Way too expensive for what you get. Fries lacked flavor and boneless wings were over cooked. Lots of flavors to choose from but not my go to for wings. Service isn't the greatest either. My drinks were always empty for at least 5 minutes while the waitress stood and gossiped with her coworkers. read more

I have to admit I was a skeptic of the "chain", wing restaurant business. And then I was sucked in. Not by the claw stuffed animal game, nor the 70 plus flat screen TVs playing just about every game on, but by the wings. Don't get me wrong, I love there cheese curds appetizer as well. There is something charming about being able to order up to thirty flavors of wings at a time, in any quantity amongst other flesh devouring fans that's kinda disgustingly sexy. My two favorites are Thai curry and lemon pepper. Good luck finding your favorite, & never forget to ask for extra napkins. read more

I watched the ads on tv and thought to give them a try, mistake. The wings were tough and dry. I would suggest they stop serving days old wings and serve freshly cooked. Very disappointed. read more

Ok let me start by saying, this sports bar Has been open for almost a year, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. I gave it 5 stars because the food was excellent in sports bar theme. We wanted hot wings so that's what I am basing this review off of, next time I go I will try something else and update my review. I used to be a floor supervisor at a 4 star restaurant, so I am a HUGE snob when it comes to service... The gentleman that served us was in my top 3 best all time waiters, he managed to keep all of our beverages full, and was very attentive, without being pushy or obnoxious. Now I also need to mention that we went at 1:30pm so there was no lunch or dinner rush, it might be a completely different story if we had gone during rush hour. So in summary, if you like bar food, and want to watch sports, this is an awesome place to go... read more

CLOSED Lol who needs to close an entire restaurant for 5 full days of training. Are your employees that bad? You couldn't have a lean credit rotating training? How hard is it to use a POS and cook some wings?! read more

They advertise wings and I go to place a Togo order on three separate occasions and my business was turned away because my family and I didn't want to dine in with a newborn and my wife who is a RN at a nursing home. I email them and they didn't want to make it right. So if your in the medical field or have family that is don't expect them to serve you for being socially responsible during a pandemic. Apparently the money of essential workers is no good here. read more

I ordered my food. I waited like normal. I kept waiting. My food never showed up so I asked about it. They said the left it sitting and now they can't give it to me. Horrible service. 20 minutes before I got my water! read more

Just plain terrible. Wings weren't saucy. Just rubbery, bottle ranch...~ chicken sandwich not very much sauce on it either~ the water taasted like lemon bleach. read more

We have been going to the place for years and we're very valuable customers and due to one day of bad service of having a bug in our drink and then lipstick stains on another glass then the wrong drink served to us, we did not care to talk to a manager at all but the server did anyway which ended up with the manager being a very disrespectful women to us and telling us we are a very big problem to there establishment (this manger and managers at this bww are very horrible and are very disrespectful and should be fired). Months have went by and we did not return until we went in one day and we're ignored to be seated and then was asked to leave and we are no longer welcomed to the restaurant, all because of a disagreement with a manager about saying we wanted free drinks when we didn't not even drink the drinks we returned them to be fixed and also paid for them. We have contacted corporate in Atlanta and they are in very been trouble and not the first complaint of the week. Would not recommend eating here at all! read more

HORRENDOUS... They won't put YOUR game on, but they'll have many TV's on the same game. No local micro brews, corporate bar food... And I can't get my game I want? Sorry I'll goto Firerock. read more

If there were 6 stars I would give them 6 I found a staff that was polite through each of their personalities I sat at the bar and the entertainment was on point from a friendly staff to a lively crowd the atmosphere was on point read more

The food was good but that night and the next day left me sick. Not going into details but not sure I will be going back anytime soon

Buffalo Wild Wings has been a favorite of mine in Colorado Wyoming all of the stores I've been to have had such amazing customer service I have never experienced a bad experience in any of the Buffalo Wild Wings its a great place to go have great wings and watch sports all of the staff at this restaurant was super friendly they gave outstanding customer service they'd bring your food fast and hot I would be returning to this store in the future the staff makes sure you have everything you need I'd be recommending this Buffalo Wild Wings to everyone read more

I have gone here on lunch/dinner times. The music is way too loud to where you can hardly hear the person next to or across from talk. They must be always short of help bec it takes our food forever to get to our table and that is when there are hardly any customers to begin with. Their food is good but when you order a drink from the bar, it is a joke. My daughter ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri and she got an eight ounce glass of a watered down daiquiri. No whipped cream or any decoration that they put on your glass like we have had at other Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

My husband and I have come here since the opening of this place. At first it was great. Now the service is extremely slow and the food is not at all like it used to be. After our lunch experience today we will not be returning. Very disappointed. read more

My wings were underdone and I stupidly still ate them since the sauce is addictive. The flabby chicken skin made me so sick for the rest of the night. Yuckkkk! read more

Food iis what you would expect at BWW. However it is a sports bar that promotes NFL football on Sunday. The Casper BWW may as well be the Green Bay Packers Bar. Every week that is all you get with the sound and video. Rotate the games a little, you are in Bronco country and last weekend they were not on any big screen, instead we got GB again. This area has fans of Bears, Vikings, Broncos etc. Show a different game every now and then. read more

BWW in Casper is truly hit or miss. Sometimes the service is spot on, then the kitchen fails the front of the house. Most of the time both the service and kitchen are Meh. My biggest pet peeve is seeing my server on their phone, at the bar not being a SERVICE person. The funniest part is Management either encourages it, or ignores it. I have witnessed the General Manager (tall older gentleman), and other managers (short, round, female as well as the short round bearded male) walk past these employees as they are on their phone. It is so bad that I had to go to one of their service stations for flatware and napkins. Managers should have a higher expectations for their service personnel. When ordering wings they either come out slathered in sauce or bone dry. There is no consistency in their product. In selecting their wings to include in the costumer's order, the size of the wings is also inconsistent. This is another example of low expectations on the kitchen staff. "Just grab the wings out of the box and serve them" No quality control. read more

Expensive. Poor service. Terrible food. I predict this place will be out of business within a year. Unfortunately, as of today, I haven't found a decent place for wings in Casper. The search continues. read more

my experience at buffalo wild wings was delightful watching ufc on tv and eating wings is the best 5 stars
