Stopped going for awhile as I had three bad experiences in a row, but that was in another state. This restaurant delivered. Good food, portions, prices and service. Went on Super Bowl day and we got right in. Very cold beer. Will be back. read more

I put in an online order this evening. However, when it was time to pick up my order it was no where in their system. Zac, the service manager was able to take care of it and get my order out to me, which I was thankful for. I made the mistake of not checking the order until I got home. Unfortunately the wings seemed to be more like a dry rub with a dash of sauce and I ordered all wings with sauce. I called BWW, Zac told me to bring in the old wings and they will make me "fresh ones". While waiting for the correct order, the you g ladies in the front of whom I assume are the hostesses were apologetic and kind. When I got the second order or what should've been the correct order were not fresh. Not even a 3 min drive home and the wings were barely even warm. A very unfortunate experience here and will not return anytime soon. Not much has changed at BWWs read more

Ate here yesterday. Service was slow, they need to hire more servers. The wings are good, but I ordered a burger this time and to be honest it was the worst burger I've had in a sit down restaurant. The meat was bland and the burger itself was tiny. There was no ketchup, salt or pepper on any table and my server took a while to get back to our table. I never received a refill of club soda until we were about to eat. Our server was nice, but because they were under staffed she was busy. I've also had the Philly cheese steak and it was bland also. read more

I've never been to a BWW but my friend said they were ok so we placed an order online for one of the meal deals. We got the 15 boneless wings and 5 tender meal with the large side of fries. When I picked up the order, the tenders were hot, the boneless wings were somewhat warm, and the fries were cold. The tenders tasted like they were made fresh but the boneless wings tasted like they were microwaved. We don't know what was going on with the fries. Other than being cold, they were really chewy like they had been left out for a while. The seasonings we chose were the lemon pepper dry rub, the parmesan garlic sauce, the chipotle bbq dry rub, and the jammn' jalapeno sauce. We think they mixed up the sauces because the cup said jammn' jalapeno but the color was too orange and it was too sweet. We think they gave us the mango habanero. We opted in for the extra ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and the celery & carrot combo. At first I thought they forgot the celery and carrots but as I dug through the bag of sauces, the veggies were at the very bottom. We got two sticks of celery and five tiny carrots. In total we had 10 cups of sauce/seasonings (they gave us three cups of ranch and three cups of blue cheese) but they were all crammed into one tiny bag with the veggies and the utensils. One of the cups of ranch had popped open so that was a mess. I wanted to try the potato wedges so I got a side order and they were really soggy, and cold. The sizes of the wedges varied quite a bit from pieces as thick as a one of the boneless wings to thin as a french fry. This was a waste of $4. I wouldn't eat this food again based on the poor quality (the tenders were ok) but the $26 price tag is also a reason to avoid this place. Although I left a tip so the cost was closer to $30. read more

This is simply the worst place to eat. If you like Nashville Hot don't buy it from here. It has absolutely no Nashville Hot flavor, just a mixture of heat. When you use the app check your order before you leave, because if you order say a 30 piece chicken wings, you are lucky if you get 20. Even choosing flavors you get plain wings with a small container of whatever sauce you requested, not enough to cover what they give you. And don't bother to contact them, they do nothing, say you should have checked it before you left. And contacting corporate, that is a joke, they never reply back. No phone call, no email they simply ignore if it's a complaint. Don't be fooled by the "tallow" the say they use. Yes it is tallow, but it's not plain tallow, it is highly processed which makes it unhealthy. If you want Nashville Hot, I suggest you go to Albertsons grocery store, there chicken if very flavorful read more

We stopped in after church to watch a half of football and enjoy some hot wings and a queso skillet . We had to wait 15 minutes to get seated (unacceptable!). Once seated, we ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio wine. It came in a can so we requested a wine glass to hold it. We then placed our prefer which took roughly an hour to arrive. During our wait, we ordered a Stella which came after the food. The wings were quite tasty but hot and without any liquid to cool off the heat, it detracted from the meal. Then the queso skillet arrived with a beer. By that time, a lady Packer fan sitting at the adjoining table was screaming on every play like the wicked witch of the West (ambiance), so we asked for the skillet to go. Our waitress obliged and when she returned she apologized for the fact that the skillet contents were in a container so small it embarrassed her. We paid our bill and left agreeing to never eat there again. Tom S read more

Food sucked. We waited for a table then waited for a server. Seems no one wanted to take our table. Everything was cold and tasted old. It was a BIG disappointment. Drinks from the bar took forever. There clearly is no manager on duty. We never saw one checking on the guests. Will we back? Highly unlikely. Been to many Buffalo Wild Wings so I know what the food should be like. read more

Can't give lower than a one or it would be zero. The wings were rubbery, had no seasoning, the bleu cheese dip tasted nasty. And this was after they redid the order because the first one they gave me, the chicken was still frozen. First and last time I will try this place. read more

