Solid food, great flavors, and an overall fun atmosphere! The wings are always on point, with a wide variety of sauces and seasonings to choose from. The parking lot is a bit of a maze, wrapping around with a few shared buildings, but plenty of spaces available. Inside, the vibe is pure sports bar - tons of TVs showing games, good music, and a full bar to complement your meal. It's definitely kid-friendly, but there's also a good adult vibe if you're here for a night out. First time dining in normally I just grab some free wings on my birthday one of their rewards perks. Tonight my grandson and his HS Black history club were having a fundraiser so we decided to participate. Our server was very friendly and very welcoming, if you're a sports fan they have plenty of big screens to accommodate every sport that may interest you. I ordered the cheesesteak which looked nothing like it picture on the menu the meat portion was very skimpy for the price you pay. I've had a more well portion cheesesteak from other places at less the price. Next time if there is a next time I'll stick with the wings. read more

Breathtaking... I went with a couple of my hb after fishing when we were absolutely ravenous during the NBA playoffs and even then the service was impeccable. We ordered the unlimited appetizers that came out surprisingly quick taking how busy it was. I myself order the lemon pepper dry rub boneless wings which were divine, the crispness, the flavor, the aroma.... Astonishing. (I would like to quickly note that I have a very good spice tolerance and have done the hot ones challenge) I also ordered the spiciest wings on the menu... and boy they were HOT. I had my hb who I was with take a pinky taste of the sauce and they started hyperventilating, I took it as them over reacting or bad spice tolerance. I. Was. Wrong. I ate one and immediately regretted it. Not because they were bad, quite the opposite. The flavor was amazing the best I ever had but the spice oh the spice. My mouth immediately caught on fire so I cooled down and waited. I decided not to be a little pussy cat and I proceeded to down 4 back to back. My mouth has never felt so much pain. The table was cleaned in front of us with a wet rag and was left wet, so we sat down at a wet table and had to call someone to come wipe it down, which took 10 minutes. We then had to flag someone else down to bring us water. All we ordered was boneless wings and fries as an appetizer which took 30 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did arrive, it was COLD. We let the waitress know there was no ketchup at the table and she never showed up, so I had to get a bottle from another table. The check was brought over to us before we were even ready to leave. We had intentions on ordering more food and obviously we did not being that she brought the check prematurely. I would not return. Since there was no food service in the nearby Resorts World Hudson Valley casino, we walked to the next building just north of the casino - Buffalo Wild Wings. We had never been to a BWW before even though one opened 13 years ago a few miles from our house. We did not have very high expectations for this visit. We were promptly greeted by a friendly hostess, brought to a booth, and provided with menus. The restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday night about 6:30pm. A server arrived so quickly that we requested a few minutes to review the menus. When she returned we were ready to place our drink and appetizer order, but once again, we asked for more time to make our main food selection. Our drinks of Passion Fruit Nojito ($3.89) and Goose Island Wild Herd Kolsch ($3) arrived without any delay, followed quickly by our order of Everything Pretzel Knots ($9.49). My wife's n/a Nojito was flavorful and not overly strong or sweet with the passion fruit flavor. My Kolsch had a nice clean, fresh, crisp flavor. Perfect to go with the pretzel knots. The five hot Knots were about two bites each, very heavily topped with black & white sesame seeds, salt, onions, poppy seeds, and maybe garlic. They were served with a beer/cheese dip and a honey/mustard dip. My preference was for the honey/mustard, but the knots were even delicious without any dip. My wife ordered an All American Burger ($11.99) and a side of Guacamole ($2). Her burger included two hand-smashed patties, American cheese, shredded iceberg, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper all on a fresh challah bun. While the guacamole was nothing special at all, the burger was quite enjoyable. My burger was the Smoked Brisket Burger ($16.49). In addition to the double smashed patties it included American cheese, smoked pulled brisket, sweet BBQ sauce, grilled onions, pickles, and a bacon aioli on the challah bun. While I didn't notice the bacon flavor from the aioli and would have liked more of a smoked flavor in the brisket, the overall combination of flavors worked well together to deliver an enjoyable burger. Both of us agreed that the accompanying fries were excellent while they were hot. I smartly ate all my fries before attacking my burger. Service by Stephanie was excellent. She checked on us during our meal and we were promptly provided with our bill when requested. Sadly would not go back. I went on a Tuesday evening, the place was very quiet. It took the hostess 15 minutes to seat us and she sat another couple before us that walked in after us. Then we sat at a dirty table- we mentioned it to a waitress and she moved us. We ordered wings and fries and waited 25 minutes for them to come out and they were cold when they came out. I wanted to look at the dessert menu but our waitress bought us the bill without even asking us if we wanted anything else. Not good service and cold food. read more

