Placed an online order and even called to verify and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant 27 minutes later and have been waiting on my food for an additional 40 minutes. The majority of the staff are rude and not very helpful read more

I used to love their wings but the order of 10 wings I got were incredibly small. An order of ten would usually be enough to be dinner, but I ate these and stopped for some fast food on my way back to my hotel. I hope this restaurant and wing size is an anomaly and not the new standard at other BWW locations. read more

Honestly, my family and I sat and laughed at the plethora of bad reviews before taking the plunge and driving over to this location. We went in knowing what we were walking into to, but we were quickly taken aback when we arrived. We were seated instantly. Our server? At our table within 5 minutes to get drink orders. Our food? Out to our table in less than 15 minutes of us arriving. Our wings? Sauced the hell up. Our server was, hands down, the brightest part of the visit. She was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. I understand that ever visit and experience is different, but don't let the reviews deter you from visiting at least once. read more

The food was delicious as always! The value was great. We got the Pick Six and it was $21. The service was great as well. Our server got a 50% tip! read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings late last night. A friend and I walked in shortly after midnight and stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for nearly 20 minutes. During that time, several servers clearly saw us and even glanced our way multiple times, yet no one acknowledged us or said they'd be with us shortly. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, just a typical late-night crowd. A group of people also walked in behind us and began waiting as well, yet still no one came to the host stand. We tried to be patient, but after standing there that long without even a simple greeting, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Being treated like we didn't exist was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

Terrible service and the food always comes out so slow I've waited up to 30-40 minutes before receiving my cold food on multiple occasions and several of those were slow days. This place used to be good needs to be shut down. read more

Stopped here for lunch. Used the restroom before being seated, since it's right before the host stand. Zero soap and zero paper towels in the restroom. And by zero soap, I mean it was obvious it had been out for a long while. Made me immediately wonder how the employees were washing their hands, as I left for a different place to eat. It was also super dirty and smelly. read more

I would give half a star if able, only reason they get 1 star is because the cool calm ambience. we were sitting for 15 mins before we ordered(table of 4) a table of 3 had sat down, ordered, ate, and left before we even got our appetizer, than another 20 min before it came out and then ANOTHER 35-40 min til we got our food, the fries came out between cold and lukewarm, and then the waitress forgot my fries, those ones came out warmer than my friends did, nor did any of us get a refill but 1 person at our table and only received 2 straws. Will not be returning. read more

This was the worst take out order ever. We waited almost 1 hr. And when we got home the food was ice cold and incorrect. The take out hostess was waiting to bring out 3-4 orders at a time so food was mixed up and incorrect. I called back to speak with a manager and they was unavailable. The store wasn't clean and the attitude of the staff was absolutely disgusting. read more

Some BWWs you go to are ok and some aren't. This is the latter. Service was slow, food was cold and not prepared as I asked. It's chicken wings, they shouldn't come out without sauce and cold. One of the first things I asked when I sat down was for a specific game on TV. The bartender said yeah I'll check. I had to remind her to turn it on (and she wasn't even busy). Also, when I went to pay the check the bartender referred me to a QR code on the bar. I get it you all want to do less work but it just wasn't. I went to pay via the QR code and got the guys order next to me. Sorry I'm not paying some random persons bill. Told me to try the next code. Brought up the same bill. Just take my credit card and swipe it. Geez it's not that frickin hard. I pay to be waited on not to wait on myself. Shouldn't be forced to use a QR code to pay when I have a credit card ready to hand to a bartender that isn't that busy. read more

Walked in and asked for a table for two. The young male host asked if we wanted to sit closer to the bar on the high top tables, we said we would like to sit in the regular seating area as the music and TVs were extremely loud. The restaurant was only half full and had plenty of tables available but the guy said his servers were extremely busy and we might have to wait 5/10 minutes and he would have to check if it was ok to seat us in that area? Little strange we thought! Anyway we waited for him to check. He disappeared into the bar area never to be seen again lol More people came in and were waiting to be seated...... We left the restaurant after waiting a few more minutes for the host to return, he never did!? Very disappointing read more

Today I went and had 10 garlic parmesan wings, a side salad, and some celery/carrots. the wings were really good, very accurate to the thing on the menu that tells you how hot they are. all of this and a drink was $13 and some change, which seems pretty cheap to me. The workers were all friendly and it was quick. The atmosphere was really cool with tvs everywhere and just the right games being broadcasted. read more

The almost empty restaurant when we walked in should have been a clue. Waited over an hour for food and when it came out only 2 of our party of 3 received their order. Horrible service, the server walk around us and didn't take our order. We're waiting and the place wasn't busy

This place is in shambles. STINKS IN HERE! They're out of everything- don't bother asking for water, they're probably out of that too. Make sure to use the bathroom before you come. If you forget to, I'd recommend using a tree before you come in-speaking of bathrooms you can smell them as soon as you walk through the front door. The staff was wonderful and no complaints with the food read more

I would give a 0 but it's not an option. been here over an hour still waiting on my food . manager brought out some food to wrong table . only one waitress. I see why. manager said over 30 mins ago my food was coming , everyone else is finished eating . this restaurant has gone downhill real quick . Dont come here unless you want your order wrong and / or to never come out of kitchen . waitress hasnt even noticed i havent eaten . I won't be back . this place should be ashamed of the way they treat regulars. consider me DONE!! read more

