This location has fallen off tremendously. Went in on a very slow night and was seated in the bar area. It took 15 min to have our order taken because the bartender was too busy flirting with someone at the bar. (Do your thing, but help your customers first) we finally got our drinks (water) but he forgot one of them and waited another 10 min for that. It took 50 min to get our food and it was all cold, which means it was probably sitting in the window waiting for pickup. Our family had an experience here. We were seated quickly but unfortunately they were heavily under staffed. They had one amazing waitress who worked her butt off to help us but it was not enough. Food was forgotten, everything was cold, the water tasted like a dirty wash cup. It was not fair that they had to stay open with almost every table filled. Been craving that chopped Cobb salad with Vidalia onion vinaigrette for about 9 months, since I had my first one in Rehoboth Beach. This one did not measure up. The guacamole had WAY too much lime in it which overpowered the entire salad. What's that saying made famous by Report of the Week about his disappointment being immeasurable? It was like that. My boyfriend had a similar experience with his brisket burger, which had a flavor to it that suggests he might be sick later on tonight. Time will tell. He did enjoy the chicken nachos, though. So at least that. My mother had the fried pickles, but since everything came out all at the same time, she only ate one or two. The breading is so thick that I'm sure I'm going to wonder why the roof of my mouth is all scratched up. The dipping sauce was forgettable. She also had some kind of barbecue "bird dawg". The name is confusing, and not at all cute. I don't know if I'll bother with any other BWW locations. The atmosphere really isn't for me. I don't like sports and I certainly don't want to watch reruns of super old hockey games. I realize it's a sports bar but one television without sports would be nice. Hey, this is a sports bar, not fine dining. Seven of us with three kids were seated promptly. Our server presented menus and brought drinks. She gave us extra napkins and the plastic ware. Metal forks would have been nice. We didn't wait long for the food. Queso cheese with tortilla chips would go good with a beer. It was too much for the kids. We ordered 20 wings with different sauces. We didn't care for the spice garlic sauce...it was hot, but not very garlicky. Honey BBQ was good. The Cobb salad was good, but not stripped like a true Cobb. The shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs with spices on them, and real bacon bits were nice. The blue cheese dressing was good. We were sat a booth by the host and never greeted by a single server for over 30 min when multiple servers walked past us. Then a couple was sat at the booth right next to us and greeted within 1 min of sitting...definitely the worst service experience I've had in a while. When we placed our orders, the food came out cold and took 45-minutes; all of our breaded wings were SOGGY; the mango habanero wings didn't have much sauce on them; The shots of Tequila were warm for some reason; and just overall the food was unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting. We walked around the store asking all servers to find us a manager and no one did, the managers were no where to be found and we waited for an additional 20 minutes until our server finally came back with our checks. Two members got their food swiftly, meanwhile the other two waited an hour for theirs, the rest of the party had already finished their meals. When the food finally arrived, it was incorrect. The server (Cristal), then reached her hand on the plate and removed part of the order that was incorrect. The other portion that was incorrect, she just took the plate and didn't offer to replace it. When walking out, another customer had to get napkins from one of the NUMEROUS dirty tables and walked up to the soda machine and got HIS OWN REFILL! Since I last posted that review I have ordered pickup several times. There is still an issue of people not staffing the pickup window at times but the orders have been right and delicious as always. We stopped in to watch the baseball game at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. She was constantly checking on us to make sure all is good. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Literally THE WORST place I've ever been to. We have tried twice now. The first time we walked out before we could even be seated because well... there was no one to seat us for several minutes. The second time, we actually made it to a booth. But after 15 minutes of being ignored while other tables were being served. I mean, blatantly ignoring us while walking back and forth past our table by 4 people, we decided to get up and walk out. What's not to love about Buffalo Wild Wings?! I always get the wings or chicken tenders with fries. I am a sauce dipper so I get multiple sauces on the side to dip. Buffalo Wild Wings is an awesome place to go if you're in the mood for affordable and delicious wings. We came here on a Tuesday night around 5:30 with friends for their $0.60 wings. We were seated almost immediately. Me and hubby got 18 bone in wings with a side order of fries. 9 wings Asian Zing, 9 wings Honey BBQ. The food came out about 20 minutes later. What can I say? The wings were awesome and the sauce ratio was almost perfect. I enjoyed every moment of it. The side of fries were about $5.00 and the portion was extremely small. They were matchstick fries. They were good, but nothing you would stay up late thinking about at night. Our server wasn't really attentive to us during our visit, but we made do. I will be returning here. I used to frequent this BWW about 5 years ago and have dined in with family this previous year. It's sad to say this restaurant and location specifically has plummeted down hill. Just tonight I placed an order for 15 boneless park garlic and 15 boneless Thai curry extra wet ( the same order I've gotten for years). I received 20 dried out hard almost sauce less wings and what looked to be 10 fried crutons. I cannot make this s*** up. Food used to come out fresh hot/warm and plenty of sauce, service was prompt and professional but not any longer. I don't believe I will return with any business after this experience and the past few frequent experiences I'm not one to complain which is why I haven't that last few terrible visits but something has to change especially at this horrid location read more

I'm not all that bothered by going to a Wing spot that, ironically, did not have any wings ( a wing "shortage" I was told). But what did bother me was the three (3) Buffalo Wild Wing employees, in the parking lot, wearing their Buffalo Wild Wing apparel...looked at me, and said nothing. Now, I get one should he able to enjoy their "break", no matter if it's a 10 minute, 15 minute, or longer break from work. However, cutestsy, common decency, professionalism, and customer service are soooo important to me. Now, in their defense, maybe they assumed I was going to Dave & Buster's, which is right next door. However, we All know what they say when one Assumes...! Whatever Customer Service training Chick-fil-A puts their employees thru, I wish other eateries followed suit. So, in this case, I hope those 3 Young Ladies enjoyed their break. Maybe I will take a break from the Buffalo Wild Wings in White Marsh, MD and communicate to all my friends to do the same. Haven't been to this location for a few years because service and cleanliness were almost always terrible, but figured we'd give it another shot in the hopes that it changed. We got there yesterday and waited ~5 mins for someone to walk up to us and seat us, the girl pulled the menus were covered in sticky goo and the place had a faint smell of dirty mop water. Waited almost 10 minutes at our booth and nobody came to our table or acknowledged us even though we were passed by the two servers in our section a few times. 3 staff members were standing at the end of the bar the whole time chatting, laughing, playing on their phones while glancing over at us making eye contact a few times. We walked out and will never be back.
