Sports bars are the best. You get to watch all the games and get a couple of beers while chatting it up with friends. It is impossible to miss this place. It is in front of a strip mall and it looks much bigger than anything around it. I came here on Sunday afternoon to watch an NFL game. I ordered two tall beers and a hatch chile burger with fries. I came here to eat, and I was sitting down for 30 minutes before a server even looked at me. All of the workers and servers were arguing and it seems like everyone who sat down to eat there that night were upset as well. We ended up getting up and leaving and another couple got up and left as well so did three other people. also, we now know some employees business and home life on why they're ready to go home. My friend (who is a veteran) and I went to this location on Veterans Day and we sat outside on the patio as it was nice outside. We sat ourselves as the signs inside indicated we're okay. After sitting outside for about 10-15 minutes I went inside and asked if we could be served and a gentlemen told me they aren't serving outside. Great! Maybe have somebody seating everybody to let people know they can't be outside. We then sat inside for another 20 minutes and we were not even glanced at by any of the servers. Maybe the manager of this location should re-think the level of service at this location. Especially on a holiday when they know the restaurant will be packed. Thanks for nothing Buffalo Wild Wings! I was there about 830 last night. I ordered two burgers with bacon fries with two sides of guacamole not mind you. We have had this meal here a couple of times but he set in at eight last night. I got the meals to go well by the time I got home, the burgers was dried. The bread was hard. The fries was cold and had a terrible taste. I'm so tired of being gypped out of my money. On the evening of January 7, 2026 around 5:45pm, I went to this b dubs and got the worst customer service known to man. I normally don't do reviews but someone needs to help this staff. I walked in and got completely ignored by the staff. I walked up to the counter to talk to the manager but she looked at me as if I was from out of space and went about her way after I asked to speak with her. It was very unprofessional and I am only writing this in hopes that someone can train this staff how to assist customers when they come for a meal. I'm from out of state so this is the only b dubs that I know in this area otherwise I would just go somewhere else. I don't want anyone to get in trouble but this was awful service. Hopefully someone can train them better so the next customer won't have to experience this. In my hometown, we love b dubs but I'd rather go somewhere else now than go back to this particular one. ***DIRTY FACILITY & HAIR IN FOOD*** My family of 6, came to this restaurant for lunch (it was our first time here), were the first customers to enter for the day. I was really surprised at how unclean the place was. (Being the it just opened for the day). When we walked through two sets of door, the glass doors were filthy and hand smudges all over them. The floors were not vacuumed, the tile floors seemed sticky, and outside was not swept (hula hoops, and small trash in the floor). The restroom was dirty (toilet paper and trash in the floor, hand paper overflowing in the trash). We ordered our food. I had a grilled chicken salad. It was missing the pickled onions, I asked about them & Our waitress stated, "Sorry we don't have any because someone forgot to make it last night". I asked about my missing garlic bread and the order for it was placed. While eating my food I noticed a long piece of brown HAIR IN MY SALAD! I showed the waitress, who was apologetic and asked if I wanted another. The manger came to the table- apologized, and stated he would give us a discount and take off the salad. I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings today, which is Veterans Day. I am an army veteran and I was trying to go there for the Veterans Day deal. Sat in the bar area for over 30 minutes and no one even looked over at me. As a veteran on Veterans Day and not getting any recognition is extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It was Monday night and the place was less than 30% full. I think I counted 10 associates standing and looking at their phones at any given time. It took almost 2 hours to get chips and queso and a chicken salad. The salad was a joke. It literally had one chicken nugget laying on a few wedges of lettuce. The nugget was ice cold with a slight drizzle of sauce. I asked for some additional chicken. The server rolled her eyes and put in an order for a few more nuggets. The nuggets took another 20 minutes to come out. They came out with no sauce on them. I asked for some sauce on the side. The sauce came when she brought the check. The manager spent more time eating wings in a corner booth and never greeted us once. This place is an embarrassment to the BWW logo. read more

Every time I get my order (after) I remember how bad it was the last time. I don't know what it is that makes me not remember that before I even step foot into the place. My wife always said that there is something in a woman's body that makes her forget how bad child birth is. If there weren't, people would never have more than one child. Maybe that is what is going on here, I don' know... There is obviously something prohibiting my memory from working clearly. I keep changing up sauces thinking it will make it better. I keep getting the same result. Crappy chicken with crappy sauces. After like a two or three year hiatus, I tried the traditional wings a few weeks back and they were undercooked and nasty. BEST CHILI CHEESE EVER! BONELESS WINGS $0.65 ON THURSDAYS!! I have come to this location about three or so times over the past seven years with a variety of different people. Not often, but I just recently discovered how much I like (boneless) wings. Hubby and I came here together Tuesday night. I can definitely say they have improved a few things over the years. For example, they have significantly improved the tasting of different flavors. Since I haven't been here in a bit and I never wrote what I liked down, I had to start from scratch and memories. In the past you could try a few and they would bring you little cups and you had to order fries or figure out some way to sample them. Luckily, now you can sample up to 6 flavors from a sampler guy. He was pleased that I wrote mine down on a piece of paper for him (I always have a notepad on me for Yelp stuff!). I was pleased he even bring a small thing of thin fries to try the samples with. The food here is pretty great. I don't like bone-in wings so I always get the boneless. I usually don't venture beyond the wings here because that's what I come here for (and unlike Hooter's the wings here are actually supposed to be their selling point). Interestingly enough, the only thing that is called Buffalo is a dry rub, which to me had no flavor. However, the original sauce (which comes in a variety of spice levels) tastes like Buffalo sauce. I asked once about this but was told it wasn't... but it totally is. I like spicy things, but their max, Blazin, is all burn and no flavor, so I've played around with different things to see what I like. Another cool thing they do (at least with boneless) is let you split your wings up and get different flavors for each set of five. For example, if you get the Small with 10 wings you can get two flavors. So with the Medium with 15 wings you can get three flavors. If you feel they didn't put enough sauce on you can always ask your waiter for more. I'm not sure if the bone-in wings are cooked in the sauce or what but the boneless ones are just cooked wings with sauce thrown on top (as far as I can tell) so it works out. Sadly the Santa Fe sauce is gone now though hopefully they bring it back! (I opted out of trying the new Maple Syrup flavor). It's a tad expensive for something that I don't have any leftovers for, so hubby and I have agreed to only come on Thursdays to get the discount on the boneless wings. Food is average like any other major chain. Just reviewing because workers aren't wearing masks at all and if they are, they're wearing them wrong. No regard for basic safety in these times when the public can't handle not going out during a pandemic. Place is only good for takeout if you really want some cheap basic wings, local places are a thousand times better.