You simply cannot find a worse restaurant, lazy, incompetent, poorly trained staff and a management team that has clearly done nothing to fix the problem. About every six months I give this place another chance, year after year and I just need to know the role that I play in my own suffering. Two thirds of the wait staff and bar need rehab, for one. I'm a big tipper and if the people who are arguing about who HAS to wait on me knew that, maybe going out to smoke would be less important. Maybe not. The interview process must be 'do you need a job?' If yes, then welcome aboard. Then their training is not verified and they just put them to work, messing up our meals. read more

Was told there would be a 15 minute wait but turned into 50 minute wait. The restaurant was almost empty. Used to love it here but wth yall.

It's a chain, so there are certain expectations that come with a chain, but overall everything here is rather lackluster and prices are high for what you get. Many local establishments have better prices for their wings, but I was hoping to get their spicy garlic, which is a flavor I have always loved at BWW. This past visit, the spicy garlic was anything but spicy or garlicky, to the point where I asked the server if I received the right sauce. I will say the wings were of ample size and thoroughly coated, but the sauce was just not what I was used to. I was also disappointed in the amount of fries we received for a large side of fries, which I think was $6. The amount could totally fit in a small McDonalds fry bag. Our server was wonderful and attentive, but I will say that we also went on an off time (3:30). Overall, I wasn't impressed and think I might stick to local establishments to satisfy my wing cravings. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings must have had a change in management...because now their service SUCKS. First of all...you can't get anyone on the phone. Tried numerous times on the ride there and no one answered. We were still trying the phone line as we were pulling into their parking lot. Secondly numerous people were standing at the podium awaiting service. Thirdly we got to the counter and inquired about the phone...an employee acted as though she didn't know the phone ringer was cut down(assuming it was turned off). When I got home and looked at the wings they were very small(looked like those snack wings) and they were hard and dried out. And again couldn't get anyone on the phone. Tried several times. No answer. Guess I'll have to go tomorrow to make an "in-person" complaint. I'd imagine you would probably be standing in a line to do that also. Buffalo Wild Wings your customers deserve better. Okay Gastonia let's bring them some competition. Maybe that will set fire to their . read more

Relaxed restaurant to enjoy some great wings and the service was a huge bonus. Shoutout to Tay for his amazing customer service skills. This young man was on top of it all. There were only 2 servers, and he went above and beyond, even with us seeing that there were many tables to be waited on. Let's get down to the food. The queso dip with chili was pretty darned good with the warm nacho chips. The nojito I drank was really good, and my husband's bar drinks were great as well. Tay as well made sire to give us water while we waited for our drinks to come out. I asked to see if I could try 4 of the sauces that they have for the wings. I ended up asking him if I could have 6 traditional with 2 sauces mixed together, the habanero mango and honey BBQ. Let's just say ong I will return. Tay made sire to check in on us even when we got our food and had our refills coming. I'm glad we stopped in and definitely will return. That young man was tremendously patient and had such good customer service. I really appreciate that, and the food coming out fresh and hot was perfect. read more

Ordered boneless wings. I had half lemon pepper and half dessert heat. This is what I received. Frozen chicken nuggets with sprinkles. ( Sorry tablespoons) full of crap. The wings were over fried and unable to even break in half and eat. I loved this place until today. Ordered margarita and was brought in a tall glass like a regular beverage. Was told they only have 5 margarita glasses and sorry but this is what I have to use. Unacceptable for someone to get this type of food from such a great place I once remembered. ToriLynn is the best bartender! She does amazing at multitasking having to run her own food, and juggling everything else that comes with waiting on tables AND bartending making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. My food was good and fresh. The manager Lacey was attentive and visited my table to make sure food and service were excellent. I recommend sitting at the bar rail when ToryLynn is working! I came here for weekday lunch. I was hoping for a quick in and out, but that was not the case. After being seated the server told me there were "only two of us," and that should have been my hint to leave. The dining room was filling up and the host kept seating people knowing there were not enough staff to keep up with demand. Our server became swamped which lead to very bad and slow service. Drinks were never refilled. Food came out 35 minutes after ordering and it came out cold, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit. read more

Sports bars have never been my thing, but as a poker player I've certainly seen lots of them. Buffalo Wild Wings does things right. Amongst the BWWs in this area, the Gastonia operation is a cut above. The waitresses here are friendly and extra attentive, particularly to regulars. The menu is rather narrow, focusing on hot wings and other things American sports bar fare. There are plenty of craft beers on tap and a full bar offering daily specials. I play poker in a league here on Wednesday nights. Come join in the fun at 7pm and 9:30. It's free to play. In addition, there are plenty of TVs playing all sorts of sports events, electronic trivia, a TouchTunes jukebox, etc. read more

The food is good but the bartender needs help, she was trying to manage everything by herself we waited over an hour for wings that came out super dry no mild sauce like we asked. She finally fixed our order after trying to maintain the other customers orders at the bar. I can go on and on about my experience here.
