If I could give less that 1 star, I would. Food: Standard Buffalo Wild Wings quality. Service: abhorrent, abominable, appalling, awful, heinous, hideous, loathsome, lousy, lurid, shameful, terrible - That about sums it up. I'll set the stage. It's noon and there are 5 tables seated. We walk in and waited about 3 minutes for someone to greet us. After somebody finally showed up, we asked for a booster seat and a high chair for our two kids. We only got a high chair and the woman seating us went on break. We sat at the table with two hungry children for 10 minutes while other people's orders are being taken beside us. After that 10 minutes, we ask where our server is and the other server (without responding to our question) mumbles to the 3 other servers standing there. We waited another 5 minutes as literally 8 servers and the manager all walked by our table several times with no help. We never even got our water. Finally, we just got up and left and went to Steak and Shake across the street. Nobody asked us anything about it. I was planning on spending about $30 for the meal so I gave the waitress at the Steak and Shake a %100 tip because they were very helpful. This isn't the first time it's happened to me either. I've been in the restaurant 4 times and each of the other three, it took at least 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. I have never been in there at a busy time either. read more

The only place to be on game day. Being in a military town with few sports bar options it is always exciting on weekends with fans from everywhere coming to enjoy the games. I've been watching the construction of the BWW for a while and have been hyped up about going to it. I love going to BWW at other locations and my experience has been pleasant. I came here the day after grand opening. All I have to say is.....meh, I think I'll stick with Wow Cafe. There are four wing places within walking distance of each other, you would think that would increase the quality of the bar/wing restaurants, but the owners of this BWWs are banking more on the brand name of BWWs to keep them afloat, than the quality. When I arrived I requested a table for 10, and I was told all 10 of us needed to be there before we are seated. If not all 10 were there, they would give our table away. Nope, not even if 8 or 9 were there...all 10 needed to be there. Anyone who tries to coordinate a large gathering knows that there is always the one or two who arrive late...but come on, if the majority are there, just let us sit while we wait for the the stragglers! We are bringing you so much business and you want to piss us off by giving our table away because 1 or 2 are on their way? Luckily our entire party arrived before the table was called, I'd hate to test their policy. This is Buffalo Wild Wings *BAR* & Grill. This bar doesn't serve pitchers. WTH. They purposely built their location in Centerville so they can serve alcohol on Sundays...and they don't serve pitchers. They are nickel and diming their customers, requiring us to purchase their expensive draft by pint. They also fail to realize that camaraderie is built when one person pours a beer for another and they are robbing their patrons of that experience. They don't have all the beers listed on their menu...which is disappointing, as I ordered one only to have the waitress come back and say they don't have it, that the menu is a "Corporate" menu. That's an obvious sign that they are not going to give the same experience corporate intended - the fun and entertaining atmosphere I've had at other BWWs. Food wise - the waitress failed to mention their Tuesday wing special, but luckily someone at our table remembered and asked. When the wings came out, the waitress wasn't there to help distribute, and our order got all mixed up and took some time to sort out who got what. The wings tasted fine, however, they were very small. I ordered 24, thinking I would eat 12 for dinner and 12 for lunch. I ended up eating all 24. I never eat more than 12...that's how small they were. I definitely would not buy them at regular price. So, to conclude, I enjoy going to BWWs at other locations, but this new one does not meet standards. Their food tastes ok, wings are small and not worth the regular price. The dining experience left me wanting for more...luckily there is Hooters, World of Wings and Buffalo's Southwest Cafe across the street, where I can watch sports, eat wings, drink beer and have a pleasant dining experience with my buddies...that's all I ask for. read more

We've been here so many times. The service is always great and the food is tasty and cheap! As a family who loves wings (like all the time), this is a go to place. Not sure why the current rating is so low but my only complaint about it is there isn't always enough seating. Outside of that, we will likely be going here for a while. read more

Happy hour with specials on traditional or boneless wings (depending on which day you come; Tuesday - traditional, Thursday - boneless) is one of the best deals in Centerville. Arrived, it was NOT BUSY Tuesday night at 9:30pm. We did have a large party 20 or so. But with waitresses at three different sections of the table it still took the kitchen 45 minutes to bring out my chips and salsa... on top of that they just brought the food out and we're calling to see who got what, this ended up with many people receiving the wrong orders. The food is always hot, fast, and excellent. The spinach dip is so good when heated up. Asian Zing is one of my favorite flavors there and the the onion rings are the best in town. Had large lemon pepper wings with blue cheese and kingling beer. Service was ok, did wait a while for my order, place was almost empty. Food was hot served well, seasoning a little light. Beer i wanted was out so they gave me a substitute for free, no complaint there. Too many wing, next time I will order 15 instead of 20. Large meaty wings! Came for our second time to give them a chance. We came in just after 10 pm and didn't notice anyone leaving . We walked to the back high-top area and sat at the only clean table. There were at least 6 dirty tables so I was wondering, if no one just left, why were there so many dirty tables. There was a round table next to us that hadn't been cleared for at least 20 min. After the service that we received at BWW I'm not real sure that they deserve the one star I had to give... I have never been so disappointed. Not only was the service terrible, the food was not good either! When we arrived the hostess was friendly but seemed very "lost". She took us to a booth (through a maze of tables), the table didn't appear to have been cleaned and was sticky. When the server came over (not even a smile, very blah) we asked if she would mind wiping down the table at which she commented "this table wasn't even clean y'all shouldn't even be sitting here" with sarcasm in her voice as though it was OUR fault. I over looked her attitude, or at least tried. My daughter and I decided that we would get the "Boneless" wings and share them at this point she tells me that we have to pay for our dressings because it was Wing Night. (OK, that was odd to me in itself, guess I am just used to WOW!) A young guy came over to deliver our food and gave us "Bone-In" wings so I told him that I had ordered boneless so he took them back... The next thing that happens is the most shocking to me!!! Our server walks over and asked "What was wrong with the wings?" I told her they were bone in and I had ordered boneless, she walked away and came back a couple minutes later and said "You ordered Bone-in because that's what I have written down." I first of all was shocked that she did that, even if I had!! Second I was pissed REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT???? We are out of towners and visiting friends here. This bw3 was way below par. Took 25 minutes for our server to get our drinks. Mixed drink was watered down. Ordered beer also. $7 for a mix drink that is less than a 2 oz poured(1 1/4 to be exact because we asked our server). Took another 20 min for the replacement drink with a smig more Vodka(still tasted watered down) . Food came got about half way through our stay and our sampler had a F-ing black hair in it. Server Chris mocked us say he couldn't see it multiple times and even put his face in it. My wife has Blonde hair so it definitetly wasn't hers. So he sent it back and he brought back some mini nachos and says "here you go". Free of charge to make up for the hair. That was it. Manager never came over and apologized, we paid for all the beer, and didn't have to pay for our sampler with the side of HAIR. What a bonus!! This place is out of control and needs new management ASAP! Never again for this place if we visit. read more

