Ordered ahead and showed up maybe a couple minutes after it was supposed to be done and they hadn't even started it. Also don't waste your money on the lemon pepper dry rub, they don't actually dry rub anything so it all falls into the bottom of your bag and covers everything but your wings. Wouldn't recommend carry out here read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Boneless Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mount Vernon, Illinois

I think this was our second time here as we are not in town very often. The air conditioning must have been on full blast because we had to place something on our napkins so they didn't blow away. We asked to move tables and ended up on the patio which wasn't much better since the tables were dirty with caked on ketchup and wobbly. We had to go in to ask to get more water and the bill in order to pay to leave. The food was horrible. Onion rings were probably precooked and sat under a heat lamp..not good. The boneless wings were nugget shaped and some mostly breading and hard. The highlight was the celery and dip. I suspect this restaurant will eventually close too like so many others which is sad since this is a small town on an interstate. read more

Well what to say. It's wings but with that said the wings were cold and dry. The to go order was way hotter than what we had sitting. The service was ok read more

Not a good experience here. I got the "pick six for $20" deal, as the value was solid. Two orders of boneless wings, two orders of fries, and two soft drinks, for $20! Nice. Sadly, not a lot of positives beyond that. While the fries were tasty, the boneless wings were not hot; they tasted like they'd been sitting for 15 minutes before coming out to me. In fact, it's likely they *were* sitting for 15 minutes, considering how long it took us to get our food (half an hour). To recap: below average food and poor service. Obviously, there are better options elsewhere. read more

Shittiest service I have ever received been over an hour and just got our drinks not the first time it's happened

Like others stated, food was not great at all. Wings came out cold, sauce was hiding in the back somewhere cause it was not on my wings. Fries were cold and taste was not good. Only reason I gave it a 2 star was the waitress was great!...didn't get her name but she made sure our drinks were always filled. Seems by the other reviews this place has been going down hill for a while. Won't go back. read more

Service is worse and worse every time we come. Even when the place is not busy, we still stand at the door for 10-15mins+ waiting to be seated. Soft drinks are syrupy- no carbonation. Appetizers & food always comes out cold. We ask for specific sauces, never get them or have to ask again. People seated after us are getting drinks and served first. I would understand if the place was busy, but it never is when we come. I am a server myself, I know how overwhelming serving can be, as in forgetting things, or orders coming out wrong sometimes. But food should never be served cold and if it is it should be corrected. read more

So I have to Doordash my food to work. BWW has been a total miss. Ordered 4 weeks ago, the order was incorrect and what I did receive barely had any of the sauces ordered on the wings. I always give a 3 strikes rule before rating. I ordered a week ago for a second time. The order wasn't even close to correct. Out of 50 wings ordered for my co-workers and I, only 2 of the 5 sauces were in the wings. When I called they started that they works refund my money. Guess what, I'm still waiting for the refund. Tonight was the third strike when they shorted us 1/3 of our wings. My co-workers and I aren't like other jobs. We work in the ER. We can't leave to get the rest of our order that they forgot. Don't bother ordering from them. It's obvious reading an order or counting is not in their wheelhouse. read more

Just wanted to say I had the most amazing waitress. I think her name was Railey and when she gave me my bill, she wrote the most incredible note. Thank you and have a Blessed Day! read more

I order boneless wings frequently. Last night chose rlto grab 20 from this business in Mt Vernon IL on my way home. The wings were like rocks - you couldn't bite them they were so incredibly hard. I tried to cut the batter off to just eat the chicken but that didn't work as the meat was just tough and dry. We had to throw them in the trash and bypass dinner for the night. I called the restaurant and spoke to an employee about this who really was of no help. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings read more

Friendly staff, clean ambiance, good drinks and snacks! The only difficulty I saw was an absolutely disgusting and overflowing ashcan just outside the entrance. Funny thing is I was in here when a supposed Boss was visiting. I politely ( really!) told him about it. Surprise, I come back 24 hours later to the same read more

My husband and I ate there today. Our food was cold and the wings were hard as rocks. The waitress refilled by husband glass and left mine empty after I even asked for a refill. Needless to say we are not going back . read more

