Our group of 6 dropped off our two kids going to Hoco at Chili's, and decided to go to this location of Buffalo Wild Wings to give them some time to themselves. Our service was slow to non existent and our kids were served and done with their meal at Chili's before we even got our drinks. Then, after waiting more than an hour for our food, the food finally came out to us lukewarm at best. Manager looked more inconvenienced than apologetic for our complaints about lack of service and food quality. This restaurant was also not clean, had food or trash on the floor, and bathrooms were less than appealing. It also felt like they were taking care of their mobile orders more than their in house customers, but in seeing that, it was incredibly slow too. On the national championship night for college football me and my friends came in to get seated. Half of the restaurant was closed down and plenty of tables were open. We were greeted by an individual that seemed like it was an inconvenience to talk to us. He then went to ask his manager to see when we can get seated, returned 15 minutes later saying that we needed to wait for tables to clear up as there was a whole half of restaurant that was open. He said that we were only going to get drinks and will not be served food for a while, and he did not give us a timeline of when we could get seated. Then another server was running around like a chicken with her head chopped off but would refuse to look at us. The worst customer service! We ordered our food 30 minutes before arriving and came at the time listed on the order. We waited 25 minutes without one person asking to help us. There was a female employee that kept looking towards the line of people waiting for pick-up and she would run to the cashier room and get on her phone. I placed a take out order and did not receive a full order of cheese curds which are $8 and my street tacos were I ordered with "NO ONIONS" Had more onions on the tacos then chicken. Had our party of 16 denied service due to them being short staffed when the dine in area was completely empty. The original hostess said she would get some tables together and never came back. Instead what i assume the manager of the shift or a waitress came and were told it would take an hour to even get our food and we were fine with that since we weren't in a rush and this manager or waitress still came up with excuses of them only having 1 hostess, 2 waitresses and 1 cook to deny us service. Would of been better to just say they were too lazy to work a little faster or that it was cause we are Mexican. Glad we are here just for the weekend. I stopped in for a lunch while traveling for work and the bartender was friendly and chatted with my briefly as I was dining alone at the bar. The wings came out fast and out, also with the bill. I have been ordering Wings online once a week for take-out from this location since last March and Covid. A number of times, early on, they had difficulty getting my order correct. They are much better as far as having my order done on-time and with the proper amount of sauce on the side and appropriate amount of celery requested. However, Wings should be completely cooked. HOWEVER - The past 8 weeks I have stated in the online "Special Request" section that they be done EXTRA CRISPY. I have done so, as the wings I was picking up were not completely done. The skin was translucent, rather than a crispy brown, and the chicken, itself was soft. Even though I have continued to request EXTRA CRISPY hoping that they would be done properly, they continue to be undercooked, causing me to have to put them on a baking sheet at home and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to make them as they originally should be done. They get a grudging "3" because they are done on-time, and the sauce and celery is correct. The employees service has also improved since last March. I could rate them a strong "4" or maybe a "5" if they would completely fry the wings to completion, as other local Wings places (Legend Larry's and Walkabout, for example) do. read more

Got my one on tap drink at 6:25. My food was ordered at 6:15. Waitress came back at 6:50 and said I don't know what happened with the order so there is no wings. But some how she was able to find my drink order of tap ipa. I told her I was paying my drink and left after 50 min of waiting. Never going back. Covid or not. Don't waste your time. I work nearby and have been here twice since it opened over lunch. The first time we were seated immediately (Great!), and quickly ordered our food, it took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive at our table, which was surprisingly slow since we ordered the lunch specials. It was packed so we gave them a pass. I returned with three other colleagues today to grab a late lunch. We arrived around 12:30, got seated immediately (GREAT!) and was greeted by our seemingly charming and chatty waitress who had an Irish Claddagh tattooed on the back of her neck. The place cleared out by 12:45. We were seated 5-10 minutes prior to the tables next to us and ordered our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. The tables next to us were served food within 20 minutes of sitting down -- mind you the table next to us ordered chips and salsa rather than fries and the waitress forgot them and returned to give them comp'd chips. About 30 minutes later we flagged our waitress down to ask when our food will be ready; she laughed us off and complained about working 6 days per week and doubles 3 days a week -- great customer service. 