Our experience at BWW's was SO bad that I downloaded the Yelp app just so I could share this - first they got both of our orders wrong. It took us 30+ minutes just to get our check/ticket because "our waitress was the only one who could close our check". We also had a giftcard that they couldn't ring up because they "had to know how much was on the gift card for it to work". Visited this location while on vacation from Illinois and it might have been the worst decision ever. We got into town around 1030pm from a long road trip and this was one of the only places still open. My boyfriend stopped in for carryout and had to wait 15 minutes before someone greeted him. He then placed the order and sat at the bar to have a beer while he waited. He waited another 10-15 mins for a bartender to greet him and get him a beer. If you're not impressed with that scene yet, let's discuss food. Got the wings home (a 5 min drive) and they were SUPER SOGGY and disgusting. They do seem to be understaffed and the portion size does not seem to be standard. I almost always get the popcorn shrimp in honey bbq and some nights, it feels like a light snack and some nights I don't even need to touch the side. Also, I've gone a couple of times with coworkers for a drink after work and sometimes if I don't ask for my margarita unsalted, most of the salt ends up in the glass instead of around it. Ordered dinner online for delivery on 1/21/21 before 8:00 p.m. When food arrived I couldn't believe what had been sent! We paid $34.32 for a veggie burger dinner, side salad and a wings dinner. Food looked like it came out of the trash! Definitely not that day's food! Wings were hard and smothered in hot sauce! Fries couldn't be eaten they were so dried out and cold and hard. Side salad greens were brown around the edges. Burger was hard around the edges. Pure garbage! Not fit to eat! I WILL NEVER order from Buffalo Wild Wings again! It's shameful that food like that is sent out to anyone! It really looked like something that had been in the garbage, taken out, and put in containers for delivery to us! We tried this place for the first time in a long time today, for carryout for lunch. Not a good idea, as it turned out. Our boneless wings, supposedly in salt/vinegar and lemon/pepper flavorings, were completely tasteless. And mushy enough that we ran them through our air fryer for a bit before even attempting to eat them. The blue cheese dressing/dip for the carrots and celery was obviously watered down, and the carrots weren't even cut up like usual; they were straight out of a pre-washed bag of minis that you can pick up at the grocery store. Fries were at least crispy, but almost completely unseasoned. On top of all that, even getting a special they were running, the stuff was still overpriced. My wife and I have a number of grandkids who think this is a great place to eat but I'm here to disagree. We were on the way to Longhorns or Cheddars when we decided to spread our horizon and try something different. My wife likes chicken wings and since the grandkids have bragged about BWW we decided to try it. My mistake! This is what we ordered: 2 side salads, 1wing&wing combo (6 wings and 6 boneless wings to split and 2 drinks. The cost with tax was $35.36!! The French fries were terrible and the Cole slaw was inedible. So my share of the cost for 6 wings, a salad and a drink came to over$20.50 after leaving a $6 tip!! Was it worth that? Heck to the no/no! Crazy right? The drinks and side salad were delivered pretty quickly minus the dressing we asked for but we waited a minimum of 30 minutes to get the wings. The waiter came by a few times to let us know the food was coming out shortly but the cook was overwhelmed. I thought he had slipped out the back door and left. The only reason I give one star is the waiter appeared to be trying but was at the mercy of the cook. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find somewhere else. Don't know how they stay in business read more

Went to my company Christmas party there was 43 of us, it took 2 hours to get my food. I wasn't tripping because I knew it was busy, when my food was bout to come out they dropped my wings on the floor and had to remake them, that's was fine too, then when my food come out for the 2nd time they gave me old cold fries, when I said something to the Assistant Manager Will P, he acted as if he didn't even care, said it wasn't his fault instead of taking responsibility and apologizing he wanted to be rude and nasty and argue with me.
