Food is great, our last server was amazing! She is extremely professional and courteous, our first experience was not so great. We were told the wait would be about 35 minutes, but then another hostess said it would actually be about 45 minutes, as if hoping we'd decide to leave. The wait was about 25, and that's ok. Very poor service. This was before and during Covid. Only one server on a half off day working. Covid procedures call for distance, so BWW stacks their lobby full with an empty seating area because the server and host can't keep up. My boyfriend and I got to bdubs around 6:30pm yesterday night, it was a Sunday but there honestly wasn't very many people there to begin with. We were seated at a tall table right next to the bar and given menus. After about 10 minutes of us just sitting there our waiter finally came and took our drink order. I got iced tea and asked for sweet n low packets with it. He came back with our drinks, no sweet n low. Waited another 10 minutes for him to come back and get our food order, still didn't bring sweet n low. The waiter acted like he didn't even want to be there and would go and sit with another table in between doing things. He takes our order acting like everything we said was an inconvenience. Whatever maybe he's having a bad day, I thought. It's now 7:00pm and several people have came in after we did and already gotten their food. My boyfriend noticed that the food runner girl gave our food to the table behind us because they looked equally as confused as we did. Meanwhile the dude waiter is no where to be found. He finally walks by and the table stops him explaining that wasn't their food and it was ours instead. He walks away. Walks by our table many times without telling us our food had been messed up. Finally he comes to our table, doesn't apologize or anything just states that the girl gave our food to the wrong table. I don't even think the table behind us got their actual order. Okay, so they're remaking ours and that's fine. Still haven't gotten the sweet n low. At one point he took my boyfriends drink to refill it and was gone for another 10 mins. When he came back he finally brought the sweet n low. Finally he brings our food out and my burger didn't have anything on it that I had asked for and he didn't ask if we needed anything else, just walked away. Which we did need something because the ketchup bottle was completely empty. At this point it's 7:30 and I'm frozen because it is always so cold in there. Scarfing down my food because I have type 1 diabetes and had already dosed for my food thinking it wasn't going to take this long and my blood sugar began to go low. We finish eating and wait for the ticket. Now we usually always tip even if the service wasn't that great but this guy just sent us over the edge with his attitude and lack of checking on us. He took forever to get our bill to us. Our bill amounted to $39.10 and we handed him $40 up at the front just wanting to leave. When we turned to leave he said "here's your 90 cents that ain't no tip". To which we just continued walking. Even if we did leave a tip on the table, his comment would have made me go grab it and take it back. We finally left at 8pm. Worst bdubs experience we've ever had. read more

Food is always good but the service is horrible we have been here several times to give another shot and like I said food is always good but the service is horrible on top of that you always have a manager who is not paying attention to his servers or customers and therefore not doing his job results in the terrible service. Need more attentive staff and definitely managers who are earning their title. read more

Quality of the food is up to par with the rest of the chain but service here is never good. I come here about once per month with my friends and every time we've had a different server and every time the service is below average. Specifically, it takes way to long to get drinks and they often bring out wrong or incomplete orders. Fried cheese curds are excellent and good selection of beers on tap (though those rarely match what's advertised on the menu so your best bet is to walk up to the bar to see what's on tap). read more

Honestly, our server was nonexistent. Their custormer service needs total rehaul. On top of that, they bring an order that no one ordered. Its ridiculous honestly. Worst Bdubs I've been to. A) service is slow. Unless you have about 2 hours on your hands than don't bother. B) After 5 visits I still haven't seen an order come out with exactly what everyone asked for...even after repeating an order 2, 3, 4 times. C) I personally only go in groups of 4 adults or more, and when tickets finally come after 30-45 minutes, there's always mistakes. Today I had to fix my ticket 4 times. The third time I wrote on the ticket exactly what needed to change, and then I still had to go to the register to ask if they needed me to clarify anything further. D) I haven't seen appetizers ever come out before the food. I did give it two stars because the food itself hasn't dissapointed me. But between slow service and what I call uproffesional attitude from the hostesses and some of the waiters I've had, I just won't be going back. I've ordered food for takeout and you'll still be sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, even if you called the food in 30 minutes prior to getting to the restaurant. I've been to BWW's all over this country from traveling for work. This is by far the worst one that I have been to. Unless you are a local, they will ignore you and or treat you like shit. The bartender Alexandra has no idea what she's doing. She under mix drinks so she just adds ice or water, when the glass does not fill up all the way after she pours. So if you're buying mixed drinks, keep in mind you're not getting what you paid for. read more

It's a shame that they didn't use this time to make their outdoor area nicer. The awning over the window has been lying on the ground for over a year and the side patio area has messed up screens and is a very unappealing area to sit. The rock landscape in the back has slid down over the curb and into the gutter. It is amazing that such easy fixes are neglected by management and contribute to such a junky appearance. read more

Each time after being seated, we have waited 45 minutes to over an hour for our food to be brought to the table, regardless of how busy the restaurant was. Each time our wings have been brought to us half-dry, looking as if they'd sat on a counter for half an hour. Zero point zero is the deserved amount of stars. Ticket time was approximately 40 minutes with one of the meals not even coming out then. When we asked to speak with the manager a woman came by and basically justified why it took so long. She said that the wings were made fresh and that they took 20 minutes to make. These were traditional wings. Nothing special. Drop in fryer. Mix in sauce. Serve. I got a salad with cold chicken and no fork. The fix. They offered us a military discount even though we are military and would have received that anyways. Save your time and find some roadkill or eat at Denny's. It's a bdubs in Clovis. I am just excited they finally have one. It is going to be a mad house during football season. Severs are nice, food is average, beer selection slightly above average for Clovis area but below compared to other bdubs. The one aspect I enjoyed was crushing some beers out on the patio. It may be the parking lot to lowes, but is still pretty solid and the best place to drink in Clovis . read more

Went to have a drink with a friend and order food to go. We waited at least 10 minutes for a host/hostess to take down the number in our party (there were 2 of us). They were really busy and apparently understaffed (according to a worker wandering in and out of the kitchen). I watched as patrons stood at the hostess desk waiting 5+ minutes to be tended to.The server told me that that a medium order included 15 wings and three sauces/ rubs. I know that this is still a new BBW, but tonight we ordered wings online and they were supposed to be ready at 6:30. Well they weren't ready and we had to wait 35 minutes. No apologies were said, they didn't compensate the 5 other customers who had also been waiting about the same amount of time. The management at this location is inadequate. I'm am still very appalled. We eat there at least 5-10 times a month and we won't be back for a while. I'll post an update on our service. All I'm saying is that the management needs to step up. Went today for lunch. When we walked in there was nobody at the counter with one other group of two ahead of us. We waited for quite a while. Now we can see into the main room and see at least two table that were ready. Finally got seated. Waited for quite a while for someone to take our order. Gave our order and made sure about my order because they messed it up the last time. When we got the order they messed it up just like last time. We were in there for an hour and 45 minutes.
