I don't know why every Buffalo Wild Wings has a rating of 2.5 or lower but I can tell you every time I go, i have a pleasant experience. From the moment I walk in I get seated quickly, the longest I've had to wait by myself was like 5 minutes. Then the waitress gets my order and after about 15-20 ish minutes I get my food, the order is always right and tastes great, I've only had one instance where I asked for boneless and the waitress brought traditional but that's alright the problem was fixed quickly. Sometimes with a group we have a little trouble with the waitresses confusing people's tickets so my rating is a 4 but still id recommend this place to a friend or someone new in town. read more

We came here with a large group of 20. The restaurant is a bit small so we just asked to sit near each other. 4 tables were taken when we got there so we didn't think it would too long. It took over 40 min. When they split our party we still ended up with 12 at our table. Out of the 12 of us, 4 had their orders wrong. They were out of root beer and bud light. It was March madness and we had to ask to turn on basketball. They did almost immediately. Not a problem, just odd for a sports bar. One of our orders was ultimate nachos appetizer and we asked to add the brisket for additional $. They didn't come out any earlier than the rest of our food and were topped pretty disappointingly. My husband sent them back. The frustrating part was that the waitress just said, "okay, we will take them off your bill" and didn't offer to add more toppings or offer him to order something else. Food was decent. The waitress not so much. She had a really bad attitude. Just acted like she didn't want to be there. It wasn't busy, there were only three tables with guests in her section. So no reason to be stressed out. We did talk to the manager. But then she chased us out the door, accusing use of stealing her pen. The manager had the pen and the bill receipt. I decided to call the manager to figure out how this magic was happening and get it to stop...she explains that it's been a tough night and that if I was willing to replace my order and wait the 40-60 minutes it would take to prepare, i could drive back across town 10 minutes each way and have the pleasure of the meal I ordered by 9:15 PM. So here is my conclusion... 1. If you want food you didn't order, at the slowest possible pace, with next to no customer service - HAVE I GOT A RECOMMENDATION FOR YOU! You will love it!! 2. If you like surprises...GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! Who knows what you'll get after you order! It's a fairly cheap show by industry standards. 3. I mean 3.29 for a side of fries smaller than a small order at McDs, I also think fries should be included at the very least with every wing order, but no they got you for another 3.29 there. I really like wings, so a person would think ol BWW would be a favorite of mine. I do like some of their flavors. If your not into wings this place is just another chain restaurant. Most of the food taste likes it's just been ultra dethawed and jammed nto the convection oven. Do not I repeat do not order boneless wings. The look and taste like the bagged nugget/tenders from Walmart warmed up with some sauce. The service was great and the beer was cold. Seemed like 300 big screens in view from anywhere. The wait staff was great. I domt remember the name of our waiter but he was on top of it, kept our drinks full and stayed with his other tables. The back of the house is another story. We sat there for an hour waiting for boneless wings to come out...boneless wings. After an hour we didn't have time to wait anymore and had to go. I was shocked at how horrible the service was, and the food. I ordered my food, and it was scheduled to be done at 12:00. I got there at 12:05, and was told it would be 5 more minutes. I waited for my order for 32 minutes on top of the 5 minutes the server said I should wait. Now my order; I ordered three avocado bacon burgers, and not one burger had avocado in it! I had to go back and get the avocado for my avocado burger! Not only that, but the French fries for the burgers all tasted like fish! As if they had been soaked in fish water! I also ordered two orders of 10 piece wings; which did not have 10 pieces in them. I paid $71.00 for an order that was missing half of the stuff! I'm am so disappointed! (I had traditional wings) - There was plenty of monitors and was able to ask for a specific sports channel - The drinks were nice and cold - Food was pretty quick on coming out from the time we ordered Negative: - Don't understand how there was a 15-20min wait when clearly tables were available but just needed to be cleared (wasn't even packed/busy). Other guests were also frustrated with the situation and walked out. - Got seated at our table and the table was completely drenched. Yes, I understand some moisture will remain but we had to use our own napkins to soak up he wetness. - The section/area we were seated at wasn't maintained. There was only 2 other parties but the mess on the floor looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in hours. - Before our table was finished with our food, the waitress came with our checks. Over all it's a Buffalo Wild Wings experience but recently they have kept messing good up I even once got the completely wrong order what should have been a quick trip out to pick up my dine out order took almost two hours mind you I didn't drive terribly far to get there. Just came into town. Food is good, but takes a little while for it to come. Service is average. Needs close captioning on its tv's. Pointless to have all those tv's on and play music which is loud enough if you sit under a speaker. If your going to play music least put closed captioning on. No doubt the speed of food will get better as they continue to learn and the service should improve as well with a little time. I ordered this food thirty minutes after opening. Everything should have been fresh... it was not. The fries tasted like the came from last nights dinner rush, they were soggy and dry. The buffalo mac and cheese was decent, chicken was good but the mac and cheese tasted dry and overcooked. I also got the cheese curd burger, this was a run of the mill burger. The actual burger as very bland, no seasoning and no effort. In the end, fries suck, mac and cheese OK, burger was average. Would have had a better experience at McDonalds. read more
