Our order was brought to the table without silverware: after a five minute wait I went to the kitchen doorway and requested silverware. After she finished her phone call she returned and slid four unwrapped plastic forks across the table, which seemed as unclean as the floor. My grilled chicken sandwich was a dry open faced hoagie with a tiny portion of overcooked chicken about the size of a monarch butterfly. When she retreated with the forks, I asked if I could have tomatoes and lettuce. Without apology she returned with a single thinly sliced greenish tomato and leaf of dry lettuce on a plate. I do not leave bad reviews unless there's something horribly wrong. Food, service and ambiance all a failure. I won't be back.
