The management here at this location is very poor the GM isn't friendly at all and is very rude along with others. No customer should be asked to leave a place of buisness unless they are causing a big conflict..not because they are simply sitting at a table waiting for someone to be off to give them a ride home...and especially if u had planned on ordering a meal and have spent your hard earned money here many times. I work in the food buisness myself and the management should be friendly to their guest if they want people to return. read more

It's a sports bar. Nothing else to it. The food is good and they have plenty of TV's in the building. Only thing is it seems like they don't have enough people working sometimes. Overall this place is good and I enjoy eating here. read more

I really don't understand the complaints as well. They all seem to be picky guests that are probably rude to their servers thus not wanting to return. I've dined at this establishment many times and yes the noise is loud...hello it is as sports bar. As for pitchers of beer...from experience of waiting for many years most guests complain that the beer gets too warm too quickly. As for beer not being on the menu...If you are a beer drinking you should know that lots of beers are seasonal and guess what...sometimes places do sell out of your favorite beer. Suck it up order something else. As for liquor and drink pours a standard bar pour is 1 1/4 ounce anywhere you go. if you want a 2 ounce pour remember two of those you should be cut off from drinking...hello the law and legal limit. As for poor service and food that is something you should bring up to a manager so they can correct the issue instead of coming onto yelp to whine about your experiences. I've been dining there since they opened and yes things were poor at the start as with any restaurant opening. I can tell you I went and dined there last night. They were reasonably busy and the noise was at a good volume so my guest and I could actually have a conversation. The server was great and attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items and the beer menu. Half way though our meal the manager even came out to ask how everything was. So I say before going on yelp get your facts straight. If you have a particular issue air it with the management then you have a reason to complain on here. I've been to the other wing places within the area and KFC beats out all others...minus BWW. read more

Terrible service. If you are willing to sit at the bar, you will be taken care of. If you, don't, prepare to enjoy the atmosphere because your food and drinks won't show up for a while. Servers are always preoccupied. I love drinking beer and watching football/baseball, I hate having my experience ruined by awful service. We eat here quite a bit but since my husband was injured in November we haven't been out a lot. He was hit head on and has a serious leg injury requiring use of a walker. We have been at least 3 times since he has felt like getting out and everyone including the manager have been so nice and accomodating. We have always loved the food but it is times like these when the good service and going above and beyond to help really mean a lot. They have earned our loyalty!!! read more

We don't really like BWW but our son has been a wing fanatic for awhile and let him pick dinner last night. Of course he choose BWW. This was our first time dining in this restaurant. From the get-go, we were not pleased with the slow service. There were plenty of open tables though. My order was slightly different than I ordered but they fixed it. The reason I give one star is because my husband was finishing his wrap and realized he was chewing on a sticker! Yes! A "Freshness" sticker! I showed the server and she removed that charge from the check. One manger came to apologize. Another explained that some of the ingredients are stored above the prep area and there are those stickers on many packages. One fell into his wrap. He gave us $10 towards our next visit. Yea right! I went to pay the check and was given the new one with the meal removed BUT they attempted to charge me twice for the appetizer that we had. That was weird as well. One charge was for $6 the other was $8. Bottom line, avoid this DUMP! read more

In the past I have enjoyed eating here, but tonight I was extremely disappointed by my experience. The waitress, who was training someone, did her best to take care of us, so I am in no way upset with her. The bar drinks ordered were horribly wrong in both size and quality, as they were extremely watered down and over filled with ice. Further, I dont wish to eat food handled by employees covered in piercings. Unless the health code has changed since the first of the year all food service employees are supposed to remove all jewelry while working. Instead I saw employees touching earrings, chewing on lip rings, and adjusting nose rings, which is gross. But I have to say the worst part of the evening was when we went to leave. Both managers were standing in our path towards the door and one asked my husband if we enjoyed ourselves. My husband replied "No" as he continued to walk and the manager replied "that's good." My husband stopped and said asked what he said and the manager replied "I said that's good." Im sorry, but if a customer says no they didn't enjoy themselves, "that's good" is not the proper response. All in all, I think the manager's attitude was the end all and I will not be returning to this establishment again. I will spend my hard earned money in an establishment that cares. read more

I love bw3 but I have to disagree with the one in centerville. When I got there it wasn't busy and I was the only one standing to be seated with my son and baby in a car seat. I stood there while the hostess sat there and talked to her friend. Meanwhile there is like 6 servers standing in the front doing nothing as well. I was confused so I asked the hostess if I seated myself and she said no I do. Finally after 10 min of me holding my heavy car seat with baby in it I got seated. Then again it took forever for a server to even ask if I had been helped yet. That place is full of people who obviously wasn't trained on what customer service is. Maybe they should think about hiring people with experience rather than hire young attractive people. I will not go back in there and it saddens me because I love the bw3 restaurant. I was so excited to go but so upset when I left. I think they should either fire everyone and rehire some people with brains or shut that place down and really train them read more

My husband and I went on a Saturday and this was our second visit since they've opened. I really didn't care for it the first time, but thought I'd give it another chance. The hostess was sweet, but that's about the only nice thing I can say. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my husband, then you have a TV overload with so many tv's flashing in your peripheral vision it really gave me a headache. I ordered a nice safe cheeseburger this time with plain French fries. That should be so easy, right? My burger came so charred it was crunchy and disgustingly dry, there was no way I could eat it. My husband enjoyed his boneless chicken wings, but he'd ordered potato crisps for an extra 3.59 that came in a little container, not enough to justify the price, and they were partially raw, he couldn't eat them. The waiter was really upset when I told him the burger wasn't any good; he jerked the plate and stomped off, not even asking if I wanted to replace it with something else, so we never even mentioned my husbands raw potatoes. The manager did take it off of our ticket, but it just wasn't worth the $25.00 with tip for just a small basket of boneless chicken wings. So disappointed. Warner Robins needs nice restaurants, but I'm not sure how this place stays open. I'm giving it two stars because the hostess was nice and friendly and the manager was nice about not making us pay for that terrible cheeseburger. read more
