Had THE WORST service here imaginable tonight. Server Esteban had no idea what he was doing, he messed up our order 4 times and then when the check finally came around it was incorrect. We had him correct it, check came back and was wrong AGAIN. Finally, we paid and waited for our card. The service in this place is awful. I travel a lot and like to go to sports bar and grills for dinner. In this case I had to actually had to stop a manager and ask to be waited on! To it's credit, I didn't get up and walk out like the one in the DFW area, but I was close. It's really too bad that these awful franchises destroy the brand like this. Our experience at BWW's was SO bad that I downloaded the Yelp app just so I could share this - first they got both of our orders wrong. It took us 30+ minutes just to get our check/ticket because "our waitress was the only one who could close our check". We also had a giftcard that they couldn't ring up because they "had to know how much was on the gift card for it to work". A group of my work friends and I enjoyed hot wings and several entrees. If you like your wings on the hot side I recommend their special called scorpion, a spicy-teriyaki hot wing. Visited this location while on vacation from Illinois and it might have been the worst decision ever. We got into town around 1030pm from a long road trip and this was one of the only places still open. My boyfriend stopped in for carryout and had to wait 15 minutes before someone greeted him. He then placed the order and sat at the bar to have a beer while he waited. He waited another 10-15 mins for a bartender to greet him and get him a beer. If you're not impressed with that scene yet, let's discuss food. Got the wings home (a 5 min drive) and they were SUPER SOGGY and disgusting. We visited on a thursday late afternoon (NOT OVERLY BUSY) Our waiter had a minimum of 5 tables and was then sent to take to-go orders. Other servers had 2-3 tables. Be very careful when visiting this location. Last night after using our card there, we were notified by our bank that our card was compromised and being used online. They do seem to be understaffed and the portion size does not seem to be standard. I almost always get the popcorn shrimp in honey bbq and some nights, it feels like a light snack and some nights I don't even need to touch the side. Also, I've gone a couple of times with coworkers for a drink after work and sometimes if I don't ask for my margarita unsalted, most of the salt ends up in the glass instead of around it. That being said, I enjoy the flavor of the food and I've always had nice servers, even though they rarely seem to have time to stop by the table. The restaurant, itself, seems clean and well kept. If the portion size were consistent and the bartenders all knew how to properly salt a margarita (so it doesn't end up tasting like sea water), they could easily get 5 stars. read more

Ordered dinner online for delivery on 1/21/21 before 8:00 p.m. When food arrived I couldn't believe what had been sent! We paid $34.32 for a veggie burger dinner, side salad and a wings dinner. Food looked like it came out of the trash! Definitely not that day's food! Wings were hard and smothered in hot sauce! Fries couldn't be eaten they were so dried out and cold and hard. Side salad greens were brown around the edges. Burger was hard around the edges. Pure garbage! Not fit to eat! I WILL NEVER order from Buffalo Wild Wings again! It's shameful that food like that is sent out to anyone! It really looked like something that had been in the garbage, taken out, and put in containers for delivery to us! My wife and I have a number of grandkids who think this is a great place to eat but I'm here to disagree. We were on the way to Longhorns or Cheddars when we decided to spread our horizon and try something different. My wife likes chicken wings and since the grandkids have bragged about BWW we decided to try it. My mistake! This is what we ordered: 2 side salads, 1wing&wing combo (6 wings and 6 boneless wings to split and 2 drinks. The cost with tax was $35.36!! The French fries were terrible and the Cole slaw was inedible. So my share of the cost for 6 wings, a salad and a drink came to over$20.50 after leaving a $6 tip!! Was it worth that? Heck to the no/no! Crazy right? The drinks and side salad were delivered pretty quickly minus the dressing we asked for but we waited a minimum of 30 minutes to get the wings. The waiter came by a few times to let us know the food was coming out shortly but the cook was overwhelmed. I thought he had slipped out the back door and left. The only reason I give one star is the waiter appeared to be trying but was at the mercy of the cook. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find somewhere else. Don't know how they stay in business read more

We tried this place for the first time in a long time today, for carryout for lunch. Not a good idea, as it turned out. Our boneless wings, supposedly in salt/vinegar and lemon/pepper flavorings, were completely tasteless. And mushy enough that we ran them through our air fryer for a bit before even attempting to eat them. The blue cheese dressing/dip for the carrots and celery was obviously watered down, and the carrots weren't even cut up like usual; they were straight out of a pre-washed bag of minis that you can pick up at the grocery store. Fries were at least crispy, but almost completely unseasoned. On top of all that, even getting a special they were running, the stuff was still overpriced. Went to my company Christmas party there was 43 of us, it took 2 hours to get my food. I wasn't tripping because I knew it was busy, when my food was bout to come out they dropped my wings on the floor and had to remake them, that's was fine too, then when my food come out for the 2nd time they gave me old cold fries, when I said something to the Assistant Manager Will P, he acted as if he didn't even care, said it wasn't his fault instead of taking responsibility and apologizing he wanted to be rude and nasty and argue with me. Service: abhorrent, abominable, appalling, awful, heinous, hideous, loathsome, lousy, lurid, shameful, terrible - That about sums it up. I'll set the stage. It's noon and there are 5 tables seated. We walk in and waited about 3 minutes for someone to greet us. After somebody finally showed up, we asked for a booster seat and a high chair for our two kids. We only got a high chair and the woman seating us went on break. We sat at the table with two hungry children for 10 minutes while other people's orders are being taken beside us. After that 10 minutes, we ask where our server is and the other server (without responding to our question) mumbles to the 3 other servers standing there. We waited another 5 minutes as literally 8 servers and the manager all walked by our table several times with no help. We never even got our water. Finally, we just got up and left and went to Steak and Shake across the street. Nobody asked us anything about it. I was planning on spending about $30 for the meal so I gave the waitress at the Steak and Shake a %100 tip because they were very helpful. This isn't the first time it's happened to me either. I've been in the restaurant 4 times and each of the other three, it took at least 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. I have never been in there at a busy time either. read more
