We got this order to go. We got a cheeseburger and fries plus a buffalo chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger looked good. I didn't taste it. The fries were cold and limp. I put them in the oven to warm them up and crisp them. The Buffalo chicken was a sad and pathetic excuse. The patty was very thin and I feel almost certainly a frozen patty. The breading had that gummy texture associated with a frozen product. I got the medium sauce plus an extra cup of the original sauce. Both sauces had good flavor. The medium sauce that came on the sandwich didn't cover the chicken. I prefer my chicken to be tossed in the sauce. This had the medium sauce plus the ranch all on the top bun. I was very glad I got the extra sauce. I was able to use that to cover my chicken. The chicken was not a tasty piece of chicken. Thin, chewy, gummy. But the sauce was very good. read more

This is what I consider to be my "local" BWW and it has been pretty consistent in terms of food and service. I know it is hard to hire and keep people with this type of job, but I can say that even our worst experience was still decent. I've come in here with just my wife and also have been with over a dozen co-workers and they handled everything quite well. This restaurant is larger than the other location on the coast, and it has plenty of seating that also includes a large side area where they sometimes open up the windows for more air. I've never had to wait long to get a table, which is always a plus. Be sure to use the app to get the points because their reward system is excellent and they are always giving away free stuff. read more

Went in with two friends at around 8:30 PM 2/15/26 and sat ourselves. We ordered immediately as we usually get very simple things and waited over an hour for the first meal to arrive, thirty minutes later for the second, and we never received the third after asking about it multiple times. Left at 10:30 PM with our very inattentive and curt server Nathan saying he didn't know "what the hell was going on in the kitchen" and was sorry. It was a very chill night with only a few other patrons in the restaurant so it should absolutely not take that long to serve three simple meals. Also we were only checked on by our server once the whole night. read more

Worst takeout experience ever I use the app for the very first time we ordered boneless wings but we received bone in wings. Walked right back in and told them that we ordered boneless. They said oh no you didn't and we said yes we did and I know we did because when we ordered it had bone in wings on the order on the app and we switched it to boneless because we said oh gosh no we don't want bone in wings now whether the app messed up or not I don't know, but I do know they were very, very rude. I do not like confrontation, but they were very rude so of course we just let it go. They said we could spend another $30 to get more wings so we just left and didn't get any more wings. I will never go back there again and it's my granddaughter's favorite place to eat so what a shame... really bad business they lost another customer today.... read more

came in at 9pm me and two others placed our orders they received their food while I waited. Two different servers asked if I was waiting for my food still went back to check on it then never came back to the table. Absolutely awful!!! My first experience at BWW and it will be my last. We stopped in for dinner while traveling. Although I was quite hungry, nothing on the menu was appetizing. My husband said the menu had changed since he'd last been to a BWW location. My grilled chicken was akin to warmed-over rubber while the dressing rendered my whole $12 salad unpalatable. The service, from host to server, was just as bad. So sorry we didn't wait for that table at the steakhouse next door!!! read more

We ate here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. However, last night I felt like we were being punked and kept looking around for Ashton Kutcher. First, our waiter introduced himself as "big daddy". I thought I heard him incorrectly so I looked at his name tag. Sure enough - it said "big daddy". Does this establishment's management really want their customers referring to this gentleman by that name?! Second, I had to ask for a straw multiple times. After waiting a few minutes, I grabbed my own straw from the bar. Third, my husband ordered a beer and asked for a tall. The server said beer doesn't come in a tall. However, there's a picture of the glass that the beer comes in that was right on the menu at the table. Instead, he was served beer in a goblet looking glass. Fourth, we asked for carrots with our wings. The carrots were tossed ON TOP of the wings. I prefer to have my carrots on the side but that's definitely not what happened. If they're trying to save money on cardboard or dishes then at least separate the hot wings from the nice cold carrots. Fifth, we kept getting our check - 3 times in fact before we were even finished ordering. The place was fairly empty and the waiter kept saying "no rush" yet we kept getting our check. I'm very disappointed in the service we received here. read more

