Honestly, this location can be so hit and miss. The service has improved under new management. We came at 7 and the place was packed, so service was really slow. To the point that we were at the table for 25 without being acknowledged. Once the waitress did assist us, she was friendly and attentive. The crowd cleared quickly so we thought that would speed the process up, but sadly it did not. Overall, the food is what you would expect from any BWW location, but sadly none of the food was hot. Such a disappointment as Quincy doesn't have a large amount of restaurants to choose from. The food took over an hour and they messed up everyone's order but mine. I came here a few times and I was not completely pleased with the situation. The wings that you ask for did not come with celery or carrots. Which I thought every Buffalo Wild Wings should have. I have almost 30 years experience in the business and know the difference between dirty and build up filth. We used to love coming to this place but things changed a couple of years ago when the management changed. There are still a few old school waiters but the majority are just terrible; Ignore you and don't come back to your table but every 30-40 minutes. It takes two hours to have a meal. And then the food usually comes out wrong. There is never any manager even on site. We used to bring large groups and enjoy birthdays for our children but now we do our best to persuade them to go to another establishment. It's truly just embarrassing that you can't see the turn over and downward change in this establishment over the years. The food didn't come out until roughly about 45 minutes to an hour later. When it came out, honestly wasn't surprised that my food looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a good 20 minutes. The wings were buffalo dry rub, but I wasn't expecting to get dry wings(again my first time coming, not knowing really what to expect) I know wings aren't supposed to be dry. Called the waitress back over, and she herself went back and got me a new dish. Kudos to her for making an effort. When the new food came out, it was much better. Coming during a rush wasn't probably the best of ideas, but the service was still outstanding. As a sports bar, it's fine. It was the one place in the area I could count on to catch a particular game that no one would care about locally. They had it on one of their big screens, and a ready table. But the Jerk flavored wings were a disappointment. Good beer selection, and the waitress was a bit too insistent ("Can I get you anything?" everytime she passed. So I ask for a refund and they had to go find a manager and he tells me he can't give me my money back, I have to call a customer service help line. I explained my frustration with him, since I placed the order 2 hours ahead of time that I never got a call that they were out, or they should've said something before I drove all the way there... and he was very rude and wanted to argue with me. So I call the help line, sit on hold for 20 minutes before I got pissed off and hung up. So no food, no refund, shitty service, shitty attitude.