Service was horrible. We waited for 30 minutes. Manager stated he will refund me my money. He never did. Food was horrible (chicken was like rubber). Threw my food away. I wanted to give them a second chance - after a bad experience the first time. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience for my guests and me. My guests were disappointed. They too will never want to come back. Definitely, will not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. read more

Came here and waited 20 minutes for our drinks alone and another hour for our appetizers and food. When everything finally came out... cold. Our server was not very active with us and only came to out table about three time, she kept coming back having forgotten something or given us something wrong. We didn't even attempt to correct her since it would take another twenty minutes. Ordered something and got charged for it because we waited 10 minutes without it coming. No breakdown on the check but it was $200 for a party of nine and the service sucked. I was not happy with the service and don't want to come again. read more

Road tripping from Michigan to Texas and this BWW was on our route. I haven't had BWW since I went plantbased. I was excited to find out they had CAULIFLOWER WINGS!! They were spectacular! Pretty typical BW3s. Nothing spectacular and nothing off base. What you would expect at most BW3s. Decent wings and cold beer with average service. read more

Pretty sure this establishment is taking advantage of the traveler passing through. We ordered for take out. "Dry rub" wings are just fried wings....no rub....no seasoning at all. Boneless were cold. Ordered extra carrots and celery and not only didn't get the extra, we got none at all! Side salad was lettuce with 2 slices of pale tomato. It was 1/3 brown, slimy lettuce so not much to eat and certainly be called a "side salad". It was limp lettuce, not a salad. Owner/Mgr should be ashamed. read more

asst manager Kelly did a Fantastic job and asked if we needed anything deff will be coming back soon !

We went at the perfect time. The evening crowd had not stated yet and the lunch crowd was over. Hostess was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter Colby was very attentive and friendly. My daughter had the snack pack honey bbq boneless wings and fries. Fries wet re seasoned to perfect, very yummy and hot. The wings were flavorful and aa large portion size for the snack pack. I had the sampler. A little bit of everything, boneless wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks and onion rings, mine was very good too. I had a craving for more than just a burger, or wings so this was perfect. Restaurant was clean. Definitely glad we stopped! read more

I generally like Buffalo Wild Wings, only thing is the prices are outrageous and their food is hardly to write home about, except for the fried pickles lol. BUT, that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm a person who loves spicy food. However, their hot wings I decided to try first because I was in the Buffalo wing spirit. I HATED the sauce. I tasted waaaay too much salt. Complained with Doordash so they sent it to the restaurant. Then a couple days later I really wanted their bar pizza because it looked SUPER tasty and appealing and I dig pizza so I'd figure I'd give that a whirl along with their nachos. SO, pickles are advertised as being on the pizza. This time, jalapeños made a surprise appearance. Ironically, I wasn't happy. The nachos were, you guessed it, SALTY. I guess that'll be my lesson not to complain about my food anymore huh? read more

I must say that this is quite possibly the worst experience we have had at BW3. The Sweet BBQ wings were cold and the sauce was used quite sparingly. Asian Zing chunks were fair...but mostly fat. The tater tots with brisket, pickled jalapeños, etc., were good but had a chunk of fat the size of a silver dollar. At least the cheese curds were good. I've visited a plethora of BW3's around the country and this was the most disappointing thus far. Was it worth $70? Not this time. read more

We stopped here for my brother and I had never to BWW myself. The beers were good and cold and food okay only. The service was excellent and would go back, I would not order boneless wings again. They tasted like Tyson boneless pieces with their sauces applied. The wraps were very good except I asked for no onion or sour cream and both were added. read more

It's a typical BWW. Wings, football and beer were the order of the day Hannah was our waiter and she was fantastic. Sweet personality with a sunny disposition, great smile. Good bar food, the fried pickles made me happy and the sauce that comes with them is just spicy enough for my fragile Irish mouth. Mozzarella sticks had mozzarella inside them unlike, you know, those empty tubes of breading that masquerade as mozzarella sticks in some places) nice and crispy and not greasy. Had a better experience at this BWW than at other I've been to. read more

