I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I can't say I would recommend this particular location. The wings and Guinness were excellent as usual, but the service was less than adequate. My server/bartender was not a pleasant person, which made the experience less than enjoyable. Luckily I was just passing through, on my way north, so I won't have to worry about coming back. read more

Yikes, very dirty! I should have know when it was 12:30 and only 2 ppl in the whole place. My daughter had to use the restroom and there was raw sewage in the drain . It smells like dirty wet rags. We debated leaving when we received our drinks but we were traveling and short on time . read more

We arrived late to the hotel. Boys wanted wings. I sent them over from the hotel they treated the boys with respect and courtesy and I was happy for that because they are teenagers. Then we showed up not knowing that they served food until 1130pm. Amen... we were starving. Place was clean, tidied up and busy in the bar. We had a great bartender who was super friendly, cold beers and the Dodgers were on tv. perfect night. I would come back any time. read more

One waitress for bar area resulted in slow service. Food came out as 30 wings, we ordered a burger and a wrap, not wings. Finally received correct food, lukewarm at best. Will not return to this location. read more

Great 1st impression that made a lasting memory! My family and I visited this restaurant because they were hosting a registration for a showcase coming up for basketball college recruiters, etc. While we were there of course we took advantage of the option to purchase things off the menu and graciously we were given 15% off so that made it even better. This place had hundreds of people in there, but we've managed to receive a table person that was able to make us feel like we were the only ones there. His name was Nick and Nick was awesome! To tell the truth, I sat my boys down to order and left. When I came back, they had ordered, received their food and were in great spirits. Nick took good care of my big guys and their food looked awesome. They had Medium, Caribbean Jerk and Honey Barbeque Wings w Fries. The thing that separates this BWW from the rest was the cleanliness of the dining area and bar as well as the bathroom, kindness of staff and efficiency of orders. Not to mention the quality of food was better than what I'm used to receiving at any BWW location. Kudos to management! Great job with hand picking quality staff as well as training. Everyone there appeared to be happy and smiling and looked like they wanted to be there. I hope I'm in the area again soon so that I can partake in another great experience with this establishment the way I did today. Many thanks to Buffalo Wild Wings for providing stellar service to hundreds of people for many hours and not breaking a sweat! read more

Dear BWW, You are not doing any favors when you serve veggies like this. The slow decline of your veggies has been in the making for years. I thought this might be a west coast issue but today I confirmed that this is a company issue. If you cannot figure out how to serve fresh non split and or dry veggies I would suggest you stop offering this with your wings. It makes me wonder if the rest of your menu is hidden with this poor quality items. Do you really think your customers would put this in their mouth? You must not have any respect for your customers. The service at the bar was not great either. Done with this chain. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Veggies that should not have been served. An epic problem with this chain. Do people really eat this? - Sports Bars Near Me - Hagerstown, Maryland

Went to this location on September 8th, 2024, to watch the Browns play the Cowboys. It's hard to say what was more disappointing, the Browns performance or the food we were served. This was my wife and my forest trip back to this establishment for well over a year and a half. We ordered the Hatch Nachos as an appetizer. When they arrived, the queso was at room temperature, as well as the tortilla chips. We expressed or concern to the waitress (who, by the way, did a very good job) who took the queso to correct the concern. She returned, and the queso was still cold. No big surprise as we experienced this when we last visited this establishment. We both had burgers as our main entry. While the burgers were at an acceptable temperature, the fries that my wife had with her order, and the onion rings I had with mine, were cold. On top of that, the 7'ish onion rings I received, were fused together in groups of three. What I am trying to say is that we've been to this establishment twice in the past year and a half or 2 and have experienced the same lack of pride in the food we were served. I have been a longtime patron of BW3. Me and my brother would meet up every 2-3 weeks at one in the North Dallas area. Never had a complaint. My wife and I will never go to this BW3's in Hagerstown again. $50 for cold food that apparently those cooking and presenting have no pride in what the serve. read more

Honestly haven't even thought about BW in years. But after the night I had just wanted a brew and a few minutes to decompress. Sat at bar, bartender Jessica was awesome, stated when last call was going, service policies. Poured my brew, listened to my rant about the horrific service I received elsewhere and with a great group of guest at bar top we turned a frown upside down. read more

If you're desperate this is the place for you. Short walk from the nearby hotels but you have so many other great options. Why did I choose here then? The TVs. The only reason I am giving this place five stars is because the drinks are awesome and the server BRITTANY is the best we ever had. She gives that restaurant character and charm. She is so sweet. Everytime we go there I look forward to her warm smile and cozy "Hello". The food is ok. Not nasty but not good but Brittany and the drinks trump that. A+++++ for Brittany. read more

Stopped at this place to see a friend during the tail end of a road trip. Kaitlin was our waitress and she was super friendly and helpful. She made sure we had our food quickly and gave us plenty of refills. I live 2 states away from this location but would visit it often if I lived closer. This B-Dubs rocks! read more