10 minutes later we were a little more assertive - we told her we were planning to leave unless she could bring our food out. She rushed to the kitchen and ran straight out of the kitchen to the ordering system & spent 5 minutes typing in our order. In the meantime I scouted out the manager (CHRIS?) and waited for him to get done chatting up the bartenders to explain that we had been waiting 40 minutes for food and had not been served. He went in back to find out what was going on; but at that point we were extremely hungry and bounced. I got out to lunch in this area 1-2 times per week and would have loved to stop here at least once per month. I am going to tell all of my colleagues at the large company I work at nearby to only go here if they don't wish to eat anytime soon. Chris the manager seemed just alright - he didn't apologize for the delay which was unprofessional but I may have interrupted a billing dispute at a table nearby. Chris shouldn't be fired; however our Claddagh tatt'd waitress should be fired immediately. She waited 40 minutes to submit our order and only seemed to have 3 tables. Very disappointed. We waited 20mins for drink orders to be taken. So then we just ordered everything at once. The restaurant was only half full. Only items they were serving were wings because lack of staff. Fries came out late and looked like half an order. I get it times are hard for restaurants because who wants to work when you can stay home and collect unemployment but this was ridiculous. Went with Mom to try this place out, we've been to a BWW once before. At least this one has better lighting, but BWW will still be just as loud as Texas Roadhouse. I made sure not to come here until they had been open for business for a while, so their staff could work all the kinks out. I guess that's just not going to happen. We were served by Amy. She pointed out some limited time offers on the menu, and I figured she was suggestive selling what she was told to. I wound up ordering one of them, and she cheered and celebrated, explaining that there was a contest among employees to see who could sell the most -"I'm really good at selling", she said. That's kinda like saying, "I'm really good at manipulating you". I almost changed my mind. We waited about as long as we expected, but honestly there were only 2 other tables seated when we got there, a couple more after us, and what looked like twice as many servers as needed. It probably should've been quicker to throw 2 salads together. (I have waitressed and am currently a restaurant manager, I always give staff the benefit of the doubt and am plenty patient.) I didn't notice right away, but the dressing was missing from my salad. It took maybe 3 minutes to flag down a server, and she asked who our server was. (She could've just grabbed me some dressing imo, but we weren't her table.) We found Amy and she rushed off to get dressing. She must've been gone another 3 or 4 minutes, I don't know what took so long. On the way back with it she stopped to quickly talk to someone, I just wanna eat my food. SO, the food was good, salad with prime rib for $10+, couldn't have been more than a couple ounces of meat on there. I'm a carnivore, I thought it would be loaded. But it looked good and with the DRESSING it was great. Amy was very nice, in a fake, trying too hard kind of way. She touched my arm- don't touch me! She didn't know everything on the menu, and this happened to a much greater extent when one of my coworkers placed a call in order a while back. I thought they'd have it down by now, but maybe they're having a high turnover with staffing. The service seemed a little condescending, a little hectic, a little too carefree. I would definitely come back for the food, but the staff doesn't seem to genuinely care about guests, that would be my first impression. This is a perfectly average Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a chain, so the menu is pretty much the same. The decor is the same too, in the classic sports bar design. There's tons of TVs to watch the games, though when we were here they were a bit too loud. It was hard to hear one another at our table. We were seated right away, and our waitress was really nice and energetic. The manager came around as well to check on how things were going, which was pretty nice of him and was a nice touch. My order was wrong, but not enough to matter. I got the buffalo mac and cheese, only the problem was, my chicken came out plain with no sauce. I decided not to cause a fuss about it but I wish I would have. The mac and cheese was pretty dry, but it was made worse by the dry chicken pieces on top. I didn't eat more than a few bites, but my girlfriend enjoyed the leftovers later that night. She ordered a black and blue burger, and she was perfectly happy with her order. We'd come back if we were in the mood for wings, but we're in no particular rush to come back either. It's a solid place to come with good service and average food. read more

I recently had part of my pick up order missing. I called for a refund and was told since I ordered on line there was no way for them to refund my card for the product I did not receive. I was told a gift card would be sent out the next morning. It is now two weeks later and I still have not received my gift card. