Came in this past Saturday night for the UFC fight. While watching, I overheard the manager, Bri, belittling and talking down to her team. It was uncomfortable and disappointing to witness, especially in a dining setting. That said, the rest of the staff was great--friendly and attentive despite being understaffed. The food was solid, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Just unfortunate that the management didn't reflect the same professionalism. read more

I have never experienced such poor management from an establishment in my life. I came in with my husband and daughter last weekend for dinner and expected to be in and out within an hour and a half (because I know this location is known for long wait times). Obviously this expectation was too lofty. It's busier than usual but we figure it is no big deal because our waitress was very attentive and understanding the whole time (she was an angel and the only good part of our visit). First, our appetizer of chips and salsa takes 20 minutes to arrive. The real problem, though, was the main course. After 45 minutes of waiting and watching parties that came in after us get their food first, we asked our waitress if we could speak with the manager, who we were told was Bri and Taylor. We waited 20 more minutes and asked for a manager two more times before we were told they weren't gonna come out to speak with us. Completely unacceptable behavior for a manager to disregard their customers completely. We were not the only ones either, as two other tables around me asked for a manager and didn't get a response. We never got our food after an hour and a half I'll add. Will not be coming back to this establishment until something changes, absolutely unacceptable. read more

How the mighty have fallen! This place is almost unrecognizable from my last post. The most notable fall, the food quality has decreased significantly. They weren't competitive price-wise before, but their food was prepared on a relatively high level for a sit-down restaurant in this town. Now, they are lower third. Their bar prices have gone up as well, but their management drove off all the pros. They have had numerous pinch hitters that tried hard enough, but only recently started getting the pros back. If you guys are going to be asking for ID at least do it the right way. Get the ID and scan the ID. Don't be acting like you going to remember the information from all the group just to taking a little pick to it. Everyone offers what they have and most of the time it has nothing to do with you. It is everyone's internal problem. I absolutely loved coming here! Not only was my server very attentive, but she also talked with us for a while! We were here during one of the fights. I'm not one to watch, but the servers lit up the place with their positive attitudes. The food was also amazing! Good service for as busy as they were, with a polite and prompt waitress, but that's the end of anything good about this location. 30 tiny wings for $30, and the margaritas were weak lemonade. I had already paid my bill, but I wanted to let the manager know how I felt about the weak margaritas. I was so excited when they opened. I was looking forward to some great wings. Now I can't stand them. Started off tasting decent. The last order of wings I got tasted so bad I couldn't finish them. The skin is so rubbery so can't bite through them. I know on wings there will be the occasional feather stem but the amount on that order was disgusting. Don't get me started on to go orders. Picking up your self you better check it before walking out. Using door dash, expect to missing at minimum 1 thing. I've had an entire entree missing. It's always something. The waitress took roughly 100 years to take our drink order and claimed that it was because her friends were there and wouldn't let her go. Apparently, her friends were more important than her job. BW's is a standard and always safe to eat in a new town especially later at night if you get to town late. There's not a lot to say about Nacogdoches, Texas. But if you are looking for a kind face and decent conversation at the bar, Mia is an excellent bartender. She's appropriately aloof at first and then highly attentive. Chris and I had a great meal and conversation. The playlist is odd coming from corporate. But boneless wings and a draft beer go a long way when you're hungry. read more

Put in a to go order a couple of weeks ago and not only was the food cold but we were missing items... I didn't call to complain because everyone has a bad day, right? Our family came in around 2 pm. Your restaurant was not busy. We sat for over 15 minutes waiting for our waitress, whom we were told was "having a bad day".