Waited 10 minutes to be seated, 10 to order and 45 minutes for food to arrive, and it was cold, wings had obviously sat for some time and were dry and cold, fries were cold and we NEVER saw our waitress. After expressing our dissatisfaction she came back and said she removed some stuff from our ticket AND gave a discount, however we got a measly 20% off and nothing else while we left a majority of our food on the table and she never came back to get our payment AND when we went to pay and they said they'd get her, someone else came and took payment. read more

Ordered takeout as there is no "Dine In" eating in New Mexico for the week before, and the week of Thanksgiving. I arrived, after ordering online, and called their business phone. The employee that answered greeted me with a pleasant tone. I explained that the order was placed online, whose name it was under, what time it was supposed to be ready, and that I was sitting in space #12 outside their business. He thanked me and stated he would be right out with the order. The traditional wings with "Desert Heat" were delicious. As a side note for those interested in keto friendly foods, 10 of these wings only contribute to 2 carbs. I was very pleased with the curbside service, the quality of the meal and the reasonable prices. I'm looking forward to dining in sometime, and recommend you check them out. read more

Talk about a place with horrible service. The place is way under staffed. They were out of all the specials on Sunday. How can you be out of Bud Light? read more

Arrived with grandkids as they were craving wings. After standing around 5 minutes to be acknowledged, a waitress asked us if we were dining in or picking up order. We informed her that we were dining in and were directed to sit down. Waitress informed us that someone would be with us soon. We waited another 15 minutes and my granddaughter said- they are taking a long time at which point we left. The restaurant was not busy and I figured it would be faster service, we were wrong. Best of luck to you all and keep up the good work . It is apparent that you don't need our business and we don't need your crappy service! read more

This is the second time I've eaten at this location. The first time, the service was so bad that I refuse to dine-in any more. Food came out cold and beer sat at the bar for nearly five minutes before it reached our table. Both things that might be understandable if it was busy, but that was far from the case. Today I decided to order pick up because of their BOGO deal on wings. The experience was nearly as bad. Spoke to two employees, both with poor attitudes and made it clear that they'd rather be anywhere than at work. I waited for my food in the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was probably about half full, maybe less, and the hostess told every party that came in there would be a 10-15 minute wait when there was a plethora of open tables in the dining room. As far as my food, I waited 45 minutes before my food was ready. Unbelievable, again the restaurant was about half filled and a pick up order took them over 40 minutes. I will not be back, regardless of dine in or takeout. I will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know. Unacceptable from BWW. read more

Having not been to the Las Cruces Buffalo Wild Wings in a good while I just had to return to check it out and sample their burgers and fries. I of course have noticed that the place has been getting some pretty bad reviews lately. When I go to a restaurant that's been receiving poor reviews I usually find that the reviews do not present an accurate picture of what the place is really like. So, here we go, I arrived early in the lunch hour and was immediately seated by a young hostess. The service was performed by a pleasant young woman who did an ok job in a casual sort of way. Although the service was far from professional I have no complaints; after all this is a sports bar. The interior is somewhat dark and seems a bit drab. It could be a bit tidier. It doesn't inspire confidence. The place is cavernous and fairly open. The food prep time was fine...about ten minutes or so. I ordered their double patty Hatch chile smashed burger and fries. The fries were on the thin side but they were a little crisp and quite tasty. These were good fries. Rate them a B+. The smashed double burger appeared to be on the small side but with the two beef patties it was fairly substantial. The meat was cooked just right and it was not at all dry. And, I've got to tell you folks, this burger with the onions, aioli, cheese, and seasonings was absolutely delicious!!! Seasoned to perfection. The taste of the meat was outstanding and the chile flavorful and spicy. Rate this burger an "A." It was one of the tastiest I've had in a long while. So, for the overall dining experience...the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the service was acceptable, the prices were reasonable, and the burger and fries delicious. I will rate the dining experience Four Stars...meaning good. It would be higher if the service was a bit better and the place a bit nicer as the food was really good. read more

Service is very slow. Small portions. Entertaining people. Waiter had no care to serve. Brought out party of 4 food in shifts.

I love the food and would be such a huge BWW fan if not for the horrid service and app. Really long waits, wrong orders, the app glitches a lot, can't get bogo wings anymore on the app, if you try to call to order they won't answer, if you need a refund it takes 2 weeks, food is often cold, etc etc etc Their bogo traditional wings also cost the same as normal prices at Wingstop, so I guess I've been converted. read more

The staff is awesome. They have great beers on tap. The wings are deep fried and crunchy, just like wings that are tossed sauce, are supposed to be. I will say that they changed their blazing reaper sauce to something that taste a little more tangy and bbq-ie. The sauce still has a kick to it and I can't complain about the switch up. The staff at this particular location have been their since day one of the stores opening and have an amazing ability to make you feel right at home . Recently they remodeled this location. The ambiance is extremely fair . If you want good food and a place to watch the games . This is your spot! read more

Ordered 20 boneless wings for $19.79 to go for an 11:50am pickup. I walked inside to get the to go box and was surprised how small/light it was. When we got home we discovered 20 small chicken NUGGETS. Barely more than 1 bite each. They were overcooked (hard/chewy) and seemed to be more breading than chicken. Icing on the cake- Buffalo Wild Wings charges $0.99 for takeout orders. So I paid a buck to walk into their restaurant to get my order (what the heck?) My advice, save your $$ and go to McDonald's to get better chicken nuggets at a fraction of the price. And McD's doesn't charge you a buck to pick-up your food. read more

Exactly mediocre. If you order on DoorDash, don't order a drink. you can damn near guarantee that you'll pay for it but it won't show up.