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Kohler, WI for our Dine Out for Habitat Week at Habitat for Humanity Lakeside and got their buffalo dry rub seasoning with traditional bone-in wings. It was absolutely phenomenal and I loved the environment of the restaurant. I always want to give B-dubs a second chance, but the one in Kohler (Sheboygan) is always a disappointment whether I am eating at the venue or ordering takeout. I won't talk about prior experiences but it is important to say that service has been abysmal. Inattentive waitstaff, inability to cook food to the correct temp, and poor timing on the drink order. I always give a second chance because B-dubs is one of the best wing joints in the USA. Today I ordered takeout. I ordered a split medium sized split boneless wing; half Asian Zing half Parmesan Garlic. Or those were supposed to be the sauces. What I found when I opened my boxes were undressed chicken nuggets with a drizzle of sauce on a few of the tenders. I expected was for my "wings" to be fully tossed and covered in sauce. There was basically no sauce on my wings. To say they were dry is an understatement. On top of that, another member of my party ordered a salad. It came with no dressing. A salad with no dressing is like eating a brick. I keep giving this establishment more chances than it deserves and I keep paying the price with shitty food. Wanted a BURGER and WINGS for dinner . . . Legend Larry's was recommended. Went to the closest LL, and while they did serve WINGS, this location did not serve BURGERS. And when I mapped out the other LL locations, BWW was closer to my hotel, so I decided to go there where I knew I could get both WINGS and a BURGER. The food (both the WINGS and the BURGER) were quite good. The service was less than stellar. My waitress all but disappeared. If I needed anything, I either had to wait or get up and get it myself. I haven't ate at a BW3's in years and I thought I would give the Sheboygan location a try. The food: My wife and I shared a sampler platter, the only thing on it that was good was the soft pretzel, the pita chips were heavy and disgusting, I'm assuming they were deep fried in old oil too long, the deep fried Jalepeno bites had the same over cooked effect going on, the wings were nothing special and I could have gotten better at my local grocery store deli. Service: our waitress kept pestering us every couple of mins and asking the same question as many as 3 times, she asked if we needed a box 3 times in like 5 mins, I didn't finish the food cuz I was full, it was because it was gross. The place was dead, we went around noon on a Friday and there was probably 20 employees and maybe 10 customers. I also ordered a beer and took forever to get it, at one point the waitress asked if I ever got my beer "I don't know do you see a beer sitting in front of me" Overall: I counted like 50 TV's and the place is over-staffed, I can't see this place making money and they probably have to make sacrifices in other areas and my guess those are coming in the kitchen. I think I've only been to BWW maybe 4 times and the food is great I order the parm garlic boneless and they're fantastic with some buffalo ranch sauce. Only gripe I have is one time we went in and the service was alittle slow about 15 mins to get some drinks.... but I really don't have a problem with that enough to knock this place down. Visiting my brother from SC we wanted to eat a place we were all familiar with. The service was awful. Our waitress Kaylea would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. A party of 4 came in after us received their food away before our food arrived. While searching for our waitress, we had to ask the bartender to refill our water glasses. When she did arrive with the food it was warm, not hot. The food was ok. She checked on us once, refilled out water glass individually, then disappeared for 15 minutes (yes I time). Then returns with a load of perfume to hide the weed smell and the check. Never asked if we wanted to order dessert or needed anything else. We placed a to-go order for chees-bites. She snatched the ticket from the table. We clearly stated it was a to-go order and she brought it as a regular order and the new ticket. We then had to receive a discount, she snatched that ticket in aggravation. After we paid I sat and watched her interact with the caucasian family 1 table down from us, totally different person, smiling, laughing, different tone. I began to think it was because of our skin color. Her $5 tip was because of our southern hospitality, in all honesty she shouldn't have received a thing. If a management had asked about the service as they normally do at other BWW we wouldve advised them of our dissatisfied interaction. read more

Worst service ever! A coworker and I stopped there for lunch today. When we got there it was completely dead, we were the only customers sitting in the dining room. The server Jessica, seated us and told us she would be our server. She got our drink order and said she would be back to get our food order, which was totally fine. However, after returning to our table she told us she took so long to come back because she played rock, paper, scissors with the bartender to see who would be serving us. Considering the restaurant was completely dead and Jessica had already told us she was going to be our server I thought that was extremely rude!! As I sit here and watch about 6 staff members standing at hostess stand, our cups sit empty. I get you want to hangout with your friends and talk but letting your customers sit isn't good for a tip. I had to find someone to get my cups filled, after meal I had to find someone to get my bill and boxes. Manager was told but didn't do anything to correct issue. Manager said she would talk to server. Won't be back. I normally tip 25% and this girl earned nothing because she didn't even bring food out. Since I had to go and ask for help I didn't think she earned a tip. I did write an explanation for the lack of tip on receipt. I did give the girl I found to help us a few dollars. About 2 weeks ago we went here to try it out. Since it was a newer place we wanted to wait until they had worked out the kinks. Boy were we wrong. Out of the 4 of us, they only got one order semi right. Burgers ordered well done were not even to the point of rare, fries ordered extra crispy were limp lifeless and soggy. A chicken sandwich was swimming in ranch and my salad was inedible. Our waiter looked at me like i had 3 heads when I told him my salad was so spicy that I couldn't even taste anything else. ( I love spicy. But this was ridiculous). The TVs were so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. Never going back. read more
