This Buffalo Wild Wings has to be the worst location ever, except for the one blonde bartender that's usually always working. Let me say she is great and give great service, I think she only works the day shift though. We went on May 9th at 8 pm, our meal took 2 whole hours. First we walked in and No One asked to seat us. We ended up sitting at the bar, I ordered a Miller High Life, the New bartender poured me a Miller Light. We ordered endless appetizers, and wish they gave us more queso. Then we ordered 15 bone in (traditional) wings. They came out with boneless wings. When they went back and remade the 15 bone in (traditional) wings, they came out and delivered only 12 bone in (traditional) wings to us. This experience would make anyone not want to go back. The service was not good from the start. I would recommend going to a different wing place and avoid this one, unless you sit at the bar, and the blonde bartender is working. read more

If there was a way to make the star selection less than one, or even take the stars into a negative, that would still not be able to express how terrible this location is. 1. We sat down and it took 20mins before we were even approached by a server. 10mins later we got our waters. 2. At 30min, finally got bar drinks. 3. At 45min we got our appetizers and they were cold. Finally able to order while we watch a table sat after us was finishing their meal. 4. At 1h 15m, the table got our food but wife's food never showed up. Wings were cold... 5. By 1h 30m we finally got a manager and at that time my wife's cold wrap showed up. In the mean time, the table next to us, that was sat an hour after us was finishing their meal. The bar seating was full but plenty of seating in the bar area to post up and watch some bball! Loved the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich! Subbed sweet potato fries and they were waffle style, even better! Very positive and welcoming staff despite their low wages and dealing with corporate disregard for giving employees a living wage, I did a very easy mobile order having a free six boneless coupon and was far away at the time to have it waiting for me after I used the clean bathrooms. Noticed the typical open and vibrantly athletic filled and screen coated dining room and bar, lots of groups here showing off the appeal even for the lowest quality bird meat; all those sauces easily help forget the high prices here. For the first time, Caribbean jerk, mango habanero, Asian zing, and honey barbecue are my favorites. Be aware that everything above the hot bar does burn at both ends, mango habanero is extremely dangerous for someone expecting a balanced easy heat. On the other side, I will never understand how one ignores the other better quality and value options in chains like Chilis and local restaurants to easily drop thirty bucks for a meal and drink here. Besides the buy one get one Tuesday and Thursday deals, I could never recommend. I end up here only for Thursday BOGO and with gift cards but highly suggest the burgers and brisket tacos over the wings! read more

This was a terrible experience and I would not go back. To be honest I really didn't want to go here in the first place, but my daughter wanted wings and it was close. After another extended period of time she returns and says I don't know what happened and hands me the check and I give her my card. She comes back with the bill and walk me away. As I look at it every thing on the bill is voided out except for the cheese curds. I figure they comped it because of the mistake, so I pay the check and wait. So I see her at another table after a few moments and see her walk away again, so I ask is the Togo order coming out. She says no I canceled it because it was going to take a long time. What? How is that possible if my food was almost out? And if it wasn't why didn't she tell me that when she brought the check? I'm not a stickler for this kind of stuff and understand that being in food service is a hard job, but being honest with me and then correcting a mistake would have made all the difference. The interior seems to be remodeled (and is nice), but be prepared for some parking issues - construction makes a rush hour a little difficult. I have a feeling it was shift change or something as several staff members were coming in BUT..... Slow for drink orders and once the order was placed it was very slow for our food. It was an order for boneless and some with bones. Not really out of their wheelhouse. Wings weren't hot. Not worth the effort to wait even longer for them to "possibly" be remade. This place has to start thinking about having a quality product and service or go away. "Well BW3's, after 10 years, I think it's time we need to go our separate ways." After last night's ordering-and-not-getting debacle, and this early morning's unbelievable gastro-intestinal explosion, I am firmly saying goodbye to going back to that overpriced, corporate, mismanaged, "trying-to-be-kitchy-but-really-just-pandering-to-the-unshaven-masses", dump. Now granted, we don't order from BW3's every week, not even once a month, so to have so many bad experiences within the last year means that EVERY ORDER in the past 12 months (roughly four times) have been riddled with errors and quality issues. I had another bad experience picking up my order yesterday (which, by the amount of people in there, the order should have been ready upon the quoted 50 minute allotment). When I got there, they hadn't even started the order, so I had to wait an additional 25 minutes on top of the wait time quoted by the website. Then, once my order came out, 3 out-of-the 4 items were wrong, AND 7 out of 10 sauces/condiments were just randomly thrown into a bag and were not part of my order. Furthermore, I didn't even get MY sauces (which I always enjoyed as a ray of hope regardless of how bad my orders have been). After standing at the counter correcting everything with the busboy, and subsequently clogging the counter area up with all of my stuff for an additional 10 minutes, I at least got my order correct and was able to leave. I thought my woes were over. Everyone ate. We were at least satisfied that our food was home (albeit stone cold and it all had to be reheated). But we were able to eat. (In retrospect, because hindsight is 20/20, I should have opted for cereal...) At 5:15am, the most painful stomach ache woke me from a dead sleep and forced me to rush to the bathroom in order to not soil the bed. To my amazement, the porcelain didn't crack under the direct bombardment of the explosion that occurred, but it truly made me wonder why I subjected myself to this... So, I feel that without much recourse, I need to give the Kenosha Buffalo Wild Wings the Ol' Tip-o-the-hat as I mosey on down the road. The abhorrent service decline, overpriced garbage food, minimal care in quality, lack of effort in customer satisfaction, and overall dismal display of actual attention given to customer care gives you, Buffalo Wild Wings a big, fat ZERO in my book. For a person, like myself, to be brand-loyal to a fault, walking away is the BEST THING I can do. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me four times... This review is regarding the service for a recent takeout experience, not the food itself. My husband decided to bring home dinner for the family since it was Boneless Thursday. Woo-hoo!! Simple order...20 wings. He placed the order by phone before leaving work (he works 5 minutes away). He arrives to pick it up, they take his info. Then they act confused and ask him he ordered; he tells them; she enters it into the computer and charges him. THEN, after the fact, she tells him..."we have no record of your order, so we're going to put the order in now. It's going to be about 15 minutes". He's irritated, tells her "never mind, I'd just like my money back", then she disappears into the back, returning 15 minutes later with the order...which should have been ready because he ordered it 20 minutes prior to arriving. By phone! He didn't want to order it online because they screwed that up once before too (same thing...no record of the order). I've never worked in a restaurant, but typically when someone is clearly irritated and says "Just give me my money back" that is your cue to quickly find the manager to rectify the situation (we know they're always there...buzzing around the tables bugging the dine in guests asking them how their meal is). They didn't bother to offer a discount for the inconvenience, or throw in any extra wings or maybe some fries, and even had the nerve to charge him 60 cents for each cup of ranch (2 cups total). At this point, he's saying never again, which pisses ME off because I like the place (with the exception of their takeout orders ALWAYS being screwed up). Good one BWW!!!! read more
