I had a really frustrating experience with this location. I ordered a chocolate cake through doordash, and instead they sent me a cheesecake without saying anything. If you're out of an item, the bare minimum is to communicate that to the customer and give them the option to choose something else, not just swap it out and hope they won't notice. To make it worse, when I called to ask about it, the service was rude and dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation, just attitude. The employee I spoke to even mentioned they were closing 30 minutes before the time said on the website, which honestly made the whole situation feel even more careless and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, rude customer service, and closing before posted hours made this a really disappointing experience. Definitely not ordering from here again. read more

It's typical sports bar vibe with lots of cheering... pretty fun environment The food was ok and was as expected.. we like that it's the same "cook" and flavor of the wings every time that we come, so it's nice to have our expectations met... The service today has been iffy... Hmmmmm their boneless wings aren't what I remember. It seems like the quality of food has gone down at B-Dubs. I didn't love their boneless wings and they were very skimpy on the amount of sauce they added. Overall, I'd still come back and next time will try their standard wings but I used to frequent BWW many years ago and remembered their boneless wings being better so either they changed or maybe I just came on an off night. It's dinner time and everyone was hungry. Since we were in the area we decided to stop for wings. We knew it might be a bit of a wait since we could see the seating area filling up. We have a usual order at B-Dubs and tonight it didn't disappoint. From the appetizer to the wings which were stove hot & came out a little spicy. (We loved it). The beers as cold as we like them. So what made our experience the most was our server (Ade) He was awesome. He made sure our food was good and we were happy. He also made sure we had enough drinks and they were topped off. UPDATE This location seems to have it back together under new management (I presume). No unbused tables, everything in the bathroom was in working order. The wings were hot, fresh and up to par. The beer was cold and fresh and the staff was pleasant. The only issue was that the patio is still more or less unusable. There were nesting birds that were leaving their mark all over the tables if you know what I mean. The TVs were not on and there was nobody out there. Basically nonfunctional for the time being anyway. It's a shame to not be able to sit outside on a nice day. In all, the improvements have been noticed. Take care of the patio. read more

If I could give this Buffalo Wild Wings zero stars I would. The hostess has zero hospitality skills. My family of 6 came in at 5:40pm on a Friday night. There were plenty of open table, but the hostess acted like us was a giant inconvenience to seat a party of 6. She finally takes us to a table in the middle with benches and I asked if we could have the booth that was directly across. The hostess would not look at me to answer and said she'd have to ask the servers, and didn't know, and basically acted like it was too much trouble, etc. She never came back with an answer and sat another family there a few seconds later. There are no stars to add to this review.. First David, the bartender said he could not serve me a chardonnay because of my voice.. so to judge a speech impediment as being impaired.. Yet David served others at the bar 3 plus beers in a half an hour period. SINCE I WAS SO impaired, I shouldn't have noticed how over serving of other customers and i madecmention of that to David with no response... plus the wings were cold and the service over all abysmal.. This BWW used to be a nice spot, but post Covid this place has gone downhill pretty quickly. The inside has a dive bar feel, which is obviously not an intentional vibe on their part. Overall pretty "dirty" atmosphere. The food quality also seems to have gone down and the wings are lacking the quantities of sauce they used to give out. However, the beer is still cold and the bar itself still seems to be of quality. Service can be slow due to the lack of staff on hand currently. I will say our reoccurring waiter David is fantastic and I hope the management staff recognizes that. One of the few good things about this place. read more

This is the first time I've ever not tipped and the first time I've ever left a Yelp review on any business. The service was so shockingly horrible, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I've come to this location numerous times and it's always poor service, but what really takes the cake is when I came in here last week. My friend and I waited alongside three other customers to be seated and no one came. After 10 minutes, we all decided to seat ourselves. My friend and I were sitting in a booth for 45 minutes and no one came to take our order. We watched as the only two waitresses working waited tables together and socialized/laughed with their coworkers (who were on break) in the corner of the restaurant. Finally one of the two waitresses (I'm assuming the other one clocked out) took our order and we waited longer than usual for our food to arrive. When our waitress arrived, we received mozzarella sticks which we did not order and had to wait for them to bring the correct order. After 30 minutes, they brought us mozzarella sticks AGAIN instead of our actual order. We had to wait even longer for them to bring us our correct order since they messed up twice already. When our actual order was delivered it was by one of the chefs because at this point our waitress had been out back behind the restaurant doing god knows what this entire time. Once we finished our meal no one brought us the check because our waitress, who was in charge of taking care of our table, was still outside. I had to walk up to the bar and ask if they could give us our check. A person, who I'm assuming was the manager, came and gave us our check. However, the check said both my friend and I's order PLUS the mozzarella sticks that we, again, did not order. I told the manager this was not what we ordered when he dropped off the check and he took back the receipt and kept my card as he walked around the entire establishment looking for our waitress. For some reason, only our waitress is able to edit our check and provide me with a refund for the mozzarella sticks. He found her out back and they talked out there for a long time and he appeared mad at her. She came back inside and fixed our receipt then walked back outside behind the restaurant. At this point, I should've left the restaurant without paying because the service was so astonishingly horrible. Stupidly, I paid the bill, they gave me my card back after running around with it for 15 minutes, and I left with my friend. I'm completely appalled that the manager didn't offer to comp our entire meal after that horrible service. When I checked my phone, I noticed that 2 hours and 15 minutes had passed since we arrived at the restaurant! I wouldn't come back to this location if it was life or death. read more

The food here is more often bad than good, I complained to the manager tonight about my son's wings being over cooked and him not being able to eat them, I also mentioned to him that we were missing five wings from our order and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them, and he blamed it on a vendor saying that they come in frozen. Wondering why the service was bad, other than them being extremely shorthanded, I washed and observed the manager though out my meal standing around talking to the host and walking around doing nothing to help his severely understaffed place. This Bdubs is our regular haunt. We've had nothing but great service. The kitchen is hit and miss, but when they do get it wrong... they always make it right!