While it was Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend, but that doesn't excuse poor service. Either be open or not. The hostest seated us at her own table. BW3 is supposed to be a sports bar, but requesting a specific ballgame at a table near us seemed to be problematic. We requested twice, it went to the wrong TV, then we went to the bar to ask the bartender. She seemed put off that we would even bother her. Ok, we finally got the game we wanted. The beer I requested from the list was not available. I was offered a poor replacement. The first indication our host/server had no clue to what they served. We ordered pulled chicken tots and buffalo cauliflower with sauces and celery. When someone from the kitchen brought our order out, it was without sauces or celery. Our host/server seemed to spend more time of the other side of the restaurant than where we were seated. (Again not, she was the one who seated us there) We finally got her attention and got our sauces and celery. After consuming most of our beverages, she came around asking if we wanted more beer. We still had some, so said, give us a minute. We finally asked for our check. When she brought it, she started to give it to me, but my wife asked for it, reviewed while she was there and used her card. When our host/server brought the receipt to sign she gave it to me and rushed off. Let me state, we are excellent tippers for even marginal service, but or server was so bad she only received a minimal tip, less than we have left a server in the last 15 years. I only hope some things improve as this location is not one you want to stop at if in the area. read more

Arrived around 9:45 PM, walking over from my hotel across the street, just looking for a couple of drinks. The website and the hours posted on the front door said they were open until 11:00 PM. After asking the bartender about the beer & whiskey selection, she called last call. I ordered my drinks and asked her if they were open til 11:00 PM, to which she said yes. It wasn't even 10:00. I had a long career in the restaurant business and in the beer business. So I understand making last call. But last call at 9:45-9:50, when your posted hours say 11:00? This is nuts. I don't think I'll ever be staying overnight again in Mt. Vernon; so I most likely won't be coming back to this location. So, not a huge deal to me. But thought the owners/ GM should know. read more

If there was a below average button, thats what this rating would be. Pretty fucking pissed at this place. Loved their twisted margaritas. Not been there for awhile because they're expensive as fuck and I can't even see good tits like hooters, worked my ass off to go and have a margarita, get there and get told they don't even have them anymore. They don't even have any margarita glasses anymore. They try to sell me some shit that is a little more in price, shittier than the margarita, and I still have to pay twelve fucking dollars for something I didn't give a shit to have. My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Mt Vernon, IL tonight for dinner. We are staying in a motel nearby. Our waitress was Autumn. She was very attentive and pleasant. The food was exceptionally good and did not take very long to get to our table from the time we ordered. I read the review from a customer last summer who complained that she ordered ice cream and that there were no spoons available. I didn't even see ice cream on the menu. The types of foods on the menu do not require spoons. This is a sports bar-type restaurant. The buffalo wings were so good. My street tacos were awesome! My husband got the fried onion rings and they were clearly the best we've ever had, and I can tell you that he is an onion ring snob! read more

WE LOVE Bufflao wild wings! We go all the time and we've never had bad service until tonight. we were sorely disappointed with our waitress (Bailey) who paid no attention to us. Our food was cold. After having several less than stellar experiences at BWW I decided to give it one more try - different city, different time. I placed an online order to go and picked it up with no issues. However, when I returned to my room and opened the French fries that cost an astonishing $3.79 I was beside myself. Good wings, maybe not the best but good and reasonably priced. A little loud sometimes but fun to watch sports on the many TVs and eat

Spend your money elsewhere. I have been here probably five times and each time has been bad. The food quality and flavor are terrible (even for a BWW) and this particular location has a history of health code violations (you can look it up online). Service is beyond bad since most waitresses won't even acknowledge you're existence. All of the other one and two star reviews on here are accurate. This place needs new owners/managers. read more

My husband and I went here twice- two weekends in a row just for the fun atmosphere! Since IL restaurants are only allowed to serve outdoors right now, BWW added a HUGE tent outside with lights and TVs underneath. The food was so good. Honestly, I haven't gone here much because I never wanted wings. Well, their fries are amazing. Fried ice cream-SO GOOD. I even tried chicken tacos one night. My husband loved their buffalo bleu burger so much that we recreated it at home the next week. Over just a fun time! read more
