Came here just to watch football and get a drink. Ordered a cocktail from their menu and they didn't have all the items on hand to make it. They really need to step up their game on non-beer items. The choices are pretty weak. The bartender was working her little butt off, and still giving good service. Nice spot to stay cool and play Pokémon GO while downtown. Saturday at noon and it's not busy at all. We shared Ultimate Nachos (with smoked brisket) and Boneless Wings (Honey BBQ, Asian Zing, and Mango Habanero sauces). I wasn't thrilled with the Ultimate Nachos since it came with very basic things and we had to pay extra for anything that made it "ultimate." It was cold and I like my nachos hot or at least warm. The boneless wings were okay, but the server told us the wrong location for each of the sauces. So my first bite of what was supposed to be Honey BBQ set my mouth on fire! According to my husband, I had eaten the Mango Habanero, spiciest of the three sauces ordered. They obviously need a better system for labeling the wings when they're all on one tray. read more

We came in for the bottomless apps and after being served water 15 minutes into our stay we were waiting another 45 minutes just to order and we had to flag them down. We also think that we saw our server suck a vape. And it wasn't even busy there were at most 5-8 tables when we arrived and around 10 minutes before we finally got ahold of someone it was really only us, another table and people at the bar. Not going to do a very intense review on a common chain. The service was decent, the food is decent, and the aesthetics are sports and TVs. If you want a fast, decent meal, then head to bww. Service is quick and nothing amazing. I will say that if you have a large group and looking for sports then this is definitely the place you want to be. If you want originality, and quality then this is definitely not the place. I remember going to this place 10 years ago and it was so much better. This place is known for its great wings but I am a burger guy it was Saturday and I was taking my grandson to the Van Andel to see the Monster Truck show so we were going to get something to eat before the show and he wanted to go here because he loves the boneless wings so I said ok then I looked up this place to see what else is on the menu and I saw burgers so I said I will try it out and WOW I got the cheeseburger and it was very big and it had everything on it WOW it was so delicious and was so so dang good I was pleasantly surprised and the service was excellent very friendly staff and the ambiance was very good too also my grandson loved his wings so we will definitely be back there keep up the great job read more

I posted this as a google review and was asked to come to your website and share it: It was our friends birthday, we were a party of 8 adults and 3 kids and our waitress was FANTASTIC. She told us we had to have the blazin' rewards in order to receive the BOGO, and that deal was on our bill. Mind you my husband and I plus one other couple tipped (a decent tip) and signed off on our bill. But one other couple actually brought up how confusing it was so when she asked the waitress she got super rude about it! Again we were told you have to have the blazin' rewards to receive the BOGO, well the waitress never asked for our phone number prior to receiving the bill nor after. I asked the waitress if she could add my phone, mind you I already paid, and she said "no, it was too late." Because our friend's bill, was confusing looking to her we thought, "was ours wrong too, because the waitress kept the original receipt. The waitress was condescending in explaining it to us. Now I will say no one in our party was rude. Because we weren't getting any where, we asked for the manager and she came over annoyed, she did help explain it where we got it (eventually). I told to the manager how our waitress was lovely but when it came time to understand the bill, she went from nice to rude. The manager responded, "well I understand why because it gets annoying having to explain basic math to adults." She also said, "I can get like that too having to explain it." That's when we realized we weren't getting anywhere and decided to just let it all go and leave. I will say out of the 4 split bills we all tipped pretty good. No one in our party was rude or "Karen's," so we were so stuck on how/why this manger and waitress duo was a HOT MESS. I will say, IF so many people were confused about how BW3's does the BOGO "on the bill," it should be no surprise people have questions. We had to wait close to 45 minutes to get seated which is incredibly slow for this place. The hostess was not nice at all, she was rather rude and she was chewing gum....how unprofessional. Once seated it took close to another 15 minutes to get someone to the table, take our order for wings and fries and bring drinks. The order came out and was really bad. Ordered take out tonight since we are staying at the hotel across the street. Firstly we ordered on the website and just ordered a few different appetizers. I have kids with me so I ordered the chicken quesadillas and selected to remove the pico de gallo and put in the instructions "only chickencheese" since they only give you 18 characters. After asking for the manager to get it sorted, he claimed that the order my co-worker has was wrong. We compared receipts and the prices were accurate for his BOGO order, while mine was not. We shared this with the manager, but he continued to lie directly to our faces. There was no resolution to our issue and I ended up paying the same price as my co-worker, for half the number of wings. I am leaving a one star review due to the lack of respect, hostility, and blatant disregard for customer service from the manager. The food and service we received at this location tops all other experiences at a BWW across the US. It was relatively late in the evening so my expectations were pretty low but they surpassed any expectation of a BWW I've ever had, day or night. We ordered a large portion of boneless wings with 4 sauces and a fried chicken wrap with a side of buffalo chips. Everything came out quickly and with a great amount of sauce, hot and fresh. They even provided us with a side of the ghost pepper sauce to try for free because my husband is a maniac! However, after being immediately seated, we waited for over 10 minutes, not even being acknowledged. Now, I don't frequent bdubs, but it was my understanding that they guaranteed quick lunch service during the week. When the waiter finally came, he heard me say, "finally", and replied with, "what's that?", so I said it has taken over 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. He says, "well that's an interesting analogy". What does that even mean? No sir, not interesting at all.
