I've been to plenty of BWW's but this was a unique experience. Nothing bad, nothing good, just a low energy place with no sign of management or customers. It's a Thursday night at 5:30 and there are 4 tables full. Normally a warning sign for me. The bartender was friendly but seemed pulled in way too many directions. Servers moving slow but they could have used one more taking care of the bar. We almost finished our beer before the food finally arrived. Slow inattentive service and low energy staff with a non existent manager at 5:30. I guess they are managing the place down to a point that they can handle. read more

We haven't had any of the bad experiences I"ve read about here, and we go there at least once a week for their buy one, get one free deal on boneless wings on Thursdays. Sometimes, on another day, we get a cheeseburger with fries. The cheezeburgers/hamburgers are great, and so are the thin fries. We sometimes upgrade to onion rings and those are great, too. Time from taking our order to getting our food is perhaps 20 minutes, and if it's a busy night (we usually go in the mid-afternoon), maybe 30 or more minutes. The wait is worth it, though. Prices are moderate. This isn't McDonald's, so a cheezeburger will cost you around $10, or a bit more if you want bacon on it. The Thursday BOGO deal makes the bonless wings the best deal on the menu, and I would rate the price for those (with the BOGO deal) downright inexpensive. We like the Asian Zing boneless wings, but some of our friends like the Parmesan Garlic wings. Their wings are great take-out for football parties. You won't have any to take home, that's for sure! read more

I'm currently sitting at this restaurant and as soon as I got seated my table was dirty my friend is sitting under a crap ton of crumbs. It took the waitress a crap ton of time to come take our order. When I finally got my food it was cold. My fries looked old and tasted old. My sandwich was stale and didn't taste well at all. It took my server 20 minutes to just refill my drink. And we did complain about the dirty table, but it was never fixed nor really acknowledged. I typically try to tip well but neither me or my friends left a tip because of how awful it was. I could of gone to another restaurant and had better service. I'll never be going back here unless there are some serious changes. read more

It was around 1 o'clock on Dec. 31st. My first thought was that if I was the manager of this place, I would show the man seating people, the door. You don't greet 60 year old patrons with "what's up?" with no smile or good personality. I just responded with "very cold". Then instead of asking if we wanted a table or booth, he just said "preference?" Then at the table, he threw down the menus and silverware and said "here". He turned and left very fast, not even giving us time to say thank you. Otherwise, the service was slow, but the food was good. It's sad when the attitude of one person, jades your whole opinion of the place. If I was the manager, I would watch how the customers are being treated. read more

The menu has greatly improved recently with a great selection to choose from. As always their wings and boneless wings are really good. Their draft beer selection is outstanding and the happy hour specials are worth the trip. I also love the fact that you can play trivia or Texas Hold em for free right at your table. read more

Wow as a frequent visitor I am getting more and more disappointed with this place. Today the manager sat by the door eating while everyone gathered around on their phones. It took wayyyyy to long for someone to finally ask me if I wanted a drink. Duh. The dumb redheaded girl brought my salad, I asked for silverware and she told me to ask the bartender as she went over and ate some of the little hefty managers food. Our food took way too long, the bar tender had to go get it herself. The guy beside me was really upset how long his took. Was yelling at the poor girl. So I gave it 4 stars based on the speed of the service... Sz I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence, or just felt extra long because of the hunger pains of my insides eating my insides... This is the worst restaurant in town and the most poorly managed BWs I have ever been to. The food is always wrong, my glass is never full, and the whole restaurant is always dirty, from the floors to the bathroom. Our server was friendly enough but I didn't get my daughter's food until I was long finished eating. There's zero follow through and often the food is cold. Here's another place they advertise in California a lot, but I haven't see one. However, I did notice that one is opening in Burbank soon. You walk into this sports bar, and you can tell it is a chain right away (the decor, server outfits, menu). They actually have a lot of fun stuff here including sports games and pool tables. It was very busy and got pretty loud. In terms of the food, it is a very inexpensive menu, and the chicken wings were pretty good. read more

Every time I come here the food is average and not proportional to cost. The service is usually slow, busy or not. The building has plenty of seating, and the bar has ice cold beer on tap. The restrooms are clean and the building usually is as well. Parking can sometime be an issue. read more