This BWW is like most - with the same menu, setup, and TV layout as all other BWWs. We tend to drive past another BWW to come to this location because of the sports crowd. We've found that the true sports watchers come here and they're actually into the games (as opposed to other locations that tend to be families that couldn't care less what's being shown). We've met some pretty cool people here. The service can be hit or miss, but we've never had any real issues. Management seems to be "on top" of the sports schedules, too, and they tend to get the major games on before anyone has to ask. This will continue to be our go to BWW in this area. read more

Wife went and picked up .. we are 20 + mins away & she still waited 10 more minutes I got a Nashville chicken sandwich with "Hot " sauce . Either that was Not the "Hot"or I should have got Blazin .. Went here just after 9pm Saturday to celebrate my sons 13 th birthday. We had a party of 9 and so we had realistic expectations for speed of service. It took 15 mins+ to get the table set up. We were greeted nicely and got our drinks pretty quickly. That's where the good news ends. We ordered appetizers but got with our meals. The meals took over 30 mins to get our order. It was partially wrong as well. Sent back 3 items, which were replaced. No manager apology even though he was right there watching everything go down. Food quality was decent. Refills were slow but not terrible. Took a long time to get the check, which had an extra burger on it, once done. We finally left at 11:15. Will go to Frederick store when in the mood for wings or just somewhere else altogether. Do better Hagerstown! read more

Despite so many negative reviews, we decided to give this location a try. Kelly was our server and she nailed it! She was super kind and personable and got our order perfect. Our food came out at different times, but Kelly let us know about this ahead of time. Everything was hot and delicious and just as we had ordered. Even though they were super busy, we never wanted for anything. We'll definitely be back. One note, I saw in another review someone mentioned their sub-par veggies. We didn't even get veggies, and it was never mentioned when we ordered (I feel like we've been asked at other locations - carrots or celery or both?), so I don't think it was an oversight and suspect they've taken the veggie sticks off of the menu until they can get some better produce. We'll definitely be back...and we're asking for Kelly! read more

This is the second time we have been here. Our food came out in a timely matter and my wings were delicious. The family liked theirs too Toilets were clean. Only Mango: The floor passing the kitchen is always slippery with grease etc. The floormats are not where they needed to be! Lol The Staff at the entry was a Kindergarten! Non Professional to buddy shoulder jump the buddy employee while guests are trying to pass. Greeting was hard too. I was going to BW3s in the midwest over 20 years ago. They were amazing. The W3 stood for wild wings and weck (a German style roll). You could get good wings, good beef on weck (or chicken) and beer for a great price in a cool atmosphere (each one was different) and play a little trivia. They were great places to eat, drink, talk, listen to music, and hang out. Many felt like neighborhood bars (in the best possible sense). Fast forward to 2013. I was so excited to hear BW3 was coming to central PA. I had missed it for many years. What a pisser of an experience. The music was so loud our ears literally rang when we left. We couldn't talk at all. Even people cheering for the games were drowned out. Our waitress couldn't hear us even when we yelled. She apologized for the loudness, but it never changed. The huge space left absolutely no chance for the fun environment I experienced in many a BW3 in the midwest. The food was horrible. Seriously horrible. My kids and I tried the wings with three difference sauces. The wing skin was flacid and rubbery. The sauces were terrible. The lemon pepper wing seasoning reminded me of lemon scented cleanser. The honey bbq was clunky and the Caribbean Jerk was worse than unforgettable. And, while I talking about food, where the hell is the beef on weck? One other thing, the wings appeared to have been on a diet. They were scrawny. I couldn't believe I just paid about a dollar a piece for 1.5 bites of food. Service was sketchy. It took a long time to get food. It was $2.49 for a small soda. For $1.00 I could have gone to McDonald's down the street. In fact, I could have gotten a similar meal at McDonald's for a price much more in line with the value and flavor. In fact, I'd say Chicken Selects, Fries, and a soda at McD's would have been better. Add this to the "never to return again" list. read more

Now, you would think that if a place has 'Buffalo Wings' in their name, that they would pride themselves on the quality of their wings.... The wings should be the priority right? Nope. Not here, and not at any other BWW I've been..... I'm not saying they are bad, but they are just 'Meh' It's almost as if the buyers went to the chicken farmers and said 'Bring me your scrawniest chickens!' Then they proceed to fry them up and charge much more than their value.... I have no complaints about the service or the cleanliness here, that's always been fine. I think I've only been during the week. This is a good sports bar, with overpriced underwhelming food. I checked ahead to see if they had WiFi, because I needed to get some work done. Well, the WiFi works, but it wasn't connected to the internet. I mentioned something to the waitress, but it fell on deaf ears.... read more

