It didn't feel like anyone was in charge ensuring that food was coming out timely, customers weren't acknowledged. Felt really unstructured for a restaurant setting. They told the driver it was because they only had one cook. To top it off, the forgot one of our sides and all of the ranch, carrots and celery. Date of visit: 11/23/22 I was bummed when the BW3s by my house closed. Wait, that's not true. That place was hot garbage with decent food. It needed to close because it refused to get better. Nevertheless, I was excited to get some boneless teriyaki wings in my life for the first time in a while and I had high expectations that the service at this location would be better, though that was only mildly the case here. We were seated promptly but service from then on in was pretty slow. This was a team lunch and one of my team members ordered a salad as their side. This is what I remember BWW being like! Good food... big TVs... great beer selections.... and great people! We came late, well after the dinner crowd, but we needed some food! We were seated right away. The location was nice... almost looked new... and well kept. We ordered boneless wings for the boys (no sauce), a hamburger for my wife, and a buffalo wrap for me. All came with fries and we had a appetizer of mozzarella sticks. It was all devoured! This was an outstanding visit, aside from both of the teams which I was rooting for losing their respective games at the roughly same time. The food was really good, but mostly it was the friendly servers. I had a fantastic conversation on the topic of basketball with a former college basketball player who was apparently the manager on duty, and that was fantastic! Then I also got some phenomenal customer service from my waitress, Kaylee. Kaylee (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) is one of the most relentlessly positive energy people I have ever met, and she is really willing to go above and beyond for her customers. My experience was so much better than I could have ever realistically expected it to be. Highly recommend! read more

The cook gets that star that says "get your ass out the kitchen, you're fired"! Yea that star. I felt like going back there and giving him the Gordon Ramsay treatment. We've ordered from Racine for many years and the wings have always been good. Tonight we ordered to go and when we got home realized they'd made our order wrong. We simply called and asked if they wouldn't mind putting together another order. They did, we drove out got it, and came back. The wings were nothing but deformed clumps of gristle and fat. One of the worst experiences I've had at a Buffalo Wild Wings in my entire life. We arrived at 8:40 the server was quick to show up. We ordered a beer didn't receive it till about 9:30 by then most of our party had shown up. Everyone ordered those drinks seemed to arrive quicker. Then when she came back we all ordered food probably about 9:45. The food or server did not come out till 11 o clock. We were going to the bar to get more drinks she was no where in sight. It was cold and then afterwards did not get my ranch or silverware. We ended up getting boxes, Paying and leaving. Took forever to get seated. I had to call out twice before someone came to seat me. (This after a Server told me someone would be with me in a minute. Try getting close to 7 or 8 minutes.) MY server, Lu, was super sweet and friendly. Brought me everything I asked her to get. Food was pretty good. Traditional wings' skin was a bit soft and chewy. I had to peal a lot of it off. Nowhere near enough of the mild sauce tossed with the wings. I had to ask for extra on the side and I hate dipping wings IN their sauce. It does not adhere and get into the skin like it does when tossed with the wings. The lemon pepper has changed to a dry rub. Which I'm not a fan. I like buffalo dry rub but the lemon pepper was nowhere near as good as the formerly wet tossed lemon pepper. Buffalo chips were good but there was an up charge for them when there never was before on the traditional and boneless combo. And I didn't even want and refused the coleslaw so you'd think they wouldn't do that up charge. Weird. I had the mini corn dogs as an appetizer but they came out with the wings and chips. Oh, well. They were nice and crispy but not overdone like a lot of BWWs do to them. Restaurant was clean with staff sweeping the floor and no dirty tables like the one in Waukegan. Overall I'd say I had a decent experience and would come back. I'd just ask for my traditional wings to be super crispy. And make sure I get a wet sauce for my boneless like I like. read more
