Choose BWW because of a 50% free currently being offered - Purchase a menu listed number of wings and get double for the same price. With wings being a standard offering at most restaurants, this was a good option. We've rarely been disappointed with BWW because they stick to what they know, rather than trying to offer everything and inevitably being good at nothing. read more

Our server was good. Plenty of TV's to watch sports. Food was good. I recommend when you get fries put salt and vinegar dry rub on it. First off, this place is HUGE. They must be able to sit 400+ which is pretty big for a mall. I have only been here once, but got a chance to meet the owner who owns several BFF from Cape Cod up to Maine. Very nice guy and he has many years experience in the food industry. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time on Sunday. The goal was to watch the 49rs and Raiders play while enjoying some wings and fry's. I sat at the bar with my friend and we were quickly greeted by one of the two bartenders, which is the only reason why I gave one star. The immediate vibe was "what do you want?." No smile, just a frown. The vibe was no different with the second bartender. As a matter of fact, every worker in the restaurant seemed to be frowning. If this is the vibe the local manager is looking for, they have done a wonderful job in achieving it. As far as the football game goes, every screen in the bar had the game on and you could hear the commentary through the sound system. The problem was every TV had "closed captioning" appearing in the center of the screen. When we asked the bartender if they could turn the closed captioning off, or move its position on the screen, the response was "sorry, we don't control the screens." Amazing customer service. Getting back to the food. I ordered Buffalo Wings with MILD sauce and a side of Fry's. When the food arrived, the fry's were cold and the sauce was not MILD but somewhere between Medium and Hot. I make a point of not commenting on the food to the server, because they do not control the kitchen, that is what YELP is for. Before leaving the establishment, my friend placed a "TO GO" order for his daughter. While waiting on the order, we finished our dinner and drinks and waited and waited and waited. Eventually some 20 minutes later the food arrived and we departed. When we got home the order was not correct..... but we should have expected that. From the negative reviews on yelp, it is obvious this restaurant is poorly managed and has been for quite a while. The fact the staff does not appear happy is not their fault. Good management equals happy employees. The corporate office needs to wake up and take better care of their team on the front line in this restaurant. Unfortunate instance of a fair wing joint. I'm from Buffalo, so I'm definitely biased. The creators are rumored to be from there as well, but I doubt they have any input these days, because if they did, they certainly would correct the flaws? This particular B dubs has potential, but they routinely fail to live up to expectations. Ordering in house is about the only way you'll get mild satisfaction, and that is because you can send it back if needed. The beer choices are decent, and cold, so that is a redeeming factor for sure. Also helps me to care less about my wings that look like the sauce was accidentally splashed on instead of directly applied. Anything ordered to-go will be a mess, under seasoned, and likely missing something. I don't hate them, but they're certainly at the bottom of the list for Manch-Vegas, a borderline wingless area. read more

Would not recommend. They wouldn't serve one member of our party alcohol because he was from Canada and didn't have his passport on him despite showing 2 different forms of ID. Gross overpriced bar food. They served cold cheese with stale pretzels. The manager asked if we'd like covers to take it to go and I told her it was served cold. She took it away and I expected her to bring back warm cheese. She never came back so we were left with 2 of the 3 stale pretzels with no cheese. Honestly... I don't even know where to begin. One of the worst services I have received in a good while. It took 40 mins for my food to come out.. Which I don't mind because I like my wings EXTRA crispy but everything was cold. The server was so distracted that he literally forgot everything we asked for. My friends beer, my cranberry juice, both our sides, I mean everything even after repeatedly reminding him. After eating 3 wings we just asked for our check and left. As a server I understand that we all have our off days but this service was absolutely BEYOND me. I was so disappointed if I could give zero stars I truly would. Great place to watch the UFC fights! The only place that verifies online that they are showing the fights in town. It is clean, service is fast and friendly, and the beers are cold. I love wings and I am fairly picky with my wings. Today I have learned that BWW can do no wrong. This is the 3rdlocation I've gone to and all around great place to be. My waitress answered my questions with a smile and upbeat attitude. She is attentive, not overly attentive like some places but she noticed my drink was a little low and came over before ot was empty to check in. AWESOME! Buffalo Wild Wings officially opened in the Mall of NH near the food court over the weekend. This is the fourth BWW in NH with the other locations in Newington, Rochester, and Concord. The place is pretty loud inside with music pumping from the speakers and there are plenty of big TVs surrounding the dining areas (tables & booths) mall side and exterior side with bar section (high top tables/high chair seating at the bar) in the middle. I counted 60 TVs here inside the restaurant and on the small outside