I haven't been to very many Buffalo Wild Wings as chain restaurants are not my style typically as I'm all about local joints. Buffalo Wild Wings does have some nice deals where you can earn points for future purchases and they also have a military discount program along with offering free food for vets on Veteran's Day. I've never been a fan of chicken wings but the sliced up chicken tenders they serve here that they call boneless wings are actually pretty nice and their burgers are also quite tasty. They do fry things in tallow here which I'm a big fan of as it really adds more flavor along with being healthier for you. They also have weekly specials such as 2 for 1 along with all sorts of changing deals. So far I've only been to THREE locations of Buffalo Wild Wings with my very first being in Foley, AL, the second being in Hattiesburg, MS and the third being this location in Laurel, MS. Unfortunately, I have to say this location is definitely falling into third place so far based on my experience of the food and service. Everything is really slow here from putting your food order in to getting a beer. The other locations of this chain I've visited seem to do things SUPER fast... like nearly impossibly fast which leads me to guess that they already have a lot of food already cooked and ready to go. This location seems to rarely get as crowded as the locations in Foley and Hattiesburg so due to that observation I'm guessing they can't have as much food already cooked and ready to go as the far more busy locations I've visited. The continuing issue I've had at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations also exists here in that they only have mustard in packets and no mustard in a squeeze bottle which seems ridiculous in a place that is founded on having a gazillion versions of sauce! They really need to add a huge new selection of mustard sauce options such a spicy creole mustard, a tangy German mustard, French Dijon mustard etc. etc. There are so many versions of mustard across the world that it just seems negligent of BWW to not have more mustard and mustard sauce options. They literally serve pretzel knots at BWW which are begging for a German mustard! So I just went inside and ordered, the unavailable item was actually available. Went back outside, since they said they would bring the order outside. After nearly 40 minutes, went inside to see what was taking so long. Order was ready a few minutes after I went in. Got back to our hotel and got ready to eat. Let me start off by saying every time we visit a BDubs they let us down LOL. We are easy people to please but the worst as happened (fire on the building, power outages, food taking 1+ hours, forgotten by our server, etc) and we still stop at new locations. This location has impressed us the most. Extremely kind servers and hosts. We were greeted with smiles and excitement when arriving, sat at a clean table and were immediately waited on with exceptional service. I will say, my wings came a little undercooked. Personally I like a bit more crisp and these were under by a lot. The waitress said "2 min left on your wings" and then another 15 min went by. Others in my group were served but mine were not. I think they forgot about them and rushed the order. However we enjoyed our time and the service and my wing preference could've been fixed if I sent them back but I didn't bother. Slow, cold and bad... We visited Thursday around noon and there was an average sized crowd. We each ordered a glass of wine and waited about 20 minutes for that to arrive. Sensing the slow pace, I immediately placed our orders which included chips and guacamole, 6 boneless wings and 6 traditional wings. 40 minutes later I asked our server when our food might arrive. He checked and came back with the chip and guacamole. No napkins, no water just the chips and guacamole. The server told us he was waiting to bring everything out together. I always thought appetizers should be brought out before the wings. When the wings finally arrived, my wife's were at room temperature (maybe colder) and mine were barely warm. No ranch / blue cheese dressing, no celery/carrot sticks, no flatware, no question whether we wanted another drink... no nothing.... I've been to other BWWs and this was very much sub-par. Stayed across the parking lot at the Holiday Inn for 2 weeks for a work project. Ate here the first night in town because I didn't know better. Everything at the bar was sticky. Despite little to no business, it still took over 40 minutes to get served two 6 piece boneless wing baskets! They were horrible too... Think chicken McNuggets with cold sauce poured on them. So stopped in after a long day of driving. It seemed the place was a teen hang out, and then when I saw the couple making out in the booth--it was clear. The manager stood directly behind our booth and just leaned on the counter behind our booth. We placed our drink orders and waited an very long time. The manager saw this and literally pulled out a small flashlight and directed toward the waiter to get her attention and pointed behind my husbands back at our table. Then I heard him have a conversation with another waitress and the "F" word was dropped. This restaurant is definitely not worth any money you would spend here. We ordered delivery and it arrived late (past the time the app said it was delivered) and was missing items we paid for. The food we did get was old, congealed sauces and cheeses and tasted horrible. We called the restaurant to let them know of the issues and wanted to bring the food o them. The manager refused to come to the phone and told the poor server to tell us they were not responsible for any food issues and they did not receive any money because they sent our order to DoorDash and we would have to contact DoorDash to report issues. After waiting nearly 10 minutes in the bar area with no service and filthy tables all around us, we decided to leave. My husband talked to a manager And we were seated in the main dining room. Even with a good waiter, we waited another 7 or 8 minutes for two draft beers. Nachos came out quickly so my guess is the bar is where the issue lies here. We watched a bachelorette party of 6 girls came in around the same time as we did. We watched them walk out shortly after we were seated in the dining area. Biggest complaint beyond the HORRIBLE service was all the tables around us that had glasses and dirty serving dishes all over them. No one seemed to be taking the initiative to bus tables. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. It was 10pm when they closed at midnight and only five or six tables in the whole place actually had customers. The rest were full of trash. I'm always cautious of places with low ratings, but decided to risk it as we were staying in the hotel across the parking lot. This BWW successfully lived up to the poor reviews. The staff was inattentive (many were on their phones in the front portion of the restaurant) and with the exception of the one at the takeout desk, weren't very interactive with customers. Between our table of 3 ordering 2 sets of wings and a chicken sandwich, service took almost 45 minutes between ordering and when we got our food. We ended up having to send 2 of the 3 things back to the kitchen for being incorrect. I think corporate needs to come down and figure out what's going wrong with this location. read more

This has always been our "go to" place when we wanted wings and beer, but now it is horrible. Poor poor management. The person in the bar is trying to serve the tables in the bar and make drinks for the rest of the restaurant. Manager standing at the end of the bar never makes an attempt to help out. 8 out of 10 tables in the bar occupied and 8 tables in the main area occupied. I saw 5 servers including the bartender and I felt this would be enough staff, however apparently they had one cook and none of the 3 managers that were also there could help out. I honestly felt sorry for the one bartender. We waited for our food for a solid 45 minutes People on the patio had to come in to get food or drinks. I'm not one to fuss about the price because you know what to expect but come on $11.99 for this? Total time was 1 1/2 hours and we didn't waste time on ordering. This location is the absolute worst. My family and I were there to celebrate Veterans Day. No one came to the front to seat us. I had to ask a person working there if we could seat ourselves. The layout is your typical BWs and the food is what you'd get at any one of the restaurants in their chain. The service was average but nothing special. Apparently last week they suffered heavy hail damage and roofers were repairing the roof as well ate. Towards the end of the meal there as a very, VERY loud bang that caused both customers and staff to evacuate the main dining floor and it shook loose dirt/dust/who knows what from the ceiling... right into the last of my daughters meal. How food is left off an order that is printed on a ticked which is then stapled to the bag, baffles me. Are they unable to read? Unwilling to do a good job is more of the problem. Customer service has been waning for a while in all fast food restaurants but it has went to hell in a hand basket in the last year. Restaurant wasn't that busy I also ordered 10 traditional wings when I canceled the order 1.5 hrs later the order still hadn't been started.