Service is very bad. One server working the bar area and the dining room. We won't be back.

Overall not good. The wings were dry and overcooked, the fried pickles were good pickles but the batter was too thick, the fried cheese curds were okay but that batter was also too thick, and for $50 I feel like I was robbed. Go up the road to Freddy's Steak Burger for WAY better cheese curds. As far as buffalo wings go in Las Cruces, make your own at home. I will not be ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again any time soon. The one in El Paso is a lot better. Oh and on top of the disappointing experience, they didn't even have the reaper sauce in stock. read more

it all comes down to management and coworkers. pickup order I usually set 20 minutes before going because of their sense of urgency. ITS NOT THERE! Today as always I waited 30 minutes to not get a "it'll be almost out" or "another 10 minutes", all that was said "oh I don't see it back there". I just drew my last straw with them and asked for a refund. The food is mediocre, i highly recommend trying Bubbas 33 or Farley's both are cheaper and muchhhhhh better service. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 11:47am on a Saturday... with 3 people seated at the time in the whole restaurant we were told there was a 20min wait.... the hostess who ignored us because her friends story was more interesting said that thier servers needed "time to prepare". 3/12/22. I ordered 6 traditional wings for pickup at 6:50pm. I arrived early. I finally asked for a refund at 7:20pm. I was assured twice that my wings were coming. I've been here a few times and I'm not impressed. The food lacks quality. Visiting today, I ordered a chicken wrap and my wife ordered a salad. My wife said the tomatoes on her salad tasted rotten. My wrap had a funny taste too, which might have been the tomatos or the Mild Buffalo sauce. In the past, I've ordered wings, which are always small, overcooked, dry, and lacks natural flavor. Service is usually decent but never above average. Since the price is on the high side and the quality being so low, I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant in the future. read more

I would definitely leave 0 stars if possible, but I guess... my co-worker and I had order a lunch meal aside that I waited after we had ordered it online, I picked it and took it to work, and once we opened the box the fries were dry and hard that I could literally kill someone with them... the chicken was so dry that I we almost choked on it... I called spoke to Estrella and she said she relayed the message to both managers on shift, she stated that they would replace our meals and so the next day went to eat in the restaurant to have a nice fresh hot meal and the manager was very rude and she denied ever being told... I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings in El Paso and never has a manager been so rude and treated us like if we were some type of criminals... lol thank you but no thank, I won't come back to this location. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would ! I ordered food on the app on August 17 and received confirmation that it would be ready at 6:20 p.m. my husband and I both went to pick up the order and the girl we first had basically told us they did not have the order which was ordered under my husbands name . I showed her proof the order was made and proof of payment and she still said the order was not in their system. I then went inside and talked to the manager Adam Morales and showed him proof again that the order was made and was paid for . Adam mentioned multiple times about a future order and I may have done that as to why it was not showing on there end inside the computer . I repeated myself each time that it was to be ready that same day at 6:20 pm and even showed him the order again which had the date and time . Adam then mentioned seeing the order in his computer but it did not process on his end, I'm not quite sure what that means because he never really explained himself. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait for the order to clear on his end so they could complete the order or I had the option to cancel and get a refund . I responded with taking the refund , Adam then mentioned he could not process the refund due to the fact that the order was not processed on their end of the computer . Again, makes no sense. Adam took down our information to process the "Refund" once it cleared through the computer . We asked for a receipt for some type of proof that it was going to be refunded and he could not provide that for us . He gave us his card and the general managers card whom I have reached out to and still have not heard back from . Today is Thursday the 20th and I decided to call because I have yet to hear from Adam or Leticia. I talked to Adam on the phone again mentioned the refund he said he could not do anything for me unless I brought an actual paper bank statement showing that the money cleared . My bank is all the way in El Paso I'm not sure what the difference is between the app where I can show him faster than having to wait x amount of days for my bank statement for the month of August to be processed. I am very disappointed in the poor choice of management you have chose and the poor customer service I have received . As a person who has worked in customer service and manager at that for 8 years I cannot believe the way he has handled this issue, as a manager I would think he would try to make this situation better instead of making more problems out of this. I would like the owner or someone from corporate to reach out to me! I no longer want to deal with him! This is ridiculous that I have to jump through loop holes to get a refund for food that I never received. read more

I gave this place e a benefit of a doubt and hoped that the wings and food would be better since I noticed that there were new managers. The few times I have gone with friends (not my choice) wings have always been cold. This time was no different. The wings were mealy and Luke warm at best wick meant that they been sitting in a warmer until someone placed the order. Restaurant had maybe three other tables so instead of making it cooked to order like a quality restaurant they had already made wings sitting in a warmer.
