Le Sigh. Hubby loves a good wing spot, but we can't quite get on the bandwagon at this location. The food is average and inconsistent. I've been to this location twice and both times they were out of my favorite app (fried cheese curds). Hubby had a sauced burnt wing in his basket tonight. The atmosphere is average, and that's sad to say in a college town like Conway. They've got great TV's, a huge space, and all the trimmings of a perfect sports bar. One of the best BWW I have been to. Incredibly attentive staff. I asked for the Cardinals game to be put on. Usually at a BWW the game gets on but it takes awhile. Within seconds the manager was over letting me know she will take care of it. Clean menu not covered with sauce and grease. New items and clean and it did not smell of bleach. I am giving this BWW 2 stars ONLY because the server was great and Happy Hour lasted until 7PM. Happy Hour lasted until 7PM BUT the clock at the bar was 10 minutes fast so you had to be quick. For our appetizer we ordered friend pickles. There were around 15-20 pickles slices in the basket. They were served with Southwest ranch and regular ranch for the dipping sauce. They looked and tasted as though they were from the frozen section at the local grocery store. They were also not very hot, kind of like they made several batches and they were under the lamp to be brought to the table. For our entree we ordered naked tenders and a grilled chicken wrap with chips and salsa. The naked tenders looked as though they came already prepared and were heated in the microwave. The dipping sauce that was selected was the garlic parmesan and we are certain it was a salad dressing of some sort. The sauce selected for the wrap was honey mustard. The chicken is supposed to be sauced in the honey mustard prior to being added to the tortilla wrap. There was a very minimal splash of sauce on the wrap so it was very dry. I ordered chips and salsa but was served old fries. We sat in the bar area and the smell of sour beer filled the air as soon as you walk in. The dumpster smell does not go away. With our beer we ordered water. The cups had a smell as though they were washed with the same dish towel that was used for cleaning the tables so the water had an aftertaste. 1 of the servers and possibly the manager were sitting at a table with other patrons. Our server was very attentive. We usually try to stay away from chain restaurants and were quickly reminded why. The food is overpriced and the quality is terrible. Honestly the new chicken tenders from McDonald's could beat Buffalo Wild Wings any day. read more

Myself and a party of 5 visited your establishment today in Conway Arkansas. We were there from about 2pm till 6ish pm on October 18, 2020. And then we were kicked out. I entered the outside area and ordered. Went inside to use the restroom 4 times threw the front door from outside because I can not wear a mask so I choose to social distance and not walk threw the bar and to sit outside. Well on my 4th and last trip inside threw the front door To use the restroom, I was asked if I had a mask. I said I don't wear them and to please social distance. Then I went into the restroom. When I leave the stall another employee is waiting for me with a mask inside the restroom. I said sorry I don't wear them and to please back up 6 feet (washed hands and walked out) then a 3rd employee is outside the restroom and i asked her to back up. And clearly stated that i can not wear the mask and that it's NOT A LAW and to back up. I was bullied by 3 employees after being there for four hours with no problem. Then some RUDE guy comes to our table and says he's the supervisor to tell me to leave now. This alone triggered the whole group. Keep in mind that the other people in my party walked threw the bar with no mask on for four hours with nothing said to them. One Member of our party walked threw the bar to the restroom and back after I was rudely told to leave. And they said nothing to to that person. Anyways you lost a lot of business Tonight and your employee raised their voice in front of many other customers and was rude and refused to tell me who owed this establishment. I was also there two weeks ago and had no issues sitting outside and entering threw the front to use the restrooms. I was bullied and have witnesses. I was just a Customer Minding my own business and spending money and never walked threw this establishment or caused any problems until pushed by the paid hands to stand up for myself and my rights. read more