After 5 weeks of unreturned calls the restaurant canceled on the day my school was supposed to have lunch there. They never contacted us until we were on our way there. The fact that we paid close to 1000 dollars for 34 kids with a 400 dollar tip is insane. Just go to newks or raison canes instead. read more

Walked in at 10:00 pm with my family a hostess told us we could sit anywhere we wanted she was very sweet but as we were walking to our intended seat a lady came from the back and very rudely stated we're closed the website said they closed at 11:00 however I do know that it was New Year's Eve so I would've totally understood if we were told nicely instead of the abrupt rudeness. she also proceeded to say that she would like to go home too which was a very unnecessary comment definitely will not be returning to this location and I also think she needs to reconsider her job choice because her attitude was definitely not customer service friendly we also had multiple employees come up to us apologizing but I think the apology should have came from her. We were just trying to enjoy a nice meal after visiting the Mississippi aquarium. read more

Great server and great food. Do get for best service I have had at a restaurant. Didn't take a long time fore food. Worth the wait for people with patients read more

Ate here over the past weekend. Service was extremely slow. Waitress was not rude exactly but was far from friendly. We could have ordered everything at once but she ran off after taking our appetizer order and waited to come back to get the rest of the order once the apps had arrived. Waited around 15 minutes for her to bring the check. Ambiance was okay. Music was extremely loud, considering how empty the restaurant was. read more

We had been calling for 5 weeks in order for our party of 40 to eat lunch. Once we were about to head there, we were rudely told they didn't want us there and we could take our money elsewhere. We were extremely kind about asking why, but staff continued to be hostile towards us. I'd avoid this restaurant, especially if you have a large party or children with you. read more

I'm only giving it one star because there's not an option to do otherwise. I will say that our server was very sweet and very understanding and we tried to make it very clear that her service did not impact how we felt about our experience. The best part of the night other than her was the beer because I don't think you can mess that up other than my boyfriend ordered a Stella and the first one was absolutely not Stella. But he drank it and didn't say a word. My bear was fine. Had an IPA no big deal. The food was not even mediocre. He ordered a bacon lettuce, tomato sandwich and it was very dry. He basically just took the bacon off and ate it. I had a coupon for free wings so we redeemed those and they were OK, but probably our fault for taking the recommendation to try without sauce. And then finally my nachos were edible. I am OK with processed cheese, and I knew what I was getting (not fine dining but bar food) but I didn't think it would be that bad. I sent them back twice and they still came out cold and gelatinous. That's all I craved all day too so it was kind of a bummer. Anyways just a note....Maybe send out heated food versus cold, and maybe don't overcook. She did take the nachos off even though I told her not to do so. And we did tip on the amount the ticket would have been ($20 on $70) bc she was very nice and did try. If we have to go back (convenient to our hotel) it will be for beer only. read more

Don't like serving kids, will refuse service if you have a large group, and are overall rude. Was gonna eat there to end off a great school field trip. When we called them and told them how many people we had (40) they refused us service. This was after we'd been calling for five weeks prior to make sure it was alright and getting returned with missed calls. Went to this same Buffalo Wild Wings last year as well and in general the servers were pretty rude and annoyed that we dared eat there. Don't recommend, try the local Raising Canes instead. read more

Wanted to go eat at with our Beta club but they said no. While it is close to 40 kids which would be a lot they would never answer the phone when we called them for five weeks. Said no to us and unpolitely said through the phone that they didn't like to serve kids and pushed us away from the store. Went there last year after our Beta Club Convention and even then the servers were still rude and they clearly didn't like to serve us. While we would have payed close to $1000 and each server would get close to $300 tip but since they don't like us we will take our Club elsewhere (across the street) and give there restaurant and servers what they need. read more

They declined our service even after asking to pay $1000 with a $300 tip. Eat at every restaurant except for this one. Absolute dogs##t