When ever you come to a sports bar you know what to expect. Especially one that is very popular as this establishment. The wings were great and the service was fast and friendly. While the food is just ok like it is at all of the places, the service is terrible if you eat at the bar. The young bartenders just flirt with the young rowdy drunk boys. There is attitude with everything you order, a little roll of the eyes, a little sigh, and don't even think about getting a respectful answer if you ask a question about the menu... Just more eye rolling. When the food finally came my order was wrong, fries came way before wings, and wings were over cooked. Bottom line: Unless you are in your very early 20's and just looking to slam beer, don't bother coming here. Two times staying in town on business. If wanted a extremely well done(burnt) cheeseburger I would have saved some money and made it myself. They really need to reevaluate their kitchen staff. This is by far the worst run BW3. Two of us went to grab a late bite and catch the end of a baseball game at 9:00pm. We seated ourselves at the only clean table available in the bar area. It appeared as though someone started cleaning all of the tables at once and then gave up half way through, which could be why the whole place smelled like a wet mop. Then, we waited...and waited. Multiple workers glanced our way, but no one asked if we needed anything. We were never greeted, we were never brought menus and we were never offered drinks in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the staff blared terrible and offensive rap music while socializing with each other, eating and drinking in the corner. We got up and walked out. Still, no one said a word to us. This is the second time we've been dissatisfied with the service and the atmosphere in this BW3. We will not be returning. read more

I have come here a few times because the men of the family love wings. EVERY SINGLE time I come here, the food is crap. Overpriced deep fried wings, terrible service & it smells like sewage. Once again, today I was taking one for the team and came because they wanted wings. I ordered the mushrooms... Which arrived still frozen in the middle. Not to mention, you get like 7 mushrooms for the price. When they took them back, not a single person apologized for my bad food... Order to go about 40 minutes ago and still haven't received our food. They could have at least updated us on what is going on and given us drinks. I was starving when we got to the restaurant now I'm just angry past starving point. Communication is poor as well as service. I enter the restaurant 2 minutes before opening to place a to go order. It has been one hour and I still have not received my food. I was starving when I entered the building. I'm past starving and now angry. No explanation was given until I asked "What is going on with the food!?" I could have at least been given my drink to help my blood sugar while I waited. Communication and service were poor. Just got my food and the order was wrong. They replaced the food but it's cold. Fries are old. The chicken is heavily peppered with lemon pepper seasoning which I did not order. I can't eat the chicken. I want my money back. I live one hour away and had finished up a doctors appointment at the Chillicothe VA. I could have gone to McDonald's and ordered a chicken sandwich and been home by now but I wanted quality food. This is the worst experience with BWW I've ever had. read more

Not a great experience. As a B-dub fan , and former manager , I can see this place is lacking at every aspect that the concept was built on. The place was dirty as it would be on a big game night, to bad it was 3 pm on a random Thurs! I don't know if it's because it is a franchise or what but many things on this visit was bad. The waitress wasn't even trying to keep up with tables or requests. She literally DIDN'T care. We had to ask multiple random servers for napkins, forks, extra boxes. Seemed like most servers were aimless and busy*. And other tables around us looked as though they waited awhile also. Just really poor job.. no structure! First and last 30 bux I'll spend there. Slow Slow and again... Slow. Tried going last week on a Friday night. Waited at the front lobby for 10 mins and was never greeted by a host. We went this afternoon around 2. It wasn't busy but the service was really slow for some reason. Ordered chips/salsa as appetizer for $3.50. They charge each time to bring more chips. BWW in Chillicothe is my personal favorite place to go to in this area. If you've been to one before, then this one is no different. It excels in all the same areas the other ones I've been to do. Nice bar area, great wings, a few games to play while you wait, excellent to go to and watch sports and ufc events, and great service. In a city without a whole lot to do, this is a great place to go and hang out for a couple hours with some friends. read more

Despite the number of other poor reviews my family and I decided to go because it was behind our hotel and they had an outdoor seating area. When we arrived we waited at the "please wait to be seated" host booth for a good while on a quite Thursday night. Waiters looked at us but kept walking supposing it wasn't their job to seat us. The host never came. A waiter finally approached us. We asked to sit outside. He said they were scheduled for an inspection the next morning and had already cleaned outside so they didn't want to seat anymore guests out there. So we reluctantly sat inside even though the outdoor seating was what we came for. We hadn't been seated 30 second before our waiter with no hint of enthusiasm asked us what we wanted to drink. (Side note: this is something I have an issue with. Restaurants often have a 10 page drink menu of any number of drinks to choose from that make them a rather high margin on their profits yet they expect you to make a decision in the first 60 seconds of sitting down.) the waiter seemed annoyed we didn't know what we wanted to drink and asked him to come back in a minute. We ordered a few ciders, a wine and a basic Moscow mule and a couple appetizers to share. All the drinks came in decent timing except the cocktail with no explanation. Later when we asked about it the waiter said he couldn't find the bartender. The appetizers came missing some of the main proponents of the dish. We had to ask to have them added. And we were never given any cutlery or napkins. Halfway through our meal and drinks we saw a group of 6 that was just seated outside on the deck. We soon after got the check and discovered the $9 price for a cider as there were no prices listed in the drink menu. Needless to say since we were just visiting staying in a hotel we won't be back but I'd advise others to venture to any of the other number of restaurants in the same shopping area. read more
