sat after get their order taken, you don't need to make an excuse, just an apology. We had a group of 8, and we knew we'd probably have to wait, but we watched as the head hostess seated several groups of similar size before us. These groups had arrived after us, and the hostess made it clear from her actions that she knew one of the groups very well. Favoritism? Such a shame. The bartenders were really pleasant and working hard. This place gets wayyy too much business. For what you pay($15 for medium order of boneless) you get subpar food that generally leaves you not feeling so well. Tiffin is hurting for restaurants so they are probably going to be here for a while. Keep in mind two people, a beer each and medium orders of wings each and your close to $50 tax and tip. read more

Worst bdubs I've ever ate at. Took 30 mins to bring me cold boneless wings and I sat for 15 minutes with an empty beer. My buddy that was with me waited even longer for his salad that came out missing half the ingredients and the manager argued with him about what was missing. The menu even said what came on it. 3 stars (could be 2) This is due to the amount of TIME it took to receive my take-out order. Over an hour I waited for my order beside this I had to inquiry on it. Luckily the bartender actually took my receipt to the back and found out that "it was misplaced"??? Well he then got ahold of the manager which "had to personally ensure my order was done immediately And not NEXT inline". The manager also reduced the price (my boneless wing order- refunded). For this I give 3 stars.. Ok tried again (10/1/16) - went here with my son and some friends (6) the waiter needs a lot of work we had to retrieve him 3 out of 5 times he showed up (1- when we were seated the other when he brought the bill) BAD as this he did not even bring the food. Which when the girl who brought our food several items were missed, inquiring she info us that "she only delivers the food you need to find your server" and left! For the sheer number of employees walking around (3 hostesses??!!) and at least a dozen others though I am not sure more then a 1/3 are actually doing anything, there are 25 patrons here. Still waited several minutes for a server, who was pleasant ( one of the few actually working) . Food is ok, nothing super special. I think one good bartender and 3-4 good waitresses could easily handle this place at current load, but the 18-22 year old Obamanite types working here have a somewhat expected work ethic of socializing vs. working. So on this dandy Thursday evening I decided to grab a hearty snack at the one and only Buffalo Wild Wing or what the teenagers call it "B-dubs." I decided to make an order online so I could be cool like my kids and use "the app". I was in the mood for some wings since it was "boneless Thursday." So once I got into this app...I rummaged my way through a poorly made website to find some "Honey BBQ wings, and some fried pickles." After I managed to finally check out I made my grandson Nathan go pick up my food since I am currently in a wheel chair because I broke my leg. So after a while my grandson Nathan came through to door with my supposedly "HOT FOOD." I opened the wings first. To be honest or "TBH" they weren't too bad! Then I got to the fried pickles....and they were COLD and they FORGOT my Chipotle Ranch! I was honestly never so disappointed in my life till this moment. I've been to this location of B-Dubs twice. The first time I went, service was very slow and the waitress never came to our table. The second time, it took 50 minutes to get food and there was only 5 tables filled in the whole restaurant. We ended up having to take the food to go because after being there for an hour, we couldn't eat in the restaurant. When we asked the waitress to have it packed up to go, she gave a huge attitude, and brought the food out one by one and like threw it on the table. Then, the manager came out to speak to us and blamed it on the restaurant being busy, when there were literally 5 tables filled out of the whole restaurant. The manager had told us the ticket time was only 17 minutes, though we had gotten there 45 minutes prior...Our food was cold, so it clearly had been sitting for awhile. A bigger party came in 10 minutes after us and got there food and ate it before we even got ours. Overall, this was a terrible experience and the staff was not friendly whatsoever. read more

I normally love Buffalo Wild Wings, I have been here 4 times and the service has been very slow every time ( they were not busy at all). I went Monday with 3 other co workers at 1120 am, we ordered off the fast break lunch menu, 4 orders of wings. We waited 28 min for our wings, when asked if they had a 15 min guarantee like presented on the menu and their web site the waitress responded no not here. I said it shows on your website and menu she said we are not doing that here. I normally would never say anything but it was rediculous how long our food took since they were slow. The manager came over and told us they do not do that here and your food only took 22 min. The manager explained they did not start any wings until we arrived. Then the waitress explained to me 3 times it was because I asked for my wings to be crispy. So I guess it was all my fault. Like I said I never complain about my food, the waitress was rude and I was very disciplined. I will stick to the one close to my house in Ontario and Ashland since they always provide great service. read more