Tonight my best friend and I went to the bdubs in Hagerstown MD and from the moment we enter the door we were treated so kindly. The young gentlemen who greeted us was extremely professional and when we decided we wanted to just sit at the bar, he was so nice! The bartender, Tessa, was absolutely incredible. Constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the nicest workers I have ever encounter at any restaurant. I have always loved bdubs but these two made me love them so much more! It is hard to work in a fast pace environment and they did an outstanding job! read more

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Order was supposed to be ready at 11 not ready until 1135. Got the order wrong now I have to wait several days for my refund. Worst customer service ever. They have you put the phone number in when you place the order if it couldn't be done on time they could've let me know any other time before I arrived so I could let them know I don't even want it then. Will not be back highly recommend eat somewhere else. And no they weren't busy at the time. read more

First, we walked in and I said I have 10 people in my group. I noticed a bunch of empty tables that could be pushed together but they had to ask the manager. First mistake, they told me it would be a few minutes because they were waiting for some people to leave. After 15 to 20 minutes go by they started putting the tables together that were empty when we arrived. Second mistake. When they started to bring the food out, they put the receipt on top of the food. Like where do they do this at? Never in my life have I ever seen this happen nor is it sanitary to do such a thing. Third mistake. But then to hear that this didn't happen to others who have been to this location makes me think it was because I was black. I hate to pull this card but this is unacceptable. I made sure they removed those receipts from our food before bringing the rest out. Fourth mistake. Now, they are trying to use a new system that doesn't work but then doesn't want to use the normal way of paying for your food until you ask them to bring out the receipts so we can get the hell out of this place. Fifth mistake. The only thing I enjoyed was the company I was with. My team. I had to give a 1 star in order to post this review otherwise it would have been a big fat ZERO read more

This was my 2nd order for the office and the 2nd time we didn't receive everything ordered nor was the food prepared with sauce on it.. I didn't give a bad review the 1st time because things can happen but 2 office orders messed up is not an error. I also ordered sauces for home and when I went to pick them up I was told they were out of the sauces but they could put them in a cup for me and I would actually be getting more sauce than if I ordered the bottles. NOT! I got home and the containers were not 1/2 full. read more

I truly love Buffalo Wild Wings however as I sat at the bar tonight watching the bartender Run her ass off trying to keep up with all the tables on the floor and a full bar while making all the drinks for the entire restaurant on a MONDAY night football evening, no wonder we watched people walk out because they lcould not get service, not sure what the manage was doing but never laid eyes on anyone who could be a manager this bar tender is working above and beyond her duties and is very pleasant trying to keep all of her balls up in the air. read more

Still just the worst restaurant out there. Last time our food took an hour, then came out one meal at a time. The double cheeseburger had no burger patties, the manager was useless, and horrible service....we decided to give it another go, but sit in the bar area...again the order was screwed up, two orders of wings, one with light sauce the other with extra sauce, came out with no sauce. Service at bar tables was substandard, had to wait a while for drinks, and server disappeared for 15-20 min at a time....Never again read more

Eh... It's B-Dub-Dubs. It really is the bottom feeder of the bar industry. Not particularly good food, not particularly good value, service in plastic baskets and cardboard paper trays. When your dinnerware isn't much better than Nathan's Hot Dogs, you're not trying. Wings were undercooked, plain and simple. It was a really busy Monday due to Monday Night Football, but I dunno if that's an excuse for wings that don't have that crisp chicken skin exterior. Whatever. Waitresses were nice enough, some of them were easy on the eyes (I know, I'm a misogynistic prick), and always checked up on us. It was tolerable, and saying that about BWW is glowing praise. read more

Horrible do not go here!!!!!! We seen about 3-4 ants throughout the meal. The food SUCKED it was dry as ever, the chicken looked faked didn't even taste like chicken. I also got nacho's and the cheese wasn't even melted? What's the point of nacho's? Didn't get refills I got MAYBE 1 IF I WAS LUCKY!!!! Maybe seen my server twice. And after all this when we was done it took 20 mins for them to bring the check. But before we HAD TO PAY we told him how our table was dirty & sticky, how we saw 3-4 ants crawling while we was eating & his response was "ill clean better next time". Asked to talk to manager but apparently that's "not a option" and ended up having to pay for a sh***y meal that I didn't even enjoy I didn't even take probably 5 bites to be honest. Overall this location sucks DO NOT GO HERE if you have a problem the staff won't even get the manager & you have to pay for horrible food & ants. read more

Is it possible to give less than a star? That's what this place deserves. If all the other places that serve alcohol, burgers and wings in Hagerstown are completely booked solid then go to another town to eat before going here. We ordered drinks and they came out 3/4 full, twice! We ordered nachos with no meat and it was covered in chicken. I asked for wings and fries and received no fries. I would have asked for my fries but it took so long for my waitress to come around I was almost halfway done with my disgusting wings. The service was slow. The hostess was rude. The place is filthy.