We have been calling for 5 weeks to prepare for a party of 40 to come in and eat. After being ignored, we continued to try and eat. They said that they would prefer us taking our business elsewhere and they didn't care for our money. The food is mid. Wings are barely covered in sauce. Our food came before our appetizers?? This is a great restaurant for chicken. It's known for mainly sports theme restaurant and chicken wings. They offer more than just chicken wings there to eat. They also serve burgers there too. Don't be discouraged by a sports theme restaurant. If you're not into sports of which I'm not; the food is excellent and well worth it to eat. Or just want a good place to chill and catch up on sports news (ESPN) or not. It's casual and noticed a lot of families there. Granted we were there for lunch so I don't know if that makes a difference? They have good lunch specials and the food was great. We sat in a booth and was very comfortable. They offer both tables and booths. No patio here, but if you go to to the other location in D'Iberville; they offer outdoor seating, cause they have a patio. Our server was Baleigh, she was great and she took the time to make our visit the best possible. The food came out fresh and wasn't too busy there. Average noise environment, it's a sports theme bar. I use to go there for boxing, ufc, super bowl, and etc to watch besides eat good food. I have no complaints here. They offer military discount it's ID off regular price food. So no discount since we got the lunch specials but they gave us one for the appetizer tho. Free WiFi and no mask required here. They offer to go/call in orders and noticed they are very busy there too. read more

First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I must say that the staff and management were very friendly and it was good to see a manager going table to table asking customers if they needed anything and if everything was ok. Krystine was our waitress who was always asking us if we needed anything and was alway prompt with our orders. Great JOB Krystine, I wish that ALL waitresses were like you! I ordered a Snake Bite (Guinness & StrongBow Cider) to start off with and it can out perfect. Some place have a tendency to missed the drink vs layer it like it is supposed to be done. Kudos to the Bartender. I ordered the 6 Naked Chicken Tenders with Jerk sauce with a side salad and the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Needless to say I could have been happy with just the Buffalo Mac & Cheese and the Salad as I didn't realize the Mac plate was so BIG. EVERYTHING was very tasty and i have NO complaints.. I left with a small Doggie Bag (Box) and had a nice lunch for the next day. HIGHLY Recommend the Buffalo Mac & Cheese... it is outstanding!!! read more

Awful. No other way to put it. How you burn the chips on chips and salsa is beyond me. Boneless wings like bricks, and less tasty. Management clearly does not care about quality. Never got the celery, asked twice for the salsa, tea undrinkable. This place should be ashamed. No crowd and now I know why. An unmitigated food disaster. read more

We ordered takeout last night and were completely dissatisfied with the quality and portion sizes. We ordered the boneless wings, Cobb Salad, and Boneless Wing Mac N Cheese. Everything was mediocre at best, you can see in my picture the portion size of the Mac N Cheese was severely lacking, the Cobb was decent but lacked tomatoes and looked throw together, and the order of boneless wings was definitely not hand made or made to order. It really looked like wing bites you'd get out of a bag from the frozen food section. There was numerous small broken up pieces with a few bites added in the order. The aforementioned is exactly why we don't like to order takeout very often, the quality and quantity is always lacking. read more

Ordered food to go. When checking out the food the fries were old. Ask for onion rings instead. They told me to be a two minute wait. Three minutes later they brought out the same order of fries that were double fried. I have no idea why they couldn't serve me fries that were fresh or why they would charge seven dollars more to substitute the onion rings for the original fries. This is the second time That the food from this location was not acceptable. Look at your food before you take it home and find out that it's not acceptable at home read more

They typically have decent wings, but the last time we went (first time at this location), we asked for our wings to be extra crispy, but they ended up being extremely soft and under seasoned. In fact, the wings that were supposed to have dry rub looked like the rub was actually wet and saucy because it was put on while the wings were so hot right out of fryer. They have good prices and other food besides wings. However, most of their appetizers are fried or heavy. I would give them one more shot to see if maybe it was an off day. read more