patio including 2 huge screens on each side of the bar. This location seems brighter than other BBW locations with brick fascade walls. The menu here is predominantly bar food including wings, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, chicken tenders, and popcorn shrimp. Kids meals are also offered here. Most individual items are under $11. There are around 30 draft beers on tap and several bottled beer & cold ones too, plus mixed drinks. Coke products served here. My buddy and I stopped here to catch some Monday Night Football. The place was very busy. Loud music was playing over the speakers instead of the sounds from the football games and Bruins game. We found two open seats at the bar in front of the TVs showing two NFL games. The bartender explained the bar offerings including 30 beers on tap and drink specials. Unfortunately, no food happy hour specials were offered here (offered at the Concord BWW 2PM-6PM/9PM-CLOSE/Mon-Fri) yet. On the plus side, there are plenty of power outlets to charge your electronic device under the bar counter and free wifi is offered here too. Wing Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays are offered here with special priced wings on those days. I know at the Concord BWW, it's 60 cents per wing, minimum of 8 per order. My buddy ordered a Sam Adams Seasonal and Jalapeno Pepper Bites and Fried Pickles to start off with. Those appetizers are pretty good, crispy breading on the outside, served with Southwestern dipping sauce on the side. I ordered a Diet Pepsi and a Grilled Chicken Salad with the Mango Habanero Sauce and a side of Ranch dressing. The salad was a good size with a mix of lettuce, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, croutons, and soft pieces of boneless chicken smothered in the Mango Habanero Sauce, which was verrry hot!!! The side of ranch dressing was good for balancing out the hot flavor. The service at the bar was very attentive with three bartenders taking care of our drink needs. I was given several (I lost count) free refills on the ice cold Diet Coke, which I definitely needed to wash down the very spicy aftertaste. I will sit at the bar whenever I can, especially when ordering food/wings with very spicy sauces. I can get my cold drinks a lot quicker My buddy enjoyed his appetizers and beers and our team (not the Pats) won big time over the Jets, this bar is already great luck for us!!! The French fry's could literally knock someone out how cold and hard they were, wings were really dry and tasted like it was reheated multiple times, burger is a disgrace to cows, my family and I was looking forward to enjoy dinner and we didn't. First it took 15 mins to get, fresh from the microwave mozzarella sticks. 15 mins after that Fries were clearly from a freezer bag and not cridpy at all. Two stars cause the mango habanero sauce is one of the best hot sauces I've ever tried. Everything else YUCK! Onion rings were made from the huge nasty outside pieces of the onion (I've worked in a restaurant that's the complete opposite part of the onion you should use) coleslaw looked like some nasty shit thrown in a container with vinegar poured on top and the boneless wings were so chewy and grizzley I couldn't even eat them. Sure I can see this being a place to come in and hang out with a few friends on a Friday/Saturday night and have a few drinks and maybe even their famous chicken wings. But for a quick bite to eat, not my first choice. Not to downplay the food at all though. Let me just clarify that it was DELICIOUS! My wife and I had two different meals from there along with what we thought would have been a appetizer size portion of their wings. Well, it turned out that the portion size was larger then we expected. We ordered the "small" boneless wings. Thinking from what we had asked our waitress about the portion sizing (since nothing was listed on the menu). She told us that it would be (from her knowledge and "cheat sheet") about 8 wings. We figured, well that's not too bad, to share. Turned out that it was about 12-14 wings. Practically a meal in it self...now besides that, my wife had chose to order the buffalo chicken sandwich (it seems to be her go to choice when unsure of what to order lol). And I opted to try the black bean burger. Both were great! Orders came with shoe string fries, and served on a small metal tray. Kind of a new modern thing I'm noticing among most places. Seems to shying away from the traditional dining plate service. Non the less, our waitress was very friendly, semi well versed in her knowledge of the menu items. And pretty attentive to our needs with drinks and bringing over extra items as needed. Now I'd feel like I'd be doing a disservice to this review if I didn't highlight a bit more about the wings from here. Obviously they offer the choice between boneless and traditional. In addition to this, they have a wide variety of both sauces and dry rubs that you can have your wings coated with. This time we decided to go with the sauce (who doesn't like a good saucy wing??). The scale ranges from with both choices the very meek and mild up to what they call "blazing hot" in the sauce, and "desert heat" for the dry rub. We opted for buffalo wild wing hot. Which falls on the upper half of their heat scale. I will say that this did not disappoint at all. Very well sauced and packed a great deal of flavor as well! By the time we got our check, it was actually a fairly decent priced bill, I can say this being from NY as opposed to some of the other reviews that are listed on here. The tab was just a hair over $35 and we got a lot of food for that amount of money (this is including tax). Would I come back to here again? Absolutely. Would I check out a different BWW to compare the quality and consistency of food? Of course.