Let me tell you that the food gets all three stars. The food was fresh and hot. Cooked to perfection. drinks were amazing too. I had one of the best margarita there during happy hour. The part that gets two stars is the service. My husband and I have had to stop at several BWW throughout road trips we take during football season. We cannot miss our favorite football team play. We tried arriving before that day's game started but we were unfortunately ten minutes late and felt eager to be seated close to a television showing the game. We approached the front desk and two girls receiving people did not know where the game was playing. Other BWW we've been to have a tv layout which they refer to and seat people as closely as possible. Anyways, we tried not letting out impatience get the best of us as the girls made conversation with us about figuring out ñ our team's standings in the NFL. After they told us the bar would be our best bet, we ran into the bar area and took seats we thought would show the game. We thought we had made it and settled in. Wrong. Our server took long to take our order, get our first drinks to us, and barely did any check backs. At one point, we decided that maybe she was leaving soon and was busy wrapping up her shift so we offered to pay and tip her in order to move to another area with a different server in case she had other things to do. She said she wasn't clocking out until later so we were ok with continuing to sit where we were. The bar area was very empty and as I enjoyed our food, I noticed happy hour was approaching. Five minutes before happy hour, our server came and did a check in and I asked (knowing her next check back would take a while as the other had) if it was too early to get a happy hour drink to which she said it was too early (4 minutes remaining). I was a little disappointed but understand there are rules. I waited until happy hour was well into the first hour and got tired of waiting for the server and twisting my neck to look for her before I went to the bar and ordered my drink. I felt like the whole game, I was hunting down our server. My husband and I couldn't enjoy ordering food and drinks here and there as the game played and while it probably saved us money, I felt disappointed in this BWW. We probably won't be back there because we chose that location based on our road trip track but I noticed other reviews left service remarks and couldn't agree more. I frequent this BWW location at least once a month because it's the only venue in Conway that shows UFC PPV fights. However, if I discovered the local landfill, DMV, or stink-bait factory (doesn't really exist) started showing the fights, I'd change my venue preference in a heartbeat. Time and time again the quality of guest service at this location has been dreadful. (Please note that all of my experiences took place in the bar section - tables, not actual bar - or the patio.) Examples: 1. Sat down at a bar table and waited 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone. Mind you, we'd stopped several servers and told them that we'd yet to be greeted (as in, had our drink orders taken). It wasn't until we had a manager walk by that the message actually took hold. The free apps soothed our nerves, but still. 2. Ordered a seasonal mixed drink, watched the bartender (my server) make it, and then watched it sit in the 'delivery zone' for far too long. The only reason it didn't sit there longer was because I finally had a server stop and ask if I was doing okay. When I told her I'd been waiting on my drink for 15 minutes, she retrieved it from the bar and brought it on over. Then the bartender (server) came by and flat-out lied about why it took so long. For perspective, after I ordered that drink, I ordered a veggie burger. The burger made it to my table before the drink did. 3. Order accuracy bombs frequently. Missing items from burger, fries instead of wedges, wrong sauces. What bothers me most about this is that it always happens when the server 'brain records' my order instead of writing it down. 4. On my most recent visit, when my wait times and orders went to hell, I finally asked to see a manager about my abysmal visit. When I explained what all had happened, I got a straight-faced, "We'll get that fixed for you." No apologies, looks of concern... anything. It made me feel like I should be the one apologizing for being an inconvenience to them. Not cool. With all the reviews detailing the horrible service at this location (on Yelp and other sites), I'm beginning to think they don't have a wait staff problem, but a managerial problem. Someone with a desk needs to start reading these reviews and making changes. Pros: (Yup, they exist) 1. Lots of vegetarian options - very cool. 2. Lots of alcoholic beverage options 3. I went for lunch today. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Looking back, that should have been a hint. Unquestionably the worst service I have received in a long, long time. Ten minutes after I was seated, Rachael noticed me from across the room and became my defacto server. My original server came a few minutes later (at about the 15 minute mark), and I told her Rachael had it handled. I'm glad she did because she was the one bright spot that kept me from walking out of the restaurant. Five different servers came to clear the table next to me, and not one of them asked if I had been helped. This popular chain recently opened up near us, and instead of staying home for Sunday night omelets, we decided to give it a try. I think next time we'll stay home. The service was fine, friendly, actually. We were seated promptly, as it was not a typical meal time and there were a lot of empty seats. There were several families with small children in the restaurant, and they seemed to be having a nice time. The waitress asked us if we wanted handheld gaming devices, so we said sure, but we could not figure them out and put them aside. Because this is an establishment that serves alcohol in Conway, you have to be ID'd at the door (we both had to have our driver's licenses swiped) and then checked AGAIN at the table. The food was just okay. We split fried pickles and my husband had wings, and I had a pulled pork sandwich. There was A LOT of food. This is one of those places that definitely seeks to impress you with quantity. I did think my husband's wings tasted pretty good. I will say that I liked all the different sauces they let you choose from for the wings and the pulled pork, etc. There is a chart that explains them all to you. It's nice to be able to customize your food in that way. The issue we had was that the atmosphere was just unpleasant. It was loud, both visually and aurally. It would probably be a fun bar, but it was not a relaxing place for an early Sunday supper. If we try it again, it will probably be for food to go. I'm sure this will be a popular place, but the unpleasant atmosphere coupled with the okay food doesn't really put this on our list of restaurants when we want to go out. read more

I suspect the kitchen was doing their job and the servers were the ones that were having issues. As I was leaving there was another customer complaining to the hostess about their service too.