I've eaten here twice and I'm a fan. Get there early on game nights or you'll be waiting forever for a table. We have a 2 year old and it's nice to be able to take her somewhere and not have to worry about her being too loud, usually the background noise keeps her quiet. When we go to quieter places- um, yeah, we end up being THAT family. So my review could be a little biased as I've had 2 successful outings here just based on that. The first time we came here, our server totally rocked and our food was great! We did just barely beat the 6pm crowd. The second time we came here was when the Saints and the Patriots were playing. We were fortunate enough to get a table during halftime after only a 20 min wait. Our server did a decent job. Our drinks took a while because I ordered the cider and they had to change out the keg. Man, I waited for what seemed like forever, I know there's a system, but as a former waitress, it's frustrating sometimes to wait on the bartender to make your drinks. So I didn't fault the waiter. They were out of fried pickles that night so we ordered a sampler and it turns out they were out of onion rings too. I'm not too upset though, this is a pretty big game tonight. Everything else that night was great. My hubby could watch the game, we got to go out to dinner, and the 2 year old didn't ruin it for us. As far as food goes, this is not even Olive Garden, and I didn't expect some fancy schmancy meal.... Everything is served pretty much on paper plates and french fry cartons. We have been to this location twice now and sat in the bar area both times. Our waitress or bartender has always been friendly and willing to make suggestions or inform us about happy hour specials, etc. The only time we were unhappy with a drink, I went ahead and ordered something different (I told the waitress there wasn't anything wrong with the drink and I'll gladly still pay for it, just not my style). The manager personally came over and removed it from our bill and checked to make sure the rest of our food and drinks were okay...so that was a (almost kind of embarrassing) pleasant customer service surprise! There is a "no guns" policy which should be ammended to say "no visible weapons allowed". I will not support any business that bans guns. Which in all fairness, perhaps there was a sign banning all manner of weaponry. If you have pepper spray in your purse, you would be in violation. Although I can't imagine you'd receive a visit from the manager, unless perhaps you were to wear it on your belt. I liked the food, very tasty. We've had some long wait times before, but I expect that anywhere. I find no need to unnecessarily adversarial. The food, service, and draft beer selection was all reasonably nice. I had worn my taser on two or three previous dinners at this place. On this occasion, a smile-bearing older man can to tell me (he was both polite and condescending) that BWW does not allow firearms on the premises. I replied "ok". And we both stared at each other for a good 5 seconds. He made an awkward gesture with his head which was to infer that he was referring to the holster on my hip. I told him it wasn't a gun but a taser (it is in fact a taser). At no point did he tell me to leave or that my taser wasn't allowed, but instead chose to opine aloud as to whether a taser is considered a firearm. He tried to convince me that it was. It is not. But it really doesn't matter, because he is free to ask me to leave for having any weapon on my person, or no weapon on my person. BWW owns the property, they can do as they please. He asked me If I would put my taser out in my car, but not in the colloquial sense of "asked me". He wasn't telling me to do it, and he wasn't using passive aggressive phrasing, he was undecided as to whether BWW allowed such a thing, and tried to persuade me to leave my taser outside "Wouldn't you rather leave it in your car?". Had I ever heard or sensed the assertion that I must leave I would have left pronto. I asked explicitly if he was telling me to place my taser outside, and he avoided answering that question. He told me that he would buy me an icecream cone if I placed my taser out in my car. Again he had never indicated that doing so was compulsory but instead made it seem optional, yet never relented. Me and my spouse had already placed our order, and as it became clear that we weren't going to be solidly told that tasers aren't allowed we left, and have been taking our business elsewhere ever since. I have a respectable appearance, and would have been willing to conceal the taser if that made them happy. I don't want to frighten anyone. I have a concealed carry permit, and I've never been in any trouble. If that's your cup of tea, you'll like it. If you believe in the right to defend yourself, support businesses that agree with that right. read more

If you like TV then this is your place. Other then that it pretty much sucked, and hard. The menu has 5 pages, 2 pages of wings (sauce anyway) . The service was crap, but what was worst was that our table was too small (it was two people mind you). Having dinner and app at a cocktail table where the server doesn't take empty plates is tricky. The stools have no backs on them, and I felt as though I might just as easily fall out of as to sit in them. And the food, did I mention they had two pages of wings (sauce). I had a bacon cheese burger that could have came from Wendy's for about $9 with a side of McDonald's fries (No Sh*t, Fastfood BS). My drink was empty most of the time.