I used to eat here at least twice a week as I really loved the traditional wings. On December 30 it was a horrible . Our waitress was young and inexperienced, required additional training because she really didn't know what she was doing. Served us beverages with no straw, provided us with no utensils etc.. we placed our food order and it took forever. When we finally received it, it was so cold that it felt like it had been sitting on the counter taken from a refrigerator. The pinion rings ($10.00 portion) was full of oil and cold as hell! Our get up and go quick stop for wings or a burger. My husband and I enjoy coming here preferably when a game is on, it's so much fun and lively and we always meet new people. We love how we could come in with flip flops and a tee shirt to enjoy some drinks, good service and my favorite wings (Asian zinger) and their fried pickles and samplers. Not to mention the drinks. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 sides. I arrived several minutes before my order was slated to be ready. A few minutes after I arrived; the manager came out and shared (4 minutes before my order was to be ready) that they did not have any brisket. He asked if I wanted something else on the burger, so we switched it to the hatch burger which is cheaper. No mention was made of a refund. A few minutes later and several minutes after my order was to be ready, I was given a bag that I could immediately tell only had 3 sandwiches and 1 side. I asked about it and was told "we don't have cheese curds, but we have onion rings." The person went to the back and came back and asked for my email address so that I could be issued a refund. When I asked to get an immediate refund because I never received the last refund I was supposed to get when BWW forgot my sides, the woman went to get the manager. When he came he told me they hadn't had cheese curds for months. I will never understand why this issue wasn't raised when I first placed my order. I am currently awaiting an email regarding my request for a refund. I walked out of the restaurant 16 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready without all the food I ordered. I got home to eat and open the grilled chicken sandwich to find it is missing the bacon and guacamole. This is the 3rd or 4th time my order has been messed up by BWW and this is the last time. Then another 20 to get our food. 2 meals one looked fine the temp was warm the other was ice cold and looked like it was eating off of. Hardly any fries and they were literally cold the sandwich was on a dry roll that looked like it was in a war. We couldn't get a hold of the waitress and she never came over to see if everything was ok or if we needed any refills. So then it was another 10 minutes to get the check and she didn't give a a chance to talk just gave it to us and took off. This was on a Saturday evening there was a few people working. Went here on 3/27/21 a Friday night just after they lifted restrictions on how many at a table. We had 6 guests and ordered a decent amount of food and drinks. 200$ worth. The place was as packed as I have seen it before covid and they were still taking all precautions seriously. Our waitress jahnai was great! She was attentive, knowledgeable, funny and knew what she was doing. She had multiple tables and was able to be at ours when she seen we needed something or to ask us if we wanted more drinks or the if the food was good. What a differance since my last review. I went inside to get my family's food. As usual while I was in the restaurant, I opened my bag to make sure everything was in there and everything was not only just thrown in the bag, my child's mac and cheese was in there and had spilled everywhere in the bag. I was given a bag and had to clean the residue off of all the other containers. The one short Hispanic girl have me dirty looks after I pointed this is error out and I asked for another mac and cheese. She was taking a while so I finally asked to speak with a manager. He finally came out along with the girl and she rudely gave me my mac and cheese. The manager showed no remorse after I told him my food was cold from waiting so long for them to bring out the mac and cheese and all he did was say how they're sorry but sounded like he was reading off of a script, there was absolutely no remorse, he did nothing to make me happy as I was furious. And to make matters worse, I opened my child's mac and cheese when I got home and there were 2 long dark brown strands of hair in there. I had on a hat, my hair is only shoulder length so it wasn't mine. I get it they were busy but what I experienced today was completely unacceptable and if something isn't done to make me happy, I will go over every social media outlet and tell everyone about my experience here, hashtags and all. So I have been to BWWs in several states and I have to say, this is BY FAR the best setup to watch games I have seen. The environment is extremely clean and the friendly. The food was great, but I don't know that I habe ever had bad food from a BWWs. Their 4 star ranking is purely for the environment that I feel is above and beyond their fellow BWWs. This buffalo wind wings is located on route 300 in Newburgh. Right next to the Newburgh mall. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants. I have been to multiple BWW locations across the country as well as utilized there catering services. The location in Newburgh has really had some mixed reviews. I'm here to try and set it straight. As a individual who travels a lot. I am fortunate enough to eat all over the place. BWW is usually consistent. It's a chain. It's a new branch the location has only been open for 4 weeks. I have never had a bad meal at this location. I have eaten here 4 times before I wrote the review. I wanted to make sure my experiences were accurate. The location is still new. The staff is still learning the process of how BWW operates. The staff and management will work out all of the issues in time. Unfortunately. People expect perfect service the first 2 weeks a location is open. This is not reality. Usually when I come to BWW I'm here for lunch. It's not crowded. Service at the bar is very good. Becca is one of my favs. I don't know where this girl gets it from. But she is always smiling , positive and accommodating. I would hire her to be my assistant in a heartbeat. At lunch they change the channel for me on the TV. Even tho I watch the markets at a sports bar. They don't seem to mind. The other day I was at BWW from 12:30pm- 5pm. Basically all day. They dident ask me to leave or change the channel on me. Pretty cool. As far as the food goes I only order the wings. I have had other items like the wraps and burgers at other locations. The burger and wraps weren't bad. I just prefer the wings. I like the garlic parm and the spicy garlic, honey BBQ and the spicy habanero for a kick. The habanero is spicy. So be careful. Overall. The Newburgh BWW is a new location. Give the staff some time to get used to the restaurant. At lunch the service is good. in the end remember this BWW is a chain sports bar. It's not a 5 star Michelin restaurant. You are coming here to drink beer and eat wings. I would recommend anyone who wants to drink beer and eat wings to come here. I will be back. read more
