I made a DoorDash order from this restaurant recently. On DoorDash, it's listed as "Wild Burger", but make no mistake, it is Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was an All American Cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard. For a side, I got the tater tots with the recommended cheddar jack cheese. The All American Cheeseburger is a double patty burger, but it doesn't resemble anything like the burger on the DoorDash app. The app shows a double patty burger with cheese on the top and another slice between the burger patties. However, it appeared to me there was just one slice on the top burger. The burger was fried well and pretty good. The tater tots were plentiful but I'm not sure about the recommended cheddar jack cheese. I wasn't sure if that was a cheddar jack cheese sauce or if the tater tots were supposed to be tossed in a cheddar jack cheese powder before frying, but there was no sauce and the tater tots were not cheese flavored. There was an upcharge of 65 cents for this option, so I was a bit disappointed because I don't feel they delivered. Delivery was quick, and the items were packed in a eco-friendly corrugated box with the burger on one side and the tater tots on the other side. Overall, I give this establishment 3.4 stars. The burger was good and the tots were crispy and not overly saturated in oil. I would opt out of upgrades to the tater tots because I'm not sure if I'd reliably get them. read more

Was here a few nights ago on Thursday night football Bengals vs Ravens Place was packed as expected. Got there about 15 minutes before the game started was seated as quick as they could took forever to get anything to drink at the table for obvious reasons. Our waitress was doing the best she could. Her name was Chelsea at the place was obviously understaffed just a bunch of teenage kids with no clue about service, or being attentive or anything as I looked around. Simple, boneless wings but the ones my dad and I shared were overcooked and pretty crappy food We each had a beer and nachos appetizer with some kind of chili dip in a bowl. It was OK but for the price this food is mediocre at best and they're charging premium prices. I am from Seattle and I've been to dozens of area Buffalo wild wings there, and they're pretty much all the same as this one 50 years from now people will be driving their flying saucers to the restaurant and complaining about the overpriced. The Mac & Cheese was semi creamy with a rich flavor. The fries were the right amount of crispy & seasoned perfectly. While my visit/meal was above average my mom and dad described their wedges as "over done". On a side note, each of our entries came out to the table at different times. The food and the service at this location were fantastic. Our server, Logan, took very good care of us this evening. My wife tried to order something that is no longer on the menu, and he was able to figure out how to get it done. He made sure our food was piping hot, which I appreciate very much. We had dinner there last night, friday night. This is a big restaurant. They were not very busy. Ordered the sampler platter. The server said she would need to check and and see if there were out of onion rings... she came back and said they were and asked if we would like to order anything else. I asked if we could just sub something. She said that wasn't allowed because the manager doesn't allow it. When I asked why she said it messes up the food cost. We would have ordered French fries which are cheaper than onion rings. I think the issue is it would create a variance on his ideal usage reports for each product. I can see where that's an issue for him. Not for me, the customer. Somewhere the higher-ups have created the expectation that numbers or more important than customers, especially since its more profitable to sell fries and charge for onion rings. Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Not busy when we first arrive. Left to sit and wait 20 min before waitress took drink order. Then our food order took an hour and half. But wait it gets better. Waitresses kept bringing out one order at a time and couldn't find which table had what. We watched this happen 20 or more times (one plate at a time) who does that? The whole table should get food and eat together. Then finally brought ONE order to our table. Party of 6. Waitress said yeah we bring them out hot. What? Nope very hard and cold food. we couldn't really eat it. Each one of us got our ordered plate 10-15 minutes in between each ones Then they tried to charge us another tables order with ours on our bill. It took another 20 minutes to get the bill figured out. We aren't complainers! Told manager and he said well you and 25 other people are complaining tonight. Well "get your shit together! I know I manage a childcare center. Call offs suck. But you have to admit it's not going well and press a reset button or just say I'm sorry: We arrived at 9 pm celebrating graduation. Didn't get out of there until 11:30. And we were all pissed and disappointed by the end of it. All I can say is I hope it doesn't overshadow my son's special moment. We were trying to celebrate. Waitress took forever to greet my table, did not check on us once, we got our food from another person and literally did not see her again until we flagged someone down to get our check. I have never had a bad meal here. Every time I get a new sauce because there are so many! My favorite might be the Parmesan garlic sauce slathered in the obviously homemade ranch that is provided. This delectable meal can only be eaten properly with a boneless setup with none other than a Fork and knife. Once acquiring these two sets of silverware it's game on my my mouth as the fork plunges the boneless chicken chunk in the vat of ranch while my mouth waters and asks for more while I also subsequently get stares from other customers considering how good this food is. Legitimately the best customer service, I have ate here twice within the last months once sat down and once pickup. Both times issues were presented like when we sat down they forgot to put in our order for wings, but they made it better by doubling our order and comping part of the meal. The take out I ordered was a little behind and they did not get me my side of fries for my 10 piece combo, but they made up for it by giving me 30 wings. 20 free of charge. There is a problem here getting food out to everyone at the same time. Over the last year or so,with two or three people ,no more,one person gets their food and ten minutes later no one else. We catch a server and ask,sometimes food is cold and been sitting in back,sometimes it comes out a little later. We assume they messed up order and hadn't cooked the rest of order yet. At least once the order was not put in correctly,and they said it would be awhile to get rest of order,meaning all these occasions someone got their meal and pretty much finished before others got food. I have been going to the BW3s on Stroop Road for years. The service and food USED TO be great! But now it just continues to disappoint me. I still go here because the location is close to my house and it's a place to go for a quick casual meal. I really wish there was a Roosters or Frickers close by. Talked to manager she asked if I wanted something else I said sure, I choose boneless wings they were out in less then 1 min, I ate a few but they tasted and looked like they were old but re-fried they tasted really bad, did not finish them. The tenders were credited but I got charged for the wings, I did not pursue any credit or discount but WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN ! Service was good and tipped the girl, but food SUCKED. I had the worst "meal" at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kettering,OH. I ordered the black bean burger because I'm a vegetarian. The food arrived before the rest of the table orders without eating utensils, napkins, mustard, ketchup etc. so I had to track down a server. When I bit into the burger, it was a meat burger. I tracked down the server again and she told me it wasn't meat and only looked like meat. I brought her to the table to see for herself. She apologized and another black bean burger arrived a short time later. It was burned, the cheese wasn't melted, there was no tomato, lettuce etc. And the fries were cold. First off when you get served a dirty glass just take it back and make sure you bring out a clean glass.
